Do not take your car here for repairs! I took my car in to get one issue fixed and came out with another issue. The owner gave me the run around and made one excuse after another and would not look into the issue that his shop caused. They are nice when they make money but when it comes to messing up and having to fix the issue they caused they push back and refuse to fix the issue. I used to really love this place. But the last few times I've used them I feel the attention to detail is not where it used to be. A few months ago I took one of my vehicle to replace the front brake pads. The cost was around $120 I supplied the pads. I didn't realize all they did was slap the pads on without turning my rotors. That's the main reason I took it to them. I could have replaced the pads just as fast. I just had them install spindles, coils and shocks on my Silverado. They called and said my truck was ready to go. Once I drove away the front tires were rubbing so bad and couldn't even make a full left turn. By the time I got home my driver side fender was bent! Did anyone test drive it after they finished the work? Now I'm towing it to another shop to have them fix the rubbing issue. I just can't believe they would let a customer drive away like that. There was no way the mechanic would not had felt or heard the rubbing it was that bad. read more

I'm giving them 2 stars because: 1. I had a bad over the phone experience with a Spanish speaking individual that probably didn't know i too spoke spanish. 2. They swapped out one of my name brand tires with one of their bs brand tires called roadhugger 3. They took 3 of my lug nuts and mounted some of their ugly beat up ones. 4. I ordered my tires the day before and was told to go the following day at 10am. Tires weren't there till noon. They still did good work and were somewhat patient to my specific needs/requests. So they still get 2 stars. My friend recommended them to me. Would i do the same and give them more customers? Probably not. Will i return? Maybe. If i have a better experience next time i might recommend them to others people. read more

I have used assurance in the past no bad experiences, however the last time I use them my air conditioner didn't work and they told me they would diagnose the problem and fix it. Picked my car up and AC was fine for one month, it then started to blow hot. Call them and brought the car back in, Just to have them tell me it would be $95 to diagnose the problem, and I asked didn't you diagnose it already and then fix it, They told me several things could be wrong with the unit even though I thought it was fixed already after spending $400 on it and an oil change. I will never bring my vehicle or recommend this place to anyone in the future. read more

This place is a rip off. Brought my 2009 Honda Oddyssey for a diagnostic for a check engine light. Lady at register said they would charge $100 for diagnostic but assured me I would get a discount of $50 if I chose to have the repair done with them. That was okay, I guess so I agreed. About an hour later the lady called me and said my van needed a new catalytic converter but their shop did not do repairs of that sort. Since they were not able to do the repair I figured they would only charge $50 but I was charged $100 even though they couldn't do the repair. They took a simple brake replacement job and turned it into a 4hr session. Although they only charged for 1hr of labor they charged me $140 for everything. I had brought my vehicle in the day before and it turned out I had brought the wrong brake pads with me. Came in the next day, after they had ordered the new pads, and the mechanic told me I had a bolt (just randomly missing) from my caliper. The bolt that holds it to the brake housing. The manager came in and said that it was missing from before they changed the brakes, or at least that's what the mechanic had told him. But the, very same, mechanic that looked at my brakes the previous day, failed to make mention of the bolt missing in the first place. The manager ended up making the whole situation out to be my fault, having me pay for all the replacements parts and, with no intention of reprimand to the mechanic or whoever was on the team inspecting my vehicle the previous day. I would NEVER trust this mechanic. I remind that if anyone has any vehicle needs that they DO NOT use this place. As they will gouge you for every penny you have. read more

This place is a rip off!! I went back so they can fix my leaking a/c hose which they had already diagnosed in the system & also did an oil change. The man looked me up and said ok we call you in a few hours, a few hours later the lady at the front called me telling me that In order for my ac to be fixed it would be $1,500! What? For a leaking hose that you guys have already told me was only going to cost me $160? She said "yea, but when we fix it we might not know if it will work we will have to test it again" That made no sense what so ever! I said no thanks! I show up to the shop to pick up my car, the oil change was $78 for a 2007 Nissan Sentra! She said oh yea we used synthetic oil & the diagnosis is $100!! I had already paid for a diagnosis that's why I took the car back to fix what you said was wrong the first time! Please don't go here!!! Please!! They think people are stupid!! Go somewhere else! i took my truck to assurance because it pulled a little to one side and also because of the vibration of the steering wheel. they rotated and balanced the tires , and then did an alignment. good work at a fair price !! you should let them serve you too. read more
