Quick, friendly and accommodating. Needed a quick place to take the car in for an oil change. We couldn't get the oil filter off without destroying it and did want to take a chance of ruining something. Was able to make a reservation and get the car in within 10 minutes. Oil change took no more than 15 minutes. Need the oil change done as we are leaving on a road trip. Cost is comparable to most places. read more

Great Service! Rigo and his team are professional and efficient. They have a waiting area stocked with drinks and snacks. Everything they do will link to the carfax with your vehicle in case you sell it later. They also offer military discount and a free air freshener! Definitely recommend and I will be a returning customer. read more

Man, did I have a negative experience at the Highland, CA location. We've been going to this location for 3 years. The manager was always nice. Apparently there have been some changes to staff. I drove in about 9:30am on 9/17/26. Bays 1-2 were open, but no one was in the garage. I waited, waited, waited... After several minutes, I gave my horn a quick beep. One bald guy came out, waving his hands "no". Then some other guy, a 450 pound, unkempt person, who I presumed was the manager came out a different side, walked to 10 feet of my car and yelled at me to roll down my window. I didn't because the motor is broken. He then started yelling f-bombs at me. Actual f and s bombs! "I don't appreciate you honking your fucking horn! We're humans, not fucking animals!" along with several other "niceties". As the "manager" was yelling at me, another employee went to each bay, putting up the yellow chain. Hmm. This is customer service? I backed up and left, as I was leaving and passed the office, I laid on the horn. Yeah passive-aggressive, but so what Don't go there. Or don't honk your horn. You probably should bring a case of Twinkies for the hangry manager. read more

Got my AC recharged and while the service was nice, the end result was not. They left the filling valve open and I lost all the refrigerant making for a complete waste of money and time. I went to more reputable shop to get it refilled for cheaper too. read more

Got me in and out quick. Free bag of chips and water with your wait, talk about added value. Great price and friendly service. Can on Wednesdays afternoon crew so shout out to them. read more

Rico was awesome! My mom came in for an oil change and they gave her great service and were super nice, so she suggested them to me. I actually had taken my car somewhere else out of town for an oil change, and those guys didn't bolt a piece of my car back into place. I ended up dragging the metal piece all the way home from OC. I took it to Grease Monkey and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and it wasn't even their job to fix it. I so appreciate finding good service from people who actually care. It's rare to find people who want to help others. A little bit of my faith in humanity was restored by that act of kindness. I'll be going here for everything from now on. Thanks for being good people! read more

I love this shop. The guys are pleasant, the prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

stopped in because they were close and have great reviews however they quoted me $135 for an oil change on my 2023 Corolla, He then told me due to the premium oil used that's the price everywhere. WRONG Currently at Rialto 76 auto center on Riverside and Foothill in Rialto getting my premium 0w 16 oil change for $75 read more

Great fast service every time I go! The guys there are so nice and helpful! Highly recommend

The guys are really cool here. Friendly service and they get the job done quick. I will be bringing my car here from now on!

Fast service, they explain everything they are doing to the vehicle. Nice little snack at station in waiting area.

Excellent service and the staff were friendly and courteous! They did a brake fluid service, and the price was very reasonable. They made me aware of the additional services they could do for my Caddy. read more

They are a great shop. Respectful very polite. Get the job done. Won't rip you off like some of the other places.

I went in to get the car an oil change and tires rotated, was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommended.

The manager Daniel Resendez is a joke. Horrible customer service and tries to force unwanted repairs on you. No problems at all with the rest of the staff, but Daniel is a self absorbed narcissist who thinks just because he's the manager, he could do whatever he wants, and say whatever he wants to people. Then has the nerve to cry about it when you question his authority. Obviously he's taking his manager title too far. As long as he is there, I would avoid this location. read more

Daniel is a great manager. His employees are very knowledgeable and kind. He strives to maintain great service.

Came down here to get my oil change and the employees are so respectful it's a clean environment love the free drinks and snacks prices are great not to high but not too low it's affordable will return with my other cars and will recommend to friends and family read more

Great service! Was out of there very quickly! I will be back. Thank you for your hard work.

I took my car in for an oil change and I also needed some mechanical work done at this point I had no idea that grease monkey had mechanics on hand at the highland location so to my surprise not only did they help me with the oil change but a gentleman by the name of SHYNE who I believe is the head mechanic at this location helped me with all the mechanical issues I was having! My car I speak of is a 2008 Mercedes c230 and I am positive I would have not been able to afford what a Mercedes dealership would have charged me so thank you to SHYNE and the rest of the awesome staff at grease monkey in highland ca I highly recommend them for you're vehicle needs !!! read more

My dad took our Kia Telluride today to get the air filter replaced and an oil change. We didn't call ahead or make an appointment and decided to wing since we live nearby. They quickly helped my dad out and our car was ready in less than 30 minutes compared to a few hours to a day at the Kia dealership. Definitely coming back! read more

Avoid if you care about your time, money and car. I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They stripped the bold of the wheel, to nearly an entire day to try and fix it and then they broke my brake, and tire pressure sensor and their employee attacked me when I took the car in to have it fixed. I have video proof of this interaction showing that I was not being threatening or rude. Stay away from this place. read more

Prices are very high even with a coupon, looking for a more reasonable rate for a simple oil change

Overall the service was great and fast. The manager is very nice and explains things very well. This is a newly open place.

Got my oil changed here a few weeks ago. Service was great. Extremely clean and courteous place. I had a conversation with the manager about brakes that was very helpful. Brought my truck in today and asked them to look at my brakes. They weren't working that well. They looked into as soon as I got there. They determined that my brakes were fine and that could have been another issue. After our discussion we discovered that it was a manufacturer recall. They were excellent and helped me in finding out what I needed. read more

Our car needed an oil change so we came here. Shyne greeted us at our window and even moved our car into the bay for us too. He was very kind and very patient. He also got us a discount from the website too. The best part was they had on the new "Goosebumps" on their tv and there was free snacks and water/coffee! Thank you, Shyne! We will be back for our next oil change! read more

My truck said oil change required. Went to have it checked. The guys told me I didn't need an oil change. I didn't think it was time yet. But my husband has dementia and having to take care of things now,. I'm so thankful for the service and honesty I will be a customer forever. Thank you and God bless you for being helpful and honest. read more

Very rude customer service by staff and manager. I was told ,get him out of here and do not return. I was charged 345.00 dollars and brought in my car with a code of P0401 and check engine light because I needed to pass the smog check. My car failed to pass and when I went back Shy said, "I knew he was going to pull that sh**. They were rude, used fowl language and disrespectful. Do not go there. They will take your money and not fix the problem. read more

Very glad to see Grease Monkey back at the little shopping plaza at the SW corner of Baseline x Boulder (south of the AAA Insurance office) in Highland, CA. Brought my rig in for an oil change/inspection, had a good conversation with the manager, and opted for full synthetic oil (which I wouldn't do with a junker, but would do for any vehicle you want to last 1000's of miles longer). Service time was reasonable for techs actually following the service check list, and all my questions were answered. I received a list of the many other services Grease Monkey performs, and an unexpected $20 discount to boot. Next task is an AC system check and full recharge, and I'll be bringing the rig to Grease Monkey for that too. read more

Today was my husband's first time at Grease Monkey in Highland and I'm very glad he went. His experience was awesome. Dave, the owner, Daniel the GM, and the rest of the crew were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. They have a polite staff of employees that work there. If you are a car guy (or girl) I definitely recommend going to this Grease Monkey location. The owner and general manager informed him that they do everything from oil changes to full-service. They had him in & out within half an hour, and with their friendly staff, it made that time go by very quickly. This accommodating & friendly environment, in addition to the close proximity to my home, will make him a return customer. They are a recent new business in town and if your in the area (or not) he suggests giving them a try. The owner and staff let him know that they will be having a grand opening at the beginning of August with a DJ, taco truck and car show so come down for the good times, he'll be there! read more

Would definitely recommend and come back! read more

Really nice people and quick but safe service. This is one of those businesses that is being forced to close due to COVID!! Please patronize and hope to help them stay open. Better than dealer prices as well. read more

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Due to Covid I had to remain in the car but was actually reassuring. Unlike Jiffy Lube they did not try to sell a bunch of other services. They had recommendations for my next service that simply aligned to factory recommendations. They were friendly and seemed honest. read more
