Since the owner wants to start replying, I'll update mine and add some detail to my experience with this guy. Long story short, brought my car to have aftermarket suspension (coilovers) to be swapped out for the oem suspension. We agreed on a price which he ended up changing because he misread my message; gave me a price for swapping 2 not all 4. The price was still in my budget so I went to him and he ended up only doing the front 2. Called him and asked why he didn't swap them all which led to an cussing and a whole argument (he said the rears were good, no need to change) which isn't what I paid or agreed too.. he ended up reaching out saying that even if I did want all 4 swapped, that I didn't bring the rear oem suspension and that's why he didn't do it which is a lie, I brought everything in a set, he just didn't bother to look. After calling me a liar etc, he said he'll make it right so I gave him one more chance and extra 30 dollars that he charged because I needed the work done asap. Gave him the benefit of the doubt which I regret because although he swapped them, he installed incorrectly which you can tell my the rattling coming from the front and rear. Once I took it to an actual shop, they showed me the bad installation. I wouldn't recommend. I had a very frustrating and costly experience with this mobile mechanic. From the start, he was unprofessional -- he showed up smelling awful, was rude, arrogant, and even told me that he's "always right" and I'm "always wrong." That should've been my first red flag. He originally quoted me $150, but the job ended up costing $250 -- not because the work changed, but because he clearly didn't know what he was doing and spent most of the day on his phone. It's not my fault it took him all day, yet I was charged more regardless. What's worse, he said I needed a new ABS module, but that turned out to be untrue. The only reason I ended up needing a replacement was because he damaged the original one. He cross-threaded all the brake lines, causing them to leak badly. His poor workmanship and careless mistakes have cost me over $700 in additional repairs and labor just to undo the damage he caused. He also showed no care or respect for my vehicle. He stained my seat with his greasy clothes and left handprints all over the interior. Brake fluid was spilled all over the floor, and he left trash behind when he left. The work area and my car were both left in a disgusting state. This mechanic is messy, unqualified, and completely unprofessional. He has absolutely no regard for your vehicle or your time. Abdul worked on my car changed all 4 brakes, price was reasonable and he even came to my house to do a mobile service for an extra cost. I kept hearing a noice on the front driver tire after the brakes were changed, turns out parts were left loose. Texted Abdul to see if he could check it out but instead was rude and said he wouldn't work on my car again. I had to take it to another shop to get the brakes reassembled. Went for ac compressor to be changed left with a broken belt tensioner screw stuck in the hole. Had to TOW MY CAR to a new place to fix that new issue on top of finish my ac system job. Have proof of damaged side door due to whatever he used to jack up my car to remove tire. Asked him and he continued to lie just like he lied about the ac system being fully completed(it still needed Freon but couldn't be completed till finished with the new problem of the broken tensioner) now I know he lied about damaging the tensioner because he kept trying to say someone worked on my car before (I've had my car 3 years and no one's touched my belt system or ac system EVER but HIM ! Got upset with my boyfriend when he confirmed no one's touched it when I had to TOW my car. Actual shop who completed all jobs confirmed he must've broke the screw. A LIAR because he tried telling me it was a pin that fell out when he tried changing it but if it fell out that easy how was I able to drive my car for three years ? Left with more damage gave me a refund but I left with MORE DAMAGE and the opportunity to be truthful but lied. read more
