My AC was not getting cold. So I decided to come here to get it looked at. He found something blocking the airflow and fixed it. He told me what else I needed to get fixed. Which, I will have to do at another time. The quick fix did make a difference on a hot day compared to what I had before I came it. I took my car to rays auto service because I had some frount end work I need done, So called them and ask do you do that kind of work and he said He did . So I took them my car and walk home 90+heat over 2 mi.(I am 65 With c.o.p.d.) got back to my house and ray called he told me that my car could not be fixed. So now I can't believe it. Don't have a nother car and no money to by one . He told me e that this bad that was bad , Will git it home I look at some videos, Now I am no mechanic not even a backyard one, but for less then $100 I fix my car my self ! I'm a senior citizen and I called Ray's to see if they could put air in my tires because some of my tires were low. I was told to bring my car right in. I did and the two gentlemen there were very friendly and professional. They immediately filled my tires to the right number and I was on my way. You can't get service like that anymore. Buyer Beware! I needed my headlamp changed which I purchased down the street at Napa, which is a very nice business, by the way. Ray's was happy to change out the lamp for me although the lights were still not working. They took my money even though what I came in there for did not get fixed. They offered to charge me a lot of money to see whether or not a fuse was loose. What in the hell has happened to common courtesy and what used to be natural customer service?! This is why Lyft and Uber are so popular! Why not just sell my car and forget about it if this is the way that mechanics treat their customers?! read more

Steer clear of this place i called to see how much it would cost to have my spark plugs switched keep in mind i already knew thats all i needed the guy on the phone kept insisting that i do diagnostic to my Car when i said I couldn't he said well i cant change your plugs without it. I had already been asking around no one had even brought up a diagnostic let alone told me i had to get it in order to get the service i wanted to pay for. I found a place in fontana that gave me a price and who did it no problem, car runs great now. read more

I found this place because they were one of the few smog shops that were star certified in my area. I did a little internet research and found that they have been in business a long time. The smog tech was courteous, informative and very professional in handling my inspection. I was so impressed with the service that I immediately went back for a complete brake service. I was having some vibration when braking and knew it was a brake issue. They installed quality pads, resurfaced my rotors and topped off my fluids for a great price. My car now brakes as if it was new. I'm very happy. All of the technicians there were great but Tony actually handled my car. Went for a smog and the mechanic working was very friendly I ended up talking with him for 30 minutes or so he recommended a different shop to do some other work on a different truck I own.
