I went here before work at they opened right at 8 am. I was the first customer but the service was amazing. Paul went above and beyond asking me how I was doing and constantly gave me updates during the process. I really appreciated his kindness and great attitude. He really is great at what he does and I will be going here again. read more

Fast service, friendly and welcoming staff, checked all the fluids and toped off. Added veteran's discount and thanked my husband for his service. Great service and great value. Thank you! Highly recommend this location. read more

I swear we rolled in and were out in 20 minutes. The gentlemen who work here all all respectful and kind. I highly recommend this place.

6/9/26 Fastest oil change I've ever received from a Jiffy Lube. Under 10mins tops. Professionals. I will return to this location

Max and Anthony were amazing! great service, First time here and will definitely come back again. Oil change was done in less than 10 minutes. Do not go anywhere else and just come here to save Time and Money, thanks again! read more

Love this place! Anthony and the whole team were fast, professional and respectful. I was in and out in a snap gettinng the oil channged on my 1993 Toyota. As an elderly woman seeking automotive services, I was braced for the fictional Johnson Rod failure, etc. Not here. They were awesome and treated me with respect. They answered my questions about the efficacy and viscosity differences for high mileage oil without patronizing me. All the fluids were checked and topped off. Tires were checked and adjusted for pressure. Best of all, did you know you can go to any JL and get fluids and oil topped off for free?! Last I was very impressed with their verbal call out on all safety and quality matters. I left feeling confident that the oil plug was secured and all was well under the hood of the good old Camry. read more

I went in for an oil change, tail light replacement and wiper blades replacement. The service technician Anthony showed me the before and after showing my Hyundai was burning oil turning into sludge. He recommended an additive to unclog it. He topped my windshield fluid off without asking and also recommended we check the a/c filter. That thing definitely needed a change. She showed me all the before and after which instilled confidence in his service. Before leaving he made sure all my tired were at the right air pressure. I have been to other jiffy lubes but not to one where they go above and beyond as this. Pay them a visit in location! I know I'll be coming back! read more

Did my brakes on my Toyota in 2023 and they did a great job quickly. Doing my vehicle inspection today for a reasonable price. Great hardworking staff. Whole team here are hard-workers. Would recommend. read more

I was in and out in less than 10mins for an oil change! Amazing service by John and Mike was super nice and helpful!

This is the worst place of to get your car serviced! They don't know what they're doing and charge you to do nothing to your car! They messed up my tire rotation and now I have to take it somewhere to do what I paid them to do! I don't recommend this place at all! read more

Visited this Jiffy Lube on 1/2/2020 at around 2:10pm. First impression was a good one. Joshua came up to the car with his mask on and asked what I needed for the day. I let him know I needed an oil change and he asked what kind of oil (conventional or synthetic). I said synthetic. He continues on and tells me what the service offers; tire pressure check, fluids check, etc... Total price he originally said was around $110 but then doubled back and after fees it would be $122 and some change. Checked in on Yelp and received $20 off so final price was $102 and change. They had 2 cars being serviced at this time and one car ahead of me also waiting. He then notified me that there was approximately a 35 min wait time. I agreed and waited in the car until then. Joshua pulled the car in for me while I was allowed to wait in the waiting area until the oil change was complete. The area isn't the best and during most of the day, the main street that it's located on, Highland Ave, is easily crowded so please double check when pulling in and pulling out. Left the establishment at 3:47pm. I didn't mind the wait. The waiting area was clean and they had the TV on. So it was nice. Overall it was a good experience. Nothing to complain about and great service. Thank you. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - San Bernadino, California

My Suv never had an oil leak problem always ran smooth for a 2000. Came to this location for an oil change and a week after all the oil had leaked out while i was at work and it was not clean oil looked like my old dirty oil. Brought it back and they "fixed" it and they tried to blame it on the vehicle when there was never an issue with my oil until i brought it here. My Suv still sounds funky and the oil gage is out of wack. The location off the 10 fwy on sierra ave and merrill do a better job. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Major oil leak. - Auto Repair Near Me - San Bernadino, California

I needed an oil change so I drove to this location. It was early so no one was there. I forgot the guy's name but he was already having a bad day. The printer wasn't working meaning he would have to email the receipt. Which was not a problem for me. He also didn't have change in cash draw. Which was not problem for me because I use my card alot. The service was fast. It's more pricy compared to what I am used to paying. I got what I needed done and it didn't take all day. read more

super nice people !! highly recommend they topped off all of my oil and put air in my tires. was also able to use a coupon

Talk about great service. The gentleman that helped me was nice and efficient. If you need to save time and money come here.

March 11 Saturday what is easily taken care of the guy with the tattoo on his face was pretty helpful with everything must loved him

I'm sharing a very unpleasant experience so that future people won't suffer the same. Do not take your Subaru or any foreign car here. I had an oil change done here and the young employees were completely clueless. They mixed oil in my coolant reservoir. To make it even more unprofessional, they told me I had a busted head and the fluids mixed on their own. I left immediately to my mechanic who, $700 later, was able to confirm that it was them who didn't know how to change my Subarus oil. I had to completely flush out my engine. Please do not come here! read more

I had read great reviews for other Jiffy Lube locations, but the Highland store was most convenient for me, so I took a chance. I was not disappointed! They provided fabulous, fast, friendly service! Tim and all the crew members were very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend the Highland Jiffy Lube! read more

So Paul was super helpful. I had a yelp coupon but he had a better coupon wich kept my oil change around $40. What a great help. Unheard of when they want to help you and give you better savings. Go get your oil changed at jiffy lube on highland and E st. Ask for Paul. He got you. read more

Man what a nightmare with my Jeep and leaking oil. I went to this Jiffy lube because it had the best reviews and I see why. Although they could not work on my vehicle (needed a mechanic and specialized attention) - they (all three service specialists) took their time to check underneath and discover a likely cause and recommended a mechanic in the area (Pete discount tire and wheels in San Bernardino) who was also nice and scheduled a repair! Jiffy Lube's help costed me nothing-- rare to have that type of service. read more

really good and fast service didnt take more than 10min for an oil change everyone was nice and respectful

Joshua was helpful in directing me on what I specifically needed for my car. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I was explaining to him how my car vibrated and whether the synthetic oil made sense for my car since its newer model. The time line he gave me was on point as I returned right on time. Thank you guys read more

Today 8/11/22 at 12:35 one of the employees did donuts in the middle of the street on highland. He was driving his car (white with black trim) so fast doing circles and blocking traffic and came so close to hitting the curb. He put himself, other drivers and the students at the middle school at risk. The other two employees were laughing and recording him. All three employees we rude and waved at the school security and teachers. We were just concerned about our students. Why didn't they just do their high-speed donuts in the back parking lot since there were NO customers? I used to bring my car there to get my oil changes but never again. read more

Took my car yesterday for a oil change and now it wont start. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to get it checked by a mechanic.

I went to get an oil change and had my car over heat on me. The young gentlemen were so very helpful. They immediately came to my rescue, helping me safely park my car and started to check my vehicles issues. Unfortunately they weren't able to repair my car there, as my car is a 1956 chevy and parts aren't carried there. But these 3 service men were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond normal customer service. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. read more

I went to a jiffy lube off university and was told to come here because they didn't have my oil. When I arrive all I see is a worker and his friends just smoking. Pull up and instead of coming to help just stare until one comes and tells me they don't have my oil and walks away. read more

This is my go to spot. I've gone to this location for my last 3 oil changes. The workers are always friendly. They let me know what things on my car need to be looked at or are ready to be serviced but they are never pushy, I don't at all feel pressured to get something fixed right that moment. I'm also rarely in there for more than 15-20 minutes which is great! read more

Best super quick and friendly oil change experience you can imagine. Just came from there a good customer service plus I learned something new just by looking at them never knew my car had that LOL.

One employee running the whole shop with 4 customers. You would think it would take two employees to run the place and I don't know how the owner expects so much from one worker. This is a waste of time for customers read more
