Mike or Garrett are very good at walking you through the whole shebang if you're new to vaping & not being condescending simultaneously. The shop's selection is unparalleled. They have a vast array of nicotine free vape products, Salt or non salt nicotine juice, and accessories out the wazzoo. They cater to both beginners and experienced vapers. I was thrilled to find some good salt nic flavors, and a caveman friendly battery. Something I hadn't seen anywhere else, and their prices were very competitive. What truly sets Mike and Garret apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I tend to come in lifted from time to time & they are more than willing to answer all my off topic questions whether it is about their favorite animal, their products, or just the day itself. I have NEVER felt unwelcome in this shop, which is not something i can say for every head/Vape shop on the mountain. I happened to break a pretty niche Banger size (8mm) & they hooked me up way faster than anything i could've bought online. For $15 they picked out a better shaped nail of better quality quartz on a bargain. Shout out to Mike for his eagle eye on the best banger on a budget!! The shop reminds me of going over to my homies house who just happens to own a vape & small glass store. Great place to hang out and chat with someone who is a consumer before a merchant. They even have a beautiful & comfortable PHub-esque casting couch you can sit back & try the flavor you just got or the disposable you picked up to make sure she rips. (Never picked up a dud disposable here but they always mention to try in store before you leave just in case.) I've been to almost every vape and smoke shops in the big bear area, but Mike and Garret are hands down the best. Whether you've been around the block or are a complete greenhorn, this shop has something for everyone. I come here for the excellent customer service, a wide selection, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it your best stop on the mountain. I get greeted like a old friend instead of a walking dollar. That is what makes me keep coming back to them over any other shop. I can't recommend these guys enough, and I'll definitely be returning for all my glass & vape needs. If you're in the area, don't waste your time anywhere else besides their sister shop at 42011 Big Bear Blvd 92315. That location is more central to the village & is pretty central to Big Bear Lake.
