I bought here the oil and filter to do a oil change on my 2011 dodge ram and after I got home I checked with my brother ( a mechanic) and he advised me that the oil was not the manufacturer recommended oil. That happens after I already changed the oil. I went back and explained the situation to manager and he did not even ask and gave me new filter and oil. I was not happy that staff sold me oil that was wrong and that staff did not have enough knowledge to sell me the right oil, but I was very pleased that manager stood up for the mistake and gave me brand new oil and filter for free. I had to go back and get new oil and had to do oil change over again but at least they fixed the problem so I recommend this placr. They are also very slow sometimes and don't know a hole lot when ask them questions but you can't know everything when you carry that many parts. I recommend this store and always go back there. read more

They always have what I'm looking for very good customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful..

First off, my truest apologies to David Hernandez for this super duper late review from your great service on 11/20/2025. I've been dealing with a lot since last visit, but this is about how you helped me figure out which windshield wipers I needed as well as installing them for me (In the rain!). Great guy with a great attitude. His team seemed pretty solid, too, but David will definitely get you right. Thank you, again! read more

Daniel and David were extremely patient and by far the most helpful representatives I have come across! I definitely recommend coming to this autozone and getting helped, especially by these two. I came in with my thoughts extremely unorganized, and I didn't know exactly what car parts I needed. They walked me through all of the steps, helped clarify any questions I had, and even helped carry my stuff to my car. Definitely helped brighten my day! read more

I went to this AutoZone needing assistance with either jumper cables or battery charger the only one who even tried to help was Danielle it was not crowded or busy when she tried to get questions answered by her manager he would just walk away and say I don't know she even tried to YouTube and answer for me. So I figured it out myself and still went in to make a purchase and the same manager was at the resister and I let him know that Danielle was the only one who help and even you said I don't know and walked away. His answer to me was ok and I told him I was going yelp about my experience and he said ok. I noticed that several employees went outside to help people with their issues but I was ignored and must I say the staff and customers were all Latino and I was the only African American in the store. I really hope that didn't play a part in their service or lack there of. The only reason you got 2 stars was because of Danielle maybe she should be the manager. Never again. read more

I dropped off a battery on Tuesday, 11/7, to get charged at 5:30 PM. Was told it should be ready in 2-3 hours. I go back at 9 just to be told that the battery was never put to charge and that I should just come back tomorrow. I go back tomorrow at around 3:30 PM. The employee that assists me can't find the battery. He asked his store manager for help and she tries to give me somebody else's battery instead when the name on the ticket for that battery is clearly not my battery. She tells me to come back the next day as the employee I gave the battery to isn't here at the moment. I call before I go the next day and still nothing, but the employee tells me if they can't find it by tomorrow then I'll get a new battery. I talk to them again and no battery found, but now they want to give me a used battery. The manager tried telling me that the employee I gave it to said my battery. I had just talked to him the previous morning and he had no idea of what was going on. I was given the district managers number and am going to bring the situation up to him. read more

Was given a Counterfeit $20 bill in a return transaction! Be cautious when receiving cash back from this location! I got ripped $20 after returning some tools i rented from them. The transaction was very suspicious seeing how the original transaction to rent the tools was made thru debit. The refund should have been refunded as a debit transaction since that was the original method. I called to notify the store Manager and got the run around basically saying there's now way they could now it came from them. How ever the matter of fact that cash shouldn't have been handled since it was a debit transaction made it very suspicious! Either the cashier slipped the bill in or was negligent in there duty to check all cash for counterfeits so when change is being made there's no risk to the customer! All they needed to do is view the cameras! Cashier not checking bills or making change for himself then u Autozone are at fault! Negligent with customers money! Who carries a counterfeit marker with them? Riverside police was notified of the incident! The officer's told me that store has a criminal background, many incident reports made, shady management very unprofessional! Gotta move forward with corporate now! It's only $20 but it's principal as a cashier u check all bills for counterfeits & check your register after leaving it unattended or under another employee's use. That a negative star review! Sad this is my neighborhood auto parts store, can't even shop with confidence that I won't get ripped off! read more

Had battery tested by Stephanie S She showed me meter & explained: -battery, bad - alternator, good- Of course, I had questions; Better yet she had answers ! Robert was so helpful! I needed brake lights replaced, and he replaced it for me perfectly without any extra charge! He only charged me for the bulbs, even though it took him lots of effort to get the previous bulb out since it was fused to the socket. Robert is really good at doing what he does, and he even offered to switch out my front head lights if I buy it online and bring it to him! What amazing service. Thank you Robert! read more

Worst autozone ever. Tonight I witnessed a man come in to purchase one over the counter item, and get ignored completely by the manager. I guess he was standing in the wrong line, but he was waiting in the line where the manager was working, (the only one there), and instead of letting him know since he was only purchasing a regular item, so he could be helped at another desk, two other people walked up and he helped them instead. Supposedly the guy was the manager, but he didn't care AT ALL about his customer service. Customer ended up being very angry and walking out without even purchasing the item, where he had been waiting for 20 minutes. Every time I go to this place it is a complete joke. Don't give them your money or time, EVER. Management obviously doesn't care, so sad the way businesses are just ending, but this one deserves to close. read more

One star only due to the fact that the manager Adrian B is not very customer service oriented. I was waiting for over 15 minutes for him to come back into the store to give me my military discount. Two employees asked him to come inside to input his code. Then I myself went outside and asked him and he was rude about it. Another 5 mins passed then I was just about to walk out the associate that was assisting me kept apologizing asking me to wait so I did and finally he walked in input his code didn't apologize or have anything to say. All the other associates were great help. They did seem a little intimidated by the manager. read more

I went in yesterday to purchase a couple of batteries the person behind the counter actually took interest in my problem. She took the time to research the various batteries and I have to choose from and explain to me what my best choices were. One of the batteries is actually $150 cheaper than if I would have bought the manufacturer recommended battery. In addition to all this she was kind enough to give me a discount since the batteries or Miss price on the Shelf. I'll definitely go back to this location read more

Came in to buy spark plugs for my four-cylinder. I called before hand to make sure they had them in stock, they assured me they had nine. When I came in back to the store five minutes after I called, they couldn't find the spark plugs even though there inventory says they have 9. The issue this AutoZone has is easy, it is called bad management since they allow high employee theft and therefore ruining the customer experience. I personally cannot wait until the new O'Reillys opens on the corner of John F. Kennedy read more

Today I came in to buy some oil as I usually do the line was outstandingly long I probably counted 15+ people including myself all in line and only one cashier which I find outrages, by the name of Mario amazing person even with the amount of people he had in the store the young man kept his cool and took care of all his customers one by one all left with a satisfaction! Even knowing he was the only one there he still achieved everything properly even offered to help customers find items in a timely manner! I appreciate your hard work Mario! read more

Worst service ever. Workers are too incompetent to properly check inventory. Some short brown haired girl didn't get her name, working at 2:20 today talked to me on the phone and helped me in store.
