What a scam. Don't have your car worked on here…read more The radiator in our second car (an older sedan) recently sprung a leak and left my wife stranded on the freeway. It ended up at Pep Boys 'cause that's where the tow company provided by our insurance company's roadside assistance dropped it off. She authorized them to diagnose it, but didn't agree to any work until she could check with me, and it's a good thing she didn't. When I got home later and went down and see what was up with the car they said it needed a new radiator. I was unsurprised at this, as her description of what went wrong with the car led me to believe it was likely a coolant leak of some sort. At least they were honest about that much. Then they showed me the quote to replace it. It was over $700 dollars, and included such gems in the detailed estimate as $82 for "radiator drain and fill pkg", 'cause apparently the $312 to "remove & replace radiator" doesn't include draining and filling? They wanted to charge me $223 for a radiator. I got a new OEM radiator for $95. $24 radiator cap? $16 at O'Reilly's. And then there's the extra $53 for "limited extended labor warranty", 'cause apparently they won't stand by their work unless they can gouge you for it first. I said f*** that noise, paid them their $50 diagnostic fee, and drove it home. I'm, a non-pro, shade tree mechanic doing the work in my driveway, and did the job in less than 2 hours (A job that would probably take a pro an hour or less.) for a little over $100 in parts. I don't see how that's $700+ worth of work. I shudder to think how many people who know nothing about their cars are getting scammed by this shop.

Noah was easy-going, polite, friendly, and fair...I know sales people have a job to do and Noah did the best job possible balancing being a businessman and demonstrating excellent and personal customer service. He also went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of at every point of the process. It's easy to feel like a "customer" at some of the bigger, corporate dealerships. Redlands CDJR felt much more cozy and down-to-earth, and Noah's mellow, no pressure energy helped us to drive away very satisfied in our new purchase.

WARNING! Read this before your entrust your vehicle to REDLANDS CDJR Dealership!…read more My Experience With Recall 67C - 2022 Thor Dazzle 2LB. 6558 miles I brought my 2022 Thor Dazzle 2LB to the dealership for Recall 67C. Before taking it in, I had no known coolant leak, and the vehicle was in good condition. In fact we Just got back from Yosemite. After the truck had been at the dealership for two days, a dealership manager named Cody told me they had found a coolant-system leak and that I would have to pay approximately $1,500 for the repair. Because I had brought the vehicle in without any known coolant problem, I immediately contacted MOPAR for help and asked whether the leak could be related to the recall service. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the issue resolved. I declined the $1,500 repair and picked up my vehicle. I was not told that the coolant leak was still present, and I was not warned that it could be unsafe to drive. About 10 miles after leaving the dealership, I noticed the engine was steaming. When I arrived home and opened the hood, it appeared that the vehicle was almost out of coolant. I was also shocked to discover a long screwdriver left inside the engine compartment. I had already driven the vehicle home with the tool still sitting inside the engine bay. There is another issue that concerns me. Cody sent me photographs of what he claimed was my old radiator. However, when I took my own photographs of the radiator on my truck, it appeared almost brand new. Because I wanted an independent opinion, I asked my independent mechanic to inspect and investigate the situation. During his inspection, he found that the radiator had a scratch running from the top to the bottom. This raised additional concerns for me about the condition of the radiator and what may have happened while my vehicle was at the dealership. I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing based solely on this finding, but I believe the condition of the radiator should be documented and independently reviewed, especially given the photographs Cody provided and the fact that the coolant problem was identified only after the vehicle had been at the dealership for two days. To be clear, I am not claiming that the dealership caused the coolant leak as a fact. I am asking reasonable questions because I brought the vehicle in without a known leak, was told two days later that it had a leak requiring a $1,500 repair, and then experienced steaming and an apparent loss of coolant about 10 miles after leaving the dealership. I would like answers to these questions: -Could the coolant leak be related to Recall 67C? -Why was I not warned about the active leak before driving away? -Why did the engine begin steaming approximately 10 miles after leaving? -Why was the vehicle apparently almost out of coolant when I opened the hood? -Why was a long screwdriver left inside my engine compartment? -Why did the radiator have a scratch running from the top to the bottom? -Can the dealership verify that the radiator shown in Cody's photographs was actually from my vehicle? -Why did the radiator in my photographs appear almost brand new compared with the photographs Cody provided? -Why am I being asked to pay approximately $1,500 for this repair? -Will MOPAR/Stellantis assist in resolving this matter? I have documentation, photographs, recall paperwork, dealership paperwork, photographs provided by Cody, and information from my independent mechanic that I can provide to support my concerns. UPDATE: 9/10/26 Stellantis, the parent company, is now communicating with me regarding this situation. They asks me to bring my truck back to dealership. But I asked a different dealership to fix it. I appreciate that they are taking the time to review my concerns. At this point, I am hoping they will investigate what happened, review the dealership's work and documentation, and help determine whether the coolant issue is connected in any way to the recall service. Updates : 9/18/26 Fontana, the other dealership, they asks me to pay $2500 to fix the REDLANDS intentional faults. Me & my wife are so frustrated that cannot eat, work and sleep well because of this stress I will keep everyone updated as I receive more information. I hope this situation can be resolved fairly and that I can get clear answers about what happened to my vehicle. I am not looking to accuse anyone without evidence. I simply want transparency, accountability, and a fair resolution So it won't again happen to anyone

This place is an absolute joke! My son chose this shop for a front end replacement on his car…read morethrough his insurance company (State Farm) his vehicle went into Auto Haus on May 2. After 3 months his car was still in the shop so my son started pressing the issue because he needed his car back. Once he finally got his car back he noticed it was overheating and I had a leak. He took the car immediately back to Auto Haus and advised the shop owner Vic. Once he looked under the car he noticed that there was a crack in his oil pan, bumper clips were all broken, right passenger fender mount was being held on by a screw, and his cross member and control arm were both damaged still from the accident and fan was not working. He fixed the oil pan and the fan; however, the rest of the issues have yet to be resolved. My son has car in his possession because he's not comfortable taking his car back to this shop because he never properly fixed it in the first place. Auto Haus repaired everything cosmetic but fixed nothing under the hood and under the car even tho all those repairs were included in the invoice. He advised State Farm of the issue and State Farm contacted Vic from Auto Haus and told him to cur him a check to get the car fixed somewhere else or they would flag him with the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say Vic decided to cut My Son a check. When Vic was pressed about the crappy job he did he got defensive and had a list of reasons on why he did a crappy job. Beware of this this shop,
