If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I urge you all to not bring your car here!! I brought my Honda Civic to this joke of an establishment twice to get my AC fixed; you'd think that since they claim to fix high end cars, they could determine the problem on something as simple as a Honda. But I was wrong and should have known better after the first time when their knowledge of the problem was nonexistent. When they say they'll call by a certain time they never do and by the time you know it's nearing the end of the day. I called repeatedly and they have a way of trying to make you feel stupid for wanting your car back. Every time I called, they were "on lunch" and would supposedly call me back in 25 minutes, so I waited up to an hour for their call and nothing. I grew impatient so I blew up their phone to get answers to determine where my AC was leaking from and they never seem to know anything. The staff is lackadaisical and I'm not sure who raised these people but they need to learn how to conduct a business because it's like it's ran by a bunch of toddlers. They need to take the pacifiers outta their mouth and grab some wrenches and do their job. read more

do not trust this auto shop! i had my mini cooper repaired approx 3 yrs ago, replaced turbo & other issues over $12k to repair. may of this yr vehicle started smoking from exhaust. took to foreign auto, told it was an oil leak from the top portion of the engine. replaced $800+ later still smoking, was told its ok to drive needed to order a part. i noticed a oil leak where they replaced the part on the engine. waited all day to be told they need to order a oil pump & will be fixing it all then. demanding to replace the small washer. car drove fine for 3 days. found out engine was cracked & needs a new engine. very disappointed with this auto shop mechanics. i do not trust the direct person i speak to, yasar (?) makes you feel confident with his smile and mellow tone. so wrong!! i have found a great mechanic that was reasonable and replaced my engine and turbo (stating this did not look new or used) vehicle is up & running! please think twice and get 2nd opinions! read more

Long story short, they fabricated about 10 lies and we're leaving without anything ever being done to the car except diagnostics. Over the phone they had stories about what they replaced and did. When we picked it up they said they replaced things and took them out bc it wasn't the problem. That's not a thing. They just didn't do anything with the car over the 2 weeks they had it. ACS sent my BMW 7 Series to this place. To have some lights on the dash reset, caused by a fuse being removed from the car to stop the alarm from sounding. These idiots were rude. The young girl at the desk was acting like she was the queen of England. Please... I am the one driving the 7 series. LOL! But, all jokes aside. They were rude and arrogant and never really acted as if I were there in their office. So, I called ACS to come and get my car and I will take it to Savage or another Auto shop that works on cars such as they ones they do. Sorry service...go else where. read more

Even with a difficult issue where the horn randomly started honking, they did not give up till they found and fixed the issue without replacing expensive sensors in a scattershot approach. I took my car in to get it fixed. I was promised I would get my car Wednesday and then Friday. Then was told I would get it Monday because my radiator I brought was leaking so they had to order a new one. Then I came in and told me a pipe busted. The very next day I was told my car was fine and fixed. I go down to Orange County for an interview because I'm moving down. I get onto the toll road and my car stopped working, something happened. I was told that my car was drivable, when in reality it wasn't and that's a safety hazard. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that their was a misfire with my spark plugs when in reality it was my coil. My grandfather spent so much on things that needed to be changed to my Volvo. When it broke down on the side of the road they eventually came and let me barrow their car but still unbelievable... read more

I'm excited to write this review due to the great service and honesty this company possesses. I scheduled my appointment with Wally, which is a great honest guy. I discussed what issues I was experiencing with my Mercedes Benz and how my AC wasn't working. The car was blowing out hot air but not cold. I literally took my car in today, 08/07/2019 and it turns out that my AC unit was stuck on the heater mode due to a sticky drink seeping into the buttons. Wally and his team did a clean up and I was good to go. The point I'm trying to make here is that, I could've been told anything and charged an arm and a leg. The fact that there extremely honest is what will keep me coming back as well as refer my friends/family to them. read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I brought in my Audi A4 back on dec 15. Due to fuel pressure regulator code popping up (p2293), they replaced my fuel filter and tank seal. Two days later check engine popped up again. This time one mechanic had first told me it was one of the sensors under my hood then called the next day and told me to wait till the mechanic that worked on my car the first time comes back so he can fix my car instead (I had to wait because I was told he comes in whenever he wants) So when he came back, Uri, he completely changed the whole story and had me replace the high pressure fuel pump (which is obviously more expensive than a sensor). Got my car back after repair and check engine came on AGAIN. I scanned it and seen it was the fuel pressure regulator AGAIN. Brought it back, Uri (the mechanic) did not return my car back to me till closing time and said it was just a software update, no codes abt fuel pressure but I literally have a scanner of my own and seen the fuel pressure code, AND he also insisted I let him keep my car and drive it home to see if light pops back on so that I wouldn't be "inconvenienced" driving back and forward. I declined because I obviously know the code will just get erased again if it were to pop back up with them and it will be "my fault" if it pops up with me & I don't mind the back and forward. Check engine popped up again which I knew was going to happen bc I'm pretty sure all they did was erase the code, especially because mechanic left his evaluation paper in my car and it was totally blank and had nothing written on it of what he actually did to fix it. At this point I was done and the least they could do is refund me for a service repair that was never properly repaired. I was brought into the owners office with the mechanic that I had to accommodate to this whole time, Uri, he told me that he "doesn't like to throw parts at a car" but it had to be done to find the "root of the problem" and did not see why I needed a refund. And continuously talked down to me saying "so you're not understanding still". I definitely understood that what he was really telling me was that I need to let him try A B and C which has only consisted of throwing new parts at it until he somehow figures out the problem while I'm having to pay for all these experiments. Then tells me if I would've let him just take my car home none of this would happen. So I asked him "so you're saying it's my fault my car is still messed up because I didn't let YOU drive it to see if the light popped up?" And he answered "Yes that's exactly what I'm saying" then told me I need a new engine. Not to mention he said he wasn't the one that worked on my car the first time but that's why I waited on him for the second repair right? How funny when he gets my car & instead of fixing a sensor problem that the other mechanic suggested, they shush him up and it turns to a whole new pump instead. Long story short I was literally crying in the office because of how horrible Uri was to me, told me "you probably know everything abt makeup but I don't" so I know nothing about cars and he does. The owner stayed quiet the whole time but eventually said he will refund me the labor since the repair did not actually repair the problem. Uri gets so mad and scolds me about how that takes food off their plates and that he has a daughter, but yet you didn't care when u continuously took food off my daughters with $1500 in repairs in the matter of 2 weeks. So basically they knew the whole time it was a deeper rooted issue but wanted to make some money off of extra parts along the way that didn't fix the "deep rooted problem". Took my car down to Autoscope in Redlands and guess what was that deep rooted problem? The sensors! The sensors that they wanted to sweep under the rug for a bigger bill. Will never ever comeback again. The ONLY person that I appreciate there is Yaser, the mechanic tried to fight with him as well for standing up for me and what was right. DO NOT do business with these people especially not Uri he will screw you around with your car and his "new parts" he randomly likes to throw at it. read more

No customer service at all. We were lead on for days, they didn't call to give us an update or status on our car when we left it for a diagnostic. Then they told us it would take a few days. When we went to pick it up they were still not done, not because it was too much work but they had not gotten to finish our car. it was really frustrating. Someone wrote no up sale,right. They replaced a light after taking all week to fix my car and casually told me like they did me a favor except they billed me for it , I didn't ask them to fix it nor did they put it in the quoted work. I recently had them do some work on my car installing a master brake cylinder. Not a good experience, they kept my car over a week and I had to visit or call to find out the status of my car. Once they installed the master brake cylinder they didn't bleed all the air out of the system and kept telling me something else is wrong. I had to suggest to them to bleed the ABS system and once they they that the brakes felt great. This is the first time that I've had them do any major work and will be the last time. I had them install a master brake cylinder that I purchased from a shop that does my major auto repairs. Beware of part prices they quote. Overpriced and not OEM. I also had them do an oil change and when I got home to check under the car some bolts were missing that hold up the belly pan protector. I called to replace the screws which they did, but they told be that screw fall off all the time during driving and hitting bumps or potholes. I told them that I do my own oil changes and I've never lost a screw (if you replace it correctly) while driving. I do not recommend this shop for any major work!!!!!!!! read more

Here's what happened... We have a 2006 mini cooper and we brought it in for a diagnostic. Fair enough right? Flash forward 3 calls and 3 days later, the car was finally ready (maybe they were busy? 3 days is a long time either way). My sister goes to pick it up (owner) they charge us 70 bucks for an oil change and they told us what was wrong. Turns out we need to replace a whole axle because the sensors on it are fried. Even though mechanically it works. She decided to buy the part online for cheaper than what they were telling us. My sister gets in the car and the entire plastic and dirty splash guards are just thrown in the back seat! Now, these things are filthy! they're suppose to make the car more streamline and prevent debris from getting in... I couldn't believe they let my sister drive home like that... my step-dad had to go down there and "persuade" them to re attach it... The're reason for leaving it off? missing screws... I tell ya... THEY have a few SCREWS LOOSE for not putting everything back where it was. read more
