I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated that transparency They took care of everything quickly and professionally. I purchased four travel trailer tires from PLUS 1 PERFORMANCE at a cost of over $600.00. About 1,000 miles later one of them blew up on the highway in Texas! After being reamed for the fuse I'd had enough of these guys! I asked for a refund for the tire, THEY STILL BILLED ME FOR MOUNTING AND BALANCING! For a tire that blew up in two days on the road! And BTW not one balance weight on any of the tires.

Prior to this, we had our alignments done elsewhere and they also didn't do a good job, it wasn't perfect but it wasn't great. We suspect that this business took our money and didn't do a single thing to our cars, just robbed us. We took our cars to the much more reputable Synder's Tires here in crestline; it was more expensive but we got a complete report of how terribly aligned my car was, something Plus One didn't do.
