This place is always really nice to go to. Always stocked. Cheaper than the competitors. Of 100 times ive came here . I had an issue with one thing, and they immediately fixed it and compensated me. That's how you keep people coming back. Five out of five stars. read more

My favorite go to place. Customer service there is fantastic and they are all very much helpful and nice. Great specials. Check them out.

Beware of false advertising.. the price they advertise is not the price you pay. Their Weedmaps price claim to include tax but they will still add extra taxes when you go to the store. They don't take any responsibility for the dishonest advertising and they won't honor the prices you see on Weedmaps. I won't return read more

So I went in the other day and I asked what kind of king rolls they have. The guy shows me and I said cool. I'm not a fan of indica so I'll take the hybrid. He said ok. He goes to put back the other king rolls and puts the one I wanted in a bag and I pay. I go home and this fool literally put the one I said didn't want into the bag. I was so upset because it's a far drive from home. read more

PRICES ARE GOUGED LIKE NO TOMORROW! $50 for a rove pod! they're $30 after taxes! It's sad that this is the standard now :/

so sad to see that the new management has jacked up all the prices. It used to be a cool place to shop, but now they are gouging everyone like the dispensary down the road I will not shop at jet or high season anymore. read more

I came here yesterday for the first time with the expectation of a clean and efficient dispensary. It was dirty, expensive, and disorganized. Also walking into the store part you are bombarded by other people trying to sell you there wares also. I will not return. read more

Poor Customer Service from the very first interaction with the security guard. Who continued to provide poor service the entire time. Which is confusing bc a security guard should just stand there and make sure the premises is secure not negatively impact the customer experience. Can not even speak on the selection because this is the only business in 2024 that accepts only cash. Even the Girl Scouts take Apple Pay. Joke of a business. read more

This place is so mid lol. Half of the employees there don't even know about weed mostly and it's so disappointing because it's literally a dispensary like come on. Weed here is mid and if you're looking to pick up some Reggie for a okay price then sure go ahead just don't complain on how your weed just turns to dust! Security here is a joke rent a cop which is pretty funny because I know this place has been robbed before and still security is a joke. I used to be a valued customer for these couple years but now this place just sucks and it's so disappointing because I actually liked this dispensary to an extent. I'll never be returning here due to the last couple times of me being disappointed with everything at this dispensary. read more

People were very Friendly. I've never been to a cannabis dispensary before, so I was kinda nervous. Once you get inside to the main sales room, it's very nice. People were very helpful. I wish I could remember the guys name who helped me but I wanted edibles, and I got what I was looking for quickly and easily. I do recommend this store. read more

Happy to see an affordable locally sourced walk in despensary in the high desert!...lets not $&@?! this up!...;)

Wasted my time driving down the freeway trying to get to the Adelanto location before it closed at 9pm. I arrived before 9pm only to have the access to the parking lot closed. When driving to the back of the property's parking lot the doors to the business were still open, but security would not allow anyone to enter, all still taking place before 9pm!!! If they close access to the parking lot at 8:55 like the security guard says, then it is false advertising to say that the business is open until 9pm when access to the parking lot ends at 8:55pm. The business should let consumers know on their website that the parking lot access is closed at 8:55pm and no more customers will be allowed into the building even tho "technically" they are advertised to be open until "9pm". LET CUSTOMERS KNOW ONLINE THAT IF THEY DONT MAKE IT BEFORE 8:55PM THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE PARKING LOT OR BUILDING. THIS WILL PREVENT PEOPLE FROM WASTING THEIR TIME AND GAS TRYING TO GET THERE BETWEEN 8:55PM AND 9PM!!! read more

I honestly thought this establishment was a decent place up until recently. I've been coming for the past year and a half and have at least spent 4 to 5 thousand dollars on merchandise. Yet the customer service and product satisfaction is never accurate. Multiple times have I had to receive faulty cartridges and even returned one that didn't work at all. Today was the worst experience yet when a cart was also defective not hitting full power an awful after taste. I called before hand and was told it would be no problem to exchange an to come by since I was only there but not 10 minutes prior. When I arrived I was confronted by a huge heavy set white lady with dark hair where she proceeded to roll her eyes and laugh as she tells me she could care less, that even though I was misinformed it wasn't her fault, and the "employee" didn't know what he was talking about, and she could not help me because I "just didn't like it" as she quoted very sarcastically. I even offered to pay more but she turned me away. I have not been presented by such horrible customer service in a long time. I even manage a company myself. I have yet decided if I'll be returning. Very disappointed. read more

Dropping my review to one star for a further lack of inventory updates via online ordering through weed maps, and calling and calling to no end. Safe to say I won't be returning to this dispensary and won't be recommending my friends and family here either. read more

No THC edibles because as it seems the whole state is lacking. However, the entry process is easy and there are so many flowers to smell. This is a good spot with well priced products. There are only a few places to visit like this one and both are good to go. This one had heavier traffic at the time I visited on a Saturday afternoon. I have to score four stars just because my personal preference is for a more open entry way. Still though, everyone was very nice and my helper was super knowledgeable. Glad I went. ATM on premise. read more

They DO not offer refunds or returns, they also have no idea what they are talking about so don't expect recommendations. They also have horrible customer service. I was under the impression the pen I purchased was broken so I drove 30 minutes and called before heading out and was told I could receive an exchange. They refused to exchange once I arrived although the product was not used. They only care about money and definitely not customer satisfaction. The manager was rude and continued to brush me off while trying to keep my receipt in her hand and telling me to have a nice day in a sarcastic way while I was still talking. As I continued to talk she raised her voice. Not once was I rude but I guess she doesn't like the fact that what they are doing is wrong and someone called them out on it. I also told her the refund policy should be posted on the receipt or in store. The manager was so nonchalant and careless cutting me off continuously. They have no variety and now since customer services is crap too I won't be returning and I do not recommend this garbage "dispensary". They also told me I got two free gummies and charged me 2 cents lmao. They're idiots and money hungry. read more

So I have been coming here for years, at least since 2019. I have spent a lot of money as well, as I am sure in the thousands. I bought a 1 gram cartridge as I always do. I usually check the box and expiration because they have tried to sell expired items before. Well, this one day I trusted the girl and they sold me a very used and tampered-with cartridge. I get home, open the bag, and immediately call. They tell me to bring it in with the receipt and that shouldn't be a problem. I bring in the cartridge unused by me(because I'm not putting my mouth on something used.) I tell them I have an exchange the cashier immediately rips it out of my hand before I get to say why and takes it to the back. The manager Lauren doesn't even ask why and says " Its not defective..." I informed her that the box was opened and the sticker on the cartridge was rubbed off and there was discoloration in the oil. Lauren automatically assumed I wanted a refund, I told her I just wanted an exchange and she got loud and rude. I informed her that I am come there A LOT and spent a lot of money with them. Lauren then proceeded to tell me "I don't care how much you spent here!" She even threatened to have security take me out but he couldn't because I was calm the entire time. After realizing that this company does not stand by the products they sell or on business. The security guard told me, once outside that this is a common occurrence and happens all the time. To report a Cannabis company for improper business practices report to. cannabis . ca . gov. I see this is not their first time doing this and I will not be returning. read more

Do not buy Stiiizy Products from this place or any place the product is really crappy taste like crap this place has no warranty do not buy from this dispensary this is why they have two stars I would give them no stars but that's not possible so they get one read more

Found this little shop on my way to the river. Nice people clean space. Very helpful. Great selection.

I have been coming here for sometime now. But since the pandemic I have to be critical of how they are handling things and it's not too great. First they offer "curbside pickup" which isnt really curbside. Your literally standing outside in a line next to paper sign that says "Curbside pickup". Which you still have to go inside and wait with 20 other people. Not too mention I saw a cancer patient waiting outside with his mask on because he didn't want to risk being inside (clearly immunocompromised don't get priority). Security is rude and the wait just isn't worth it. I'm definitely going somewhere else and now I'm glad I did because I dont have to wait in line anymore! read more

I found them on Weedmaps and it says 15% off if you bring in canned foods. It's still on their website and on Weedmaps I drove 20 miles and they would not honor what they still have on the website. Worst customer service ever. I will definitely be making sure that I spread this around read more

I personally enjoy coming here, the High Seasons brand flower never disappoints, and their concentrates are always good quality, I will say they it's a bit pricy. I spend 100$ on an eighth of weed and a gram of wax. A little steep, but the quality is worth it. Overall a good dispensary and I will keep coming here. read more

Best product around, great customer service, very helpful and great selection. Reasonable prices and the effects last a long time.

Been coming here for a good min and never disappointed, the staff is very kind and friendly, prices aren't bad, as well there's always some good music bumping. Only suggestion I have is maybe put some more chairs in your waiting room, other than that 5 star rating no doubt. read more
