I don't know why this shop only has 3 ***! I went in for the first time and I had a great experience. Everyone that was in the shop was happy, the gentleman that helped me was patient and very informative. I told him I wanted juice that had menthol and in seconds he told and showed me every juice he had with menthol. I also needed a new coil and he changed it out for me!! So far so good. My husband likes it here. The staff is pretty knowledgeable regarding what they carry. They stand by what they sell because they use it themselves, that's very helpful too. My husband quit cigarettes about three months ago. Vaping has helped with that. I have been in this vape shop once before and spent a substantial amount of money. I was not happy with the customer service nor their quality of juices. I didn't realize there was better shops in the desert at the time. Due to the fact it was a Sunday and the best vape shop in the high desert was closed on Sundays I thought what the heck give it another try! BIG MISTAKE went in just to watch the entire staff hanging out with their friends and not interested in helping me or anyone else in the store. I seriously don't understand why people have given this place bad reviews!! I was hesitant to try it because of those negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. This shop is great, it's very clean, well organized and they have a good selection on juices. First off, right when we walked in we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. We came in looking for juice and left with 3 60mls, one of which was their house juice, beetlejuice. Let me tell you, their house juices are really good, I didn't try one I didn't like! They have excellent prices!! The staff was great and not pushy at all! This shop is NOT one of those douchey vape shops where the people working there just want to hang out with their friends and you're interrupting them if you ask for help. So I have been coming here for years, since they were making their own vape juice. Customer service has always been excellent. This is a second time I've come in and there is a girl in there that doesn't seems like she enjoys her job. As I walked in I said Hi!. She continued to look down at her phone texting. Not till I got to the register, she continued not to acknowledge me. I stood there for a minute and let her finish doing whatever she was doing on her phn. She then said Hi in a very dry and flat voice. Then she made a phn call to her manager because she didn't know what to do with the money exchange. The manager laughed and told her what to do. When she got Olof the phn, I also laughed and she said I don't know what's so funny. She has a bad attitude towards The whole transaction. I just walked out with the items I purchased. Bring our regular guy back! Customer service is very important, in our community. I will continue to shop here for my vaping products, but please train or change your staff. read more

I went in the other night because I needed a few things that I couldn't wait for mail order on. I don't remember the name of the guy behind the counter because I'm horrible about remembering names, but he was polite and willing to chat about some vape problems I was having. He also made good recommendations and was knowledgeable about the stock. Pretty handy since a lot of the manufacturers don't give much information on the packaging. I plan on going back when I need more stuff. read more

I personally didn't like the customer service, their juices aren't all that great. They only cary their own juices which they make in their back room. They over price there mods and charge to much for a rebuilt. Hands down the worst store that I've gone too. read more

At first when I walked in they were friendly and seemed like they wanted to help. Once we got to talking about what I wanted they quoted me a price then once I was ready to pull the trigger they changed their mind and it was a much higher price. Thankfully for me I did my research before walking into their shop or I would have been taken advantage of. Their story changed about 3-4x's while we were discussing price LOL. Been here once and that was all it took to never return. Basically was rushed out after buying my setup, didn't bother on asking if I knew how to use or setup my device. Overall pretty poor customer service, check the dates on the liquid, I was given an expired bottle. You'd probably get better customer service at a smoke shop. read more

About time the HI-D got a real vape shop. I was getting tired of buying stuff from the smoke shops in town where they have little or no knowledge of vaping. 760 Vapor has employees that know vape. I was happy to know everyone that works there has extensive knowledge of all their products. Great service, good advice, and guidance to help understand different types of vape accessories, even the new items just hitting the market. I chose the perfect place to come to upgrade to a drip mod. I almost went down the hill and wasted gas. I highly recommend 760 VAPOR for all your vape needs. read more
