This has been my O'Reilly's for years and I finally decided to write a review…read more For the most part it's your typical O'Reilly's. The people are great. Great service. Now for what made me write this review. I had brought in a part that I had under warranty. When I went in to go exchange it, the person attending me couldn't find the part under 2 3 different phone numbers and an account I have with them. I found that odd and ending up buying a whole new part and using the part I brought in for my core charge. I go in the next day and talk to someone new to ask about the warranty and they were able to find my part with the account that I had with them. I had asked if they were able to somehow refund the part I bought the day prior and they had said that they wouldn't be able to give me a solid answer and to talk to the store manager or assistant store manager. That wasn't a problem for me. I go in the next day and talked to the assistant store manager and they confirmed that they were able to do what I had asked and that they would give me a call. They just told me that it would take about 7 days as they needed to request the part back from the depot to do the swap. This was done on a Monday. On Thursday afternoon I receive a call from the assistant store manager stating that the part had came back from the depot and that the exchange was successful. They went ahead and refunded the part that I bought a couple days prior without me needing to be present. Great service from O'Reillys! Shout out to Jesus and the assistant store manager!

ANDREW RAMIREZ not only provides high quality customer service but is also able to help guests in a timely and efficient manner. been having weird issue with my car recently, weird logo on the dash and my windshield wipers have been smearing dirt on my windshield when i use them. had no idea what was going on! no way im taking my car in to a shop to get absolutely taxed. went in to autozone the other day and asked for help from andrew ramirez and he was on it in a jiffy. he told me exactly what was going on and what i needed to fix it! turns out my windshield wiper fluid was low and he directed me towards some different options until we ruled out what was best for my car. since then ive never had that problem! anytime i need help im going straight to andrew ramirez! super sweet and funny guy, cracked funny jokes the entire time! left auto zone with a smile on my face and a happy car. thank you andrew! give this guy a raise and a promotion ASAP!

He asked the right questions, looked up information in their data base (information that I didn't realize I needed), and told me what aisle my parts would be on. I bought my replacement parts. I've installed them already - they were the correct size. I was in and out quickly.
