I wish I could put zero stars. This is a terrible place to bring your car for a oil change. I came back to have my filter and drain plug replace due to it leaking after an oil change by them. Kelly refused to assist until we made a big deal about the leak and being 2 quarts. Terrible experience unfortunately. read more

Since i've my bought my Lexus 4 months ago i've had no issues or no lights come up with the vehicle. I recently took it to get an oil change at this location and the same day i had a sensor light come up on my dash. Great customer service. Fast, and quick oil change. Jason took care of us, and was fantastic.

I called to schedule an appoint for a coolant flush. (Per manufactures 100,000 miles recommendation). Jason answered the phone and was friendly and told me to come on in and there will be no wait. When I arrived, Josue helped me complete the registration and started the service on my car. All employees were friendly. And Josue placed bumper pads on my car where he was working to ensure my paint didn't get damaged or scratched. Service was quick and easy. Coolant exchange is an easy diy project. But going to jiffy took the hassle out of crawling under the car and having to dispose of old coolant. Jason was a gem to talk with. read more
