My alternator burnt on my Jeep and I had to have the vehicle towed so I called Auto Diagnostics and asked if they could help. I gave them my information over the phone and did not have to travel to the shop with my Jeep when it was towed. They diagnosed it immediately after it arrived and contacted me with a quote. Rick also let me know that if I didn't need the Jeep that day, he could get a alternator for about $40 dollars less than the one available that day. I received a call the next day telling me the Jeep was repaired and ready to be picked up and the final bill was actually $124 less than the original quote. I will be using this shop for my vehicle repair needs from now on.

O'Reily down the street didn't have the wrench I needed to and the dude at the counter was straight ass. They didn't have the tool i needed, told me I couldnt borrow the wrench and said they don't rent tools out. Brodie working there didn't act right. Fu*k that place. Figured I'd just pay whatever at a shop so I didnt fry the engine. I went down the street thinking id be cooked and get screwed. The manager was chill, didn't act like i was a dumba**. They handled business quick. When they were done, I asked how much i owed. They wouldn't take anything and hooked it up. This shop came in clutch and bailed me out of a situation I put myself in without making me feel stupid and refused to let me pay. They treated me with respect and kindess. I want to say thanks for helping me out when I was down. People have negative sh*t to say about my neighborhood but I was treated right despite being a stranger and them not knowing where I was from.
