We started regretting it, after an hour of sitting in the car bay with multiple employees apologizing for the wait, and making small talk with us, we smiled and said no problem. Well it ended up being a freaking problem!! Little did we know a problem it would end up costing us big! Sharlee was the girl, definitely cannot call her a tech of any kind, that did the tire rotation...‍ we knew we were screwed when she walked up to our window and said, "I'm sorry", holding not ONE but TWO stripped out lugs. FROM THE SAME TIRE! I get that we cannot expect actual mechanics working at a drive through oil place, but at least have competent individuals that don't look like their lunch hour was spent swinging from trees while picking fleas off eachother! Anyway, let's keep this circus going by telling us not to worry, we are sending you to our mechanic down the road called "R" CAR. Go see Juan she said. He knows your coming, and we are covering it entirely. Well one thing this Sharlee girl knows how to do is LIE. She is a master at that. This guy Juan had no idea we were coming, nor any intentions on not charging us. Which essentially was probably for the better since he had several people waiting to deal with him over cars that he messed up. Don't believe me? Go check out the reviews on yelp for R CAR in Redlands. You're welcome. Fast forward ANOTHER HOUR later. We ended up taking our car to American Tire Depot down the road. I'm pretty certain I heard angels and the sky parted! Rich greeted us with welcoming wrenches and said oh yea I've seen this before. A few hundred dollars and an hour and a half later we were on our way up the mountain. Safely. I called to speak with customer care at Valvoline and got nowhere. So I'm moving on to The Better Business Bureau and small claims, oh and maybe a Tik Tok video I can attempt to go viral. At this point I don't even care. But feel they should pay the $400 out of pocket that we did not plan on when deciding to go to Valvoline for an oil change!

Jacob was very patient with my venting and did a wonderful job fixing my damaged heater hose and miscellanious maintenance needs. I'm back for a front end allignment. I originally went to another shop for an A/C repair and was quoted a much higher price. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from East Highland Auto Tech and I'm so glad I did. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed my A/C for significantly less than the first quote. It's hard to find a shop that's both skilled and honest, but this team truly delivers on both. They were professional, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. My A/C is now working perfectly, just in time for the warmer weather. If you're looking for reliable mechanics who do great work at fair prices, East Highland Auto Tech is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for any future service.

Not anymore! $200.00 for a 50 cent fuse!!! My engine light was on. I told Plus One that it's for a system that speeds up engine warming in cold climates. Not necessary in SoCal but I needed it to power up to pass the smog test. They said it needed a fuse. Diagnostic Fee: $200.00 Dollars! I purchased four travel trailer tires from PLUS 1 PERFORMANCE at a cost of over $600.00. About 1,000 miles later one of them blew up on the highway in Texas! After being reamed for the fuse I'd had enough of these guys! I asked for a refund for the tire, THEY STILL BILLED ME FOR MOUNTING AND BALANCING! For a tire that blew up in two days on the road! And BTW not one balance weight on any of the tires.

We got both of our cars done here after getting a set of new tires for both cars, and now roughly 6 months later both of our cars have SEVERE balding on the inside of the tires. Prior to this, we had our alignments done elsewhere and they also didn't do a good job, it wasn't perfect but it wasn't great. We suspect that this business took our money and didn't do a single thing to our cars, just robbed us. We took our cars to the much more reputable Synder's Tires here in crestline; it was more expensive but we got a complete report of how terribly aligned my car was, something Plus One didn't do. Provided are photos and evidence of how mismanaged my car was. I repeat- this could have killed us.
