The crew here are always fast and friendly. They will answer any questions you may have. They give recommendations on services you might need, but aren't pushy about it, like other places. I like that you never have to leave your car, if don't want to. You drive in, wait in your vehicle while the crew changes your oil, the transaction is completed through the driver side window, and you are ready to drive away. Oil change was quick and efficient, and we were able to stay in the car. But $102.33 for just an oil change was a bit pricey. Also, after a couple days the skid plate under the car came loose and was dragging on the highway. It looked like hey only secured it with a couple screws and a zip tie. It took me two hours under the car to get it secured so I can drive it. Will definitely not recommend or go there again. read more

We came at a great time honestly. We were going to my mom's and we just needed oil change but we didn't have much time to wait. Got us in right away and maybe took like 10-20 mins or so as well. Verified online and there is no way to make an appointment. So, going there I was dreading the usual routine of doing an oil change as a woman. Expecting to wait 2-3 hours, have someone haggle with me for everything including: air filters, style of oil, all kinds of services I usually do not need, etc. This was completely the opposite experience. I pulled up, not realizing you can stay in your car, and was told by an employee to go to the other side of the building, closest too the birria shop, and wait in line. After a few moments, the employee told me to pull to a different bay, and then they directed me into the shop. I had a different employee ask if I was new to the shop so they could get a little info and one other employee ask if i wanted them to check my tire air pressure. Other than that and telling me immediately what type of oil change and how much, they asked no other questions. The main employee I was working with asked me to rev my engine and check my signals but I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes. The experience was so good, I actually had the energy to go do other stuff I have been putting off. I can't thank you all enough for allowing me, as a woman, to feel safe and confident in your shop. This is my second time getting an oil change at this business. I had a 20 year old car and after most parts being obsolete I had to get a new car recently. They worked on both cars and the entire group of guys are professional, honest and they explain everything, options etc. It's great to be able to go in my home town and not drive a distance for an oil change. The technician offered two price options giving me a great deal on the one option but since the car was new and I didn't know for sure which to pick I selected to higher grade oil and paid the higher price. It was done in 15 to 20 minutes with paperwork to fill out or sign and getting the oil change. I highly recommend this company for the professional care of the customer, and the work done and the quick and easy drive through process. 5 stars from me. read more

The wait was little longer than I'm used to, it was a little old school having you write information on paper. I'm hoping my information gets updated in the state system??? All in all I have 5 stars for the quality of work, the kindness of staff and the fair price. They check tires as well for you. I can only compare to Valvoline who tracks your information, sends coupons all the time and gives recommendations (possibly factory). Valvoline also will top off liquids, change air filters and a few other things. The Valvoline in riverside and Moreno Valley are amazing but we moved to banning. The valvoline down the road is horrible and has bad customer service. Glad we found oil changers, we won't be back to valvoline again. read more

This is kind of a game changer for me. I usually have my oil changed at the dealer to memorialize what's going on for my mfg service warranty. Once I found out that you may use someone else for service as long as they report to CarFax, I was lucky enough to find this place which about 3 blocks from work. First thing is you stay in your car while 2 or 3 technicians spin up and take your mileage and start working on the oil change. While this is happening, I'm offered a cabin filter check even though the tech knows they don't currently have my filter in stock. Seems I need to change it. Fluids are topped off, vehicle lights (headlights, brake & turn signals) are checked and a final verbal "all caps tight" is heard. Finally, my tire pressure is checked before taking my payment from my drivers window. This literally took less than 15 minutes and I'm kind of blown away, dreading making an appointment with my Subaru dealer and waiting a half a day. I might still need to go to my dealer for the CVT oil change or the large mileage services (60k, 75, 90k), but for my oil changes going forward, this is defiantly the place for me. read more

Exceptionally quick and considerate service. I was super impressed at the friendliness of Miguel, Josh(I think) and Edgar. These guys run a tidy shop! Edgar was servicing my car when he found a packrat had made a nest behind my glovebox. I was pretty embarrassed but Edgar let me know he gets little nightmares of this sort all the time. And nightmare was right!!! There was even some sort of animal vertebra in there! I'm not kidding this packrat had a bone amongst it's connection of debris. To add to my shame I couldn't figure out how to get my Google pay working so Edgar did some POS (point of sales systems are POSs ;) magic and figured out how to enter my cashapp card manually. Edgar saves the day again!! Long story to an end: this is perhaps not the cheapest oil change I've ever found but well worth the free top offs and level of care and attention from the staff members. 10/10, would highly recommend.
