I brought my truck in for a check engine light on reading knock sensors. They agreed to work on the sensors and anything else causing the check engine light. 1 week later the check engine light came back on and read the same codes. While the mechanic was convincing me to not pursue a refund and allow them to fix it a parts delivery guy showed up with the knock sensors. I asked why he ordered the parts if he didnt beilive they're repair was good. He said just to be prepared. Few hours later I get called to pick up the truck. No work done check engine light still on. Mechanic said the diagnostic said it was the pcm. No proof it was the pcm was given. The truck runs perfectly. The Caucasian guy was very unprofessional and interrupted as I was speaking multiple times. I asked why they didn't diagnose the truck before to confirm why the check engine light was on or after to check thier work. He said because I didnt ask them to when I said my cel is on and its reading knock sensors and I needed them to do what needs to be done to repair this. Do not bring your vehicle here they will not honor warranty pr give refund. I went in with a check engine light on, payed over 800$ and still have the same check engine light on. read more

I brought my car here a couple times for an Oil change since under the New business and no complaints. I was assisted by Luis & Evan. They are very thorough about the process. I like how they check everything besides the oil. They go into every detail on how the process goes & if anything needs to be fixed. I had car trouble from another shop & they were able to find another problem that they missed. Thank you guys! read more

Amazing service very knowledgeable employees and no hassle to overbuy. They kept me well informed and helped me save my car potentially. Will definitely come back and refer to my family and friend. Best price value in town read more

Took my car in on a Saturday to get an oil change, they took about 1.5 hrs. No big deal, but other cars coming in after me were getting done. Drive my car back home, and started noticing oil trail in the street after taking my kids to school. I wondered who's car was leaking so much oil. After the 4th day I finally realized it was my car since there was a huge puddle in my driveway. I called to let the shop know and the older heavy set white man said to take it in, which I did. He just asked for the keys rudely. Didn't even quote me on time and left me standing there. Him and the other older technician started arguing while looking under my car. Finally he tells me that my car is leaking oil because I seemed to have hit a pot hole or something, making my oil cooler "dent" considering I have a jeep, I find that very unlikely. I told him no, if I would of hit a pot hole or anything my car would of leaked then and wasn't leaking when I took it to them. He said they took the piece out and tried to help me by hammering the dent out. It didn't make any sense. Now, I took it to my regular mechanic and he personally showed me that they were hitting it with a flat head screwdriver to loosen up the filter, that's where the dent came from and that's how they punctured my oil cooler. Now I have to pay to get it fixed, I simply took it for an oil change and now I have to pay out of pocket for their mistake. The least they could of done was apologize but instead they blamed me and now reading the reviews, it seems like a pattern. Not to mention that their customer services is terrible. Save your money and pay a little more somewhere else. read more

Worst mechanics in the entire planet. I went ub for some simple brakes replacement early September and it's now November and the car sounds the same. I will definitely see you guys in small claims but to anyone else who's never even here I highly suggest you take your car elsewhere. read more

Been several times and it was fine for oil changes. Will never go again after last visit. They didn't screw the cap back on and it was lying upside down over the opening. There was oil everywhere. All over my engine and underside of roof because I didn't know until I started to smell burning oil really bad. Then, my car was leaking oil under the oil filter too. They didn't put in the oil filter properly. It was loose and I was leaking oil from there as well. Who does that? How would you not see that you didn't screw in the cap or not put in the filter properly? Someone who doesn't give a crap, that's who. So disappointing. Never bring your car there. Too inconsistent. May end up with serious damage. read more

Love this place I come for an oil change quite a few times and they always do a great job !!

I was experiencing a dragging splash shield and just so happened to check this place for the first time. Not only did they take care of me within 30 minutes, they also were gracious enough not to charge me. That speaks for itself in my book about their honesty. I will definitely be back and recommend my friends and family. Thank you! read more

A friend of mine told me about this place and the service is great the employees are so nice and have such a great attitude! I'm used to going places to get my oil changed where I have to wait over an hour for it to get done. I come here and It's done in like 20 minutes or less! Craziest quote.... Quoted $300 just labor for brakes front and back... purchased the brakes myself just needed them installed... Might as well go to the dealer. read more

Do not ever go here. The first time I went I seen them dragging someone's motorcycle across the cement and they banged my far three times. All I did was go for an oil change and I asked the man working on my car to be more careful and all he said was okay. He put dents in my car! The next time we went back (not my choice by the way) I needed a new cat and they told us it would cost 2,000 to fix. I know I'm not a mechanic but I knew that was bs. I ended up taking it elsewhere and it only cost me $200 including the welding and the part! This place is dishonest and give horrible service. Don't go here unless you want to be over charged and get your car back scratched up. read more

I Needed a simple oil change , took my car in to auto care &brakes . It took me about 10 min for my car to be seen then about 15minutes to be worked on. I paid because I thought the job was done. I went home. Usually park in the grass so I didn't notice at first but my car was leaking SO MUCH OIL out. I left to work and my dad noticed the grass had a huge spot dying. I reversed at work at the end of my shift. Oil all over the pavement. I drive home (6am) parked on my drive way by 10am my whole drive way was stained and oil everywhere. I had my dad Check it and the oil drainage cap was MISSING. I took it back to auto care & breaks the guy looks at it says oh your cap was cracked .. AFTER SEEING IT WAS COMPLETELY MISSING I asked if he was going to redo my oil he stayed nothing is missing. My dead grass and stained work parking Spot and my stained driveway says other wise. Needless to say I already have to do an oil change only not even a month later. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. Waste of money and waste of time. Disappointed read more

Loved this place everyone was so nice! And they did my brakes so fast! Nothing but good service

Went here with my own parts, had new Brakes & Rotors installed on my 2014 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport for a fair price, the manager I spoke with was a cool guy. I even brought my car back when I noticed the brakes squeaked a little and they took the time to install Brake Shims I brought free of charge! Both times I've gone here, they were very busy and I was still out of there in under 1 hour. Good job, I will be back with my wife's Mazda very soon. Thanks you read more

Poor service all round. I ended up paying money for a new battery because of a mistake they made. Same thing happened to my friend.

Actually you are required by law to give her a written estimate and have her sign it prior to any work being done. And you are required by law to explain before hand there will be a charge for the estimate. It is my educated opinion you took advantage of a young WOMAN. Had it been a man I'm sure things would have been handled differently. It's a sham you fleeced her. read more

I had gone to the dealership to get there advertised price on brakes wellafter the estimate they gave me was alot more then the cheaper price I asked them why the told me that it needed more then the avertised price included . Well I didn't have that much money to spend and the car wasn't that old so a frind told me about this shop In rialto that they were regulars at so I took the est.to them , and they put it on the lift came back and told me that it didn't need any thing but they rotated the tires and when I was ready to leave I asked what I owed he said nothing then I showed him the est. I had gotten Hesaid that sometimes shops run on commission and the need to make a certain amount to pay overhead . well I thanked him for being so honest with me And NOW I know where to go if I need work done read more

Went in with coupon for an oil change, 17.95. Coupon stated no hidden fees and most vehicles. When I got there the tech said it would be 39.95 because the filter is the cartridge type. I agreed to the price but question why the coupon did not state that it would be an extra charge for cartridge. The owner said it was covered by "the most cars" on the coupon. The extra cost was due to the increased expense of the cartridge. On the bill the cost of the cartridge is $10.99. The same price as a standard filter. This is scam employed by almost all garages that perform oil changes. read more

This is a place that you can send your mom, your grandma, your daughters, and any boys you know that don't know anything about cars and trust everything will be taken care of honestly, with quality. Don't know about anyone else - but John and his knowledge of cars has NEVER let me down. He also knows a bit about boats and other stuff!
