I originally went to another shop for an A/C repair and was quoted a much higher price. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from East Highland Auto Tech and I'm so glad I did. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed my A/C for significantly less than the first quote. It's hard to find a shop that's both skilled and honest, but this team truly delivers on both. They were professional, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. My A/C is now working perfectly, just in time for the warmer weather. If you're looking for reliable mechanics who do great work at fair prices, East Highland Auto Tech is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for any future service.

MOE will take care of you! Amazing service, amazing customer service, and super speedy!…read moreI honestly expected my car to stay overnight since I arrived around 4 PM and they closed at 6 PM, but my car was done in just 1 hour and 15 minutes! I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated that transparency They took care of everything quickly and professionally. I also checked the prices to make sure I was getting a fair deal, and the prices were right around the average -- so I definitely felt like I wasn't being overcharged. Great service, fair prices, and friendly customer service. I'm very happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back for sure! Thank you, MOE, for the great service! Highly recommend!

5 Stars - An Absolutely Outstanding Experience!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Plus 1 Performance! We were from out of town when we experienced unexpected car trouble, and these guys were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their honesty, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly exceptional. They understood our situation, made us feel like a priority, and worked incredibly hard to get our vehicle repaired quickly so we could get back on the road. What impressed me most was just how genuinely honest and helpful they were. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Quite the opposite -- they treated us like family and went out of their way to make a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare these days to find a business that combines this level of integrity, customer service, and quality work.
