Worst experience I've ever had in my life. I went to IE Meneses Tire Service just to get new tires installed, and somehow they managed to mess up my brakes in the process. My car was perfectly fine before, and after they worked on it, I started having brake issues. When I brought it up to the owner, Israel, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Not only did he refuse to take responsibility, but he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or the potential danger they caused. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. I don't ever write these reviews but tires were put on my truck here they were the wrong size and no one bothered to tell me they were. Not sure his name straight out said I don't like telling people what tires to put on because they just make me put them on an aways. I have a big truck and they put my family's life at risk. Been coming hear for a couple of years now and always a good service. Marlon is always friendly, helpful, and honest when answering questions. I was never pressured on any recommended service. When I had a minor leak in my steering fluid, which I already knew, he would let me know and just top it off when I get an oil change. I went here to get an oil change that I got on Groupon. Avoid at all costs. Marlon is probably the only good thing about this place. I got an oil change and they misplaced my power steering wheel cap and my steering wheel started to make a whining noise. When I opened the hood the power steering fluid spilled everywhere and there was smoke. I refilled it and covered it with a rubber glove and called them and talked to Jose. He didn't say sorry or that they made a mistake. Then when I went in, he hadn't ordered a cap or have it in stock. I essentially drove back my car in that condition just so he could open the hood and believe what I was telling him. Then I returned again and I had to request a few times and they still didn't even clean the fluid spilled everywhere. This is one of the worst experiences I've had and I usually don't leave reviews but it was such a bad experience that I had to. All I wanted was them to fix what happened but the manager was very unhelpful. Again, Marlon was very nice and dealing with him was great but I'm disappointed with the standard and the customer treatment. Make sure you check the work they do. If something is wrong report it and make sure you get help. 90% of your experience will be great but there is that odd auto shop that does try and exploit you. You cannot and should not bully your customers or people in general. I also put a picture to show the black grime that dried on my car from the fluid spill. If I didn't open my hood and check it, the consequences would've been very severe so please be careful. read more

I'm sure some people are actually able to get their oil changed here at the Groupon price of $16, but I'd like to know what kind of oil was used. I was charged a total of $10.54 more for 5W20 and was told that grade was a synthetic or a blend. There are plenty of 5W20 brands clearly labeled "conventional" for sale on the internet. The shop is fairly large and, unlike so many other places, actually has parking spaces for customers. It was easy for me to enter and exit the premises on a Friday morning. It "opens" at 7:30, but the technicians don't come in until 8. I tried to make an appointment online and got an automated reply, but the store never contacted me as promised. I called and supposedy got a 7:30 appointment. My oil change was complete at 8:06. The wait would have been much less annoying if the TV in the waiting room wasn't blaring some noisy "action" movie. I know that my car is low-maintenance and well-maintained, so was satisfied that the shop did not claim that any other work needed to be done. read more

Not happy with how they do business. The man I dealt with was very nice, courteous and charming. However, what took place was pretty shady. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $16. I was told by the merchant that my car needed a synthetic blend and that it would cost an additional $14 on top of what I had already paid for the Groupon. I asked, "What if I don't want the synthetic blend?" The response was they would not do an oil change without the synthetic blend because it would damage my car. I have always gotten "standard" oil changes and not with a "synthetic blend", which cost less than the $30 that I would have paid this merchant. Needless to say, I left the business without an oil change and got a refund for the Groupon. BUYER BE WARE!! Don't let dishonest merchants rip you off no matter how nice and charming they are. read more

Resolution. I stopped by QT today and spoke to Marlon regarding my issue with the upcharge on my Groupon yesterday. He apologized and explained that the employe was new and in training. He should have researched our vehicle history more thoroughly and there should never have been any upcharge, Since we already paid a $10.78 upcharge , Marlon advised me that the next service would be free. A Groupon Story. I've been to this shop before but it was with another car a few years but had purchased the same deal that I purchased a few days ago which was $16 for an oil change, w/ fine print they charge extra for synthetic oil. With the old car I was charged less than $10 for the extra fee and left a happy customer. Depending upon the car I would imagine the fee differs but this isn't exactly what I had in mind...A couple days ago I called the shop to inquire how much the extra fee would be for the car, being that's it's synthetic oil, they'd have to use and that I had the Groupon. He asked me what it was and I told him a '12 Camry, he stated $45. I said $45? He said yes and we hung up. After, I thought maybe he heard me say 'coupon' and maybe that's why the price was so high. So to be sure a couple days after the call I physically walk in, greeted by a gentleman and I ask him without mentioning Groupon at first how much an oil change is for my car. He sees it parked outside and quotes me $70 and also shows me the pricing mat they have on the counter that states $70 for a synthetic oil change. So I tell him well I have a Groupon, & he says so it'll be $16 minus the charge of the synthetic oil fee which is $45. So I said wait a minute, let me get this straight. Out of $70 (Original price), I already paid $16 (Groupon) and now I have to pay a high fee of $45 (because it's synthetic) that comes to $61. If the original price is $70 w/o any Groupons, coupons, discounts, etc then the "discount" your getting is a measly $9? To me, that isn't worth it. Granted that I KNEW there was an extra charge before I purchased, I'm an avid Grouponer I always read the fine print but a discount of $9? Seriously? He said he keeps begging the owner for a Groupon for Synthetic but he's kind of a stickler and they always have that Groupon on there. I ended up passing on the "deal", he apologized and I left. I'd recommend to anyone that if you're going to buy the Groupon deal, first call and ask how much the additional fee will be on your vehicle then decide if it's worth it. read more

The last two oil changes, which is suppose to include replacing the oil & filter, and rotate the tires, were not done. I marked my filter and my tires and for two oil, the filter was never replaced and the tires were never rotated. We have 4 vehicles we'll be taking elsewhere. read more

I took my car into there new store in Calimesa for a oil leak, after they couldn't find the leak, they brought me under the car only for me to point it out to them, They charge me 54.50 for me to find the leak and said they could fix for 368.00 plus TAX. I then took my car to another auto mechanic who didn't charge to inspect and said they would replace the same line for 180.00 parts and labor, Their ordering my parts.
