This "Jiffy Lube" on "University Parkway"did not put oil in my boyfriend's truck before he left he drove about 12 miles total forth and back he smelt something burning when he left. Jiffy Lube called him 14 minutes later and said if he could bring the truck back asap because they forgot to wipe excess oil off. He drove the truck back and the workers were acting very nervous taking pictures of everything. The following day smoke started blowing out the exhaust pipe like a smoking chimney. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the truck prior to this! I know all of this has to be on video footage of them not putting oil and than putting it when he came back. We had to pay out of pocket $3,500 to replace the engine. My boyfriend lost a lot of $ from his lawn service business from not having the truck to use. " Jiffy Lube" is owned independently and the owner is avoiding accountability completely for this all he does is lie! We've called corporate they referred us back to the owner we went in and he wrote a statement they've still done nothing about the situation whatsoever. I'm sure this happens more than we know from now on I'm going to ask before I leave if they put oil in the vehicles to double check. So ridiculous that should even have to be 2nd guessed! I've always used "Jiffy Lube" for all my oil changes and have never had issues prior to this I feel like they should at least be honest and take accountability for this damage plus they charged for the service that they didn't do properly! Thankfully I have all the proof I need and will just have to start a lawsuit against them they could have done the right thing but now will have to go through the courts to get justice for this damage. read more

I've tried going to this place several times, but, unfortunately, they just don't meet the welcome customers. The staff doesn't seem motivated to provide any kind of service. So, this was my fourth attempt to get service here, and I'm leaving without it. Instead, I went across the street to the busy Valonine, and I got everything done without any problems. I took my car to this location Tuesday 1/10/23 to get my windshield wipers replaced and I left m with a cracked windshield. I called the store back as soon as I got to my location (maybe 20 minutes after service) and they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. I unfortunately cannot hold them accountable because I don't have video evidence and my testimony of "it wasn't cracked before I came in and now it is cracked exactly where the windshield wipers lie" isn't enough proof. So just beware before you take your vehicle here. Accidents happen and had they done the to remedy the situation all would've been forgiven, but since they did not I can without a doubt say that they are careless and irresponsible and you shouldn't trust them with your vehicle! read more

I have a 2022 Dodge Ram that was leaking oil and never thought it would be from my oil change at jiffy lube after spending $235 dollars at the dealer for a diagnosis, it was determined that it was due to a oil filter failure. I went to jiffy to get reimbursed and was told that the "warranty was only for 90 days." I don't even drive my truck except on weekends only. These guys messed my car up. I took it for a transmission fluid change for 200$. The whole way home my car smoked and dripped fluid all over my driveway. I took it back and they wiped up the mess they made spilling fluid everywhere which stopped the dripping. So there's no explanation after bringing it back why my transmission fluid is empty. They drained all the transmission fluid out. My car isn't leaking and two days later after going to them to service it it was empty. Also my car is now throwing up the check engine light since visiting them. The check engine light has never been on since I had the car. They are shit mechanics nothing short of it. The mechanic I took it to after them said never to go back to jiffy lube. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!! They take no responsibility and hurt my car worse because I held them accountable. read more

So I see why Valvoline is always so busy across the street. I normally go to Valvoline and they were busy however as soon as you pull up someone comes out to greet you and let you know what the wait time is so you have an idea how long your wait will be. Can't say the same about Jiffy lube. Pulled into the oil change lane and there were 2 employees in the bay and I did not expect them to stop working but at least acknowledge me. I'm usually pretty good about maintenance on my car so it was driving me insane that I didn't have time to work on my car. I went here against my better judgement. All I wanted was an oil change. Nothing more. Nothing less. I specifically asked for them to not even check my tires. Only an oil change. I showed up before they closed so I was the only one there. As I was in the office, I spoke with a really nice and helpful woman (can't remember her name). As her and I were doing the "consultation" and I explained what I wanted and didn't want, she tried to up sell me. I get it. I'm in sales. I listened to her shpeal. I liked her so I actually was planning on coming back to have them do some more work on my car. I just haven't had time to work on my car so I'd rather pay someone else. While she was pulling up my info on the computer (I'd been here on a previous occasion years ago), I noticed they had my information incorrect. My car does not use 10w 30 oil as listed in my file. It uses 5W 30 only. Always has. I told her and she changed it in the computer. Less than a minute later, someone came out of the garage and handed me my keys. How on earth would they have known what services I wanted done on my vehicle if I was STILL doing my consultation?!?! I was irate but pressed for time so I paid and left. The second I pressed the gas, I knew they had done something wrong. My car was making a loud rumbling noise, acceleration dropped DRASTICALLY, and my car idled loudly. By the time I got home that night, I'd driven close to 200 miles (yes, I drive a lot). I popped open the trunk and what did I find? The morons checked my air filter (again, against my wishes) but were too stupid to clip the box that houses the filter shut. No wonder my car was rumbling!!! Unfortunately, my car is still accelerating slower than a snail. Clearly they used the wrong oil. I will be redoing my oil change myself this weekend. I can no longer tolerate driving this way. Also, my tires are low. I told them not to touch my BRAND NEW TIRES. I specifically stated that the tires do not use air, but nitrogen. He also gave me a run down of all optional services my vehicle will need shortly. When my car was finished I was about to leave when I noticed my car started to shake.
