Took my car in on a Saturday to get an oil change, they took about 1.5 hrs. No big deal, but other cars coming in after me were getting done. Drive my car back home, and started noticing oil trail in the street after taking my kids to school. I wondered who's car was leaking so much oil. After the 4th day I finally realized it was my car since there was a huge puddle in my driveway. I called to let the shop know and the older heavy set white man said to take it in, which I did. He just asked for the keys rudely. Didn't even quote me on time and left me standing there. Him and the other older technician started arguing while looking under my car. Finally he tells me that my car is leaking oil because I seemed to have hit a pot hole or something, making my oil cooler "dent" considering I have a jeep, I find that very unlikely. I told him no, if I would of hit a pot hole or anything my car would of leaked then and wasn't leaking when I took it to them. He said they took the piece out and tried to help me by hammering the dent out. It didn't make any sense. Now, I took it to my regular mechanic and he personally showed me that they were hitting it with a flat head screwdriver to loosen up the filter, that's where the dent came from and that's how they punctured my oil cooler. Now I have to pay to get it fixed, I simply took it for an oil change and now I have to pay out of pocket for their mistake. The least they could of done was apologize but instead they blamed me and now reading the reviews, it seems like a pattern. Not to mention that their customer services is terrible. Save your money and pay a little more somewhere else. read more

Been several times and it was fine for oil changes. Will never go again after last visit. They didn't screw the cap back on and it was lying upside down over the opening. There was oil everywhere. All over my engine and underside of roof because I didn't know until I started to smell burning oil really bad. Then, my car was leaking oil under the oil filter too. They didn't put in the oil filter properly. It was loose and I was leaking oil from there as well. Who does that? How would you not see that you didn't screw in the cap or not put in the filter properly? Someone who doesn't give a crap, that's who. So disappointing. Never bring your car there. Too inconsistent. Do not ever go here. The first time I went I seen them dragging someone's motorcycle across the cement and they banged my far three times. All I did was go for an oil change and I asked the man working on my car to be more careful and all he said was okay. He put dents in my car! The next time we went back (not my choice by the way) I needed a new cat and they told us it would cost 2,000 to fix. I know I'm not a mechanic but I knew that was bs. I ended up taking it elsewhere and it only cost me $200 including the welding and the part! This place is dishonest and give horrible service. I Needed a simple oil change , took my car in to auto care &brakes . It took me about 10 min for my car to be seen then about 15minutes to be worked on. I paid because I thought the job was done. I went home. Usually park in the grass so I didn't notice at first but my car was leaking SO MUCH OIL out. I left to work and my dad noticed the grass had a huge spot dying. I reversed at work at the end of my shift. Oil all over the pavement. I drive home (6am) parked on my drive way by 10am my whole drive way was stained and oil everywhere. I had my dad Check it and the oil drainage cap was MISSING. I took it back to auto care & breaks the guy looks at it says oh your cap was cracked .. AFTER SEEING IT WAS COMPLETELY MISSING I asked if he was going to redo my oil he stayed nothing is missing. My dead grass and stained work parking Spot and my stained driveway says other wise. Needless to say I already have to do an oil change only not even a month later. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. Waste of money and waste of time. Disappointed read more

Went here with my own parts, had new Brakes & Rotors installed on my 2014 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport for a fair price, the manager I spoke with was a cool guy. I even brought my car back when I noticed the brakes squeaked a little and they took the time to install Brake Shims I brought free of charge! I had gone to the dealership to get there advertised price on brakes wellafter the estimate they gave me was alot more then the cheaper price I asked them why the told me that it needed more then the avertised price included . Went in with coupon for an oil change, 17.95. Coupon stated no hidden fees and most vehicles. When I got there the tech said it would be 39.95 because the filter is the cartridge type. I agreed to the price but question why the coupon did not state that it would be an extra charge for cartridge. The owner said it was covered by "the most cars" on the coupon. The extra cost was due to the increased expense of the cartridge. On the bill the cost of the cartridge is $10.99. The same price as a standard filter. This is scam employed by almost all garages that perform oil changes. read more

I have been taking my cars to this place since 2001, when it was Econo Lube 'n Tune. The manager, John is a top-notch mechanic. He will never lie to you and he really knows his stuff!!They have a new owner which has increased the prices a little bit - but still well worth it. This is a place that you can send your mom, your grandma, your daughters, and any boys you know that don't know anything about cars and trust everything will be taken care of honestly, with quality. Don't know about anyone else - but John and his knowledge of cars has NEVER let me down. He also knows a bit about boats and other stuff!
