I have to say this location Autozone is the closest to me, and I can say they have a great staff and helpful employees who like to help. Not rude, and actually I recently went 3/12/20 Was raining hard! Went in and borrowed their scanner then came back in and was clearly and detailed explained of the codes and what could be wrong with car. Finally the codes was what I needed to see what I needed to fix on my Honda Fit 2009. Check engine light was on for bout a month to point It was flashing. I was a was happy with my experience, thanks to Michelle I was able to walk out of there with a good DEAL on parts purchased for my car repair. I bought 4 spark plugs & 4 Cylinders. Turns out, The problem with my car was two out of the 4 Cylinders was out which means the car was Misfiring which is due to one or more or all cylinders being out. Which causes the engine to not work at its full potential. In my case after my check engine light flashing my car went from going 40mph to no more than 20mph because it would not accelerate! & if not fixed after it starts to flash it can cause more serious problems to engine or car in general. One thing I learned is patience but also that people come and go and so do the parts and sometimes they won't have it in stock but that is normal and understandable. Anyway THANKS a lot!!! I came in, Johnathan was there behind the counter and helped me pick out which battery I would like. Went with a Duralast Gold with 3 year warranty. He helped me switch out my battery in the parking lot and even saved me time by giving me the exchange off for my current battery when I paid rather than having to come back in and do another transaction. Was super helpful and nice and had a good conversation while he worked on installing my new battery. Only took about 30-40 minutes total from walking in. I was coming home from a business trip in the pouring rain and stopped for gas and had a dead battery. I was able to get a jump and make it to Autozone. I didn't have the tools to change my battery. I went inside and a super kind man named Anthony helped me. He found me a battery, and even went out in the pouring rain to change it for me. The cables were corroded and it gave him a hard time. The entire time he had a smile and was so kind to me. I wasn't expecting this kind of customer service . He took the time to show compassion and truly help me out. I went in to this store to get my battery replaced and the service was great at the start. They had my battery in stock and even installed it for free. However, the dude that installed it was clearly inexperienced and didn't tighten my positive connector to the battery at all. I have never had to get my battery replaced before and just expected that it would be done correctly. Right after i left the store and turned my car off it wouldn't start again. I called the store back and was basically told to figure it out on my own. Correct instillation of products sold should be a priority. If there is an employee that doesn't know how to do this sort of thing properly, someone who does should be present during the process. I wasted 3 hours thinking I would have to purchase new car parts when in reality I just had to tighten a flipping bolt. do better please. read more

My battery died so I got a jump & drove to auto zone to get a replacement. I gave them my year make & model. The gave me a battery that looked like a motorcycle battery. I asked the cashier are you sure it's the right battery? He started laughing at me & said yes. Your the expert approach me in a professional way & reassure me it's the correct battery.
