This was my first and last visit to this shop. Holy cow, this place is SO poorly managed. Went in yesterday to get a battery that the app said was in stock (the platinum one with a 4 year warranty). I pull up and one of the workers checks the size and says that they don't have any in stock, but that they could do the one with the 3 year warranty. I agreed and dropped off my car. About 30 mins later I go back to get an update and my car hasn't been touched yet. A different associate comes up and tells me that they're out of the 3 year warranty batteries, but the best they could do is the "better" one with only a 2 year warranty. I should have walked away at this point and gone elsewhere, but my wife was planning on taking our kids to an outdoor event the next day and we didn't want to risk them getting stranded, so I agreed. The associate confirmed the price of $109 and change. I finally get the notice that our car is done and get the invoice where the battery is incorrectly priced at $113. A different sales associate had to go verify the price and reluctantly said that he'd honor the price. Also, every time I had to go in to deal with an associate there was either no one working at the desk or there was only one person working at the register, dealing with a customer issue, while the line trailed behind him and no one coming for backup. We have two cars that will be needing routine services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) but if this is how they operate on a simple battery install (over 2 1/2 hours in-store and poor communication on stock, and poor cashier support), I'll be going elsewhere to get my cars maintained. read more

Extremely rude workers. Called in a panic about a flat tire and they were nothing but short and unhelpful. Do not feel comfortable calling here again. This happened this afternoon. Until workers are more friendly is when I will return as a customer. read more

My experience today was excellent. Everybody I dealt with gave me excellent customer service and they were more than nice. Giovanni checked me in and he was courteous. The gal who change my oil came to tell me they didn't have one kind but they had another was that OK. Carter I believe his name was who checked me out was also very pleasant. I cost under 50 bucks to change my oil with synthetic and I was in and out and it was all around an excellent experience. I will definitely go back. read more

This shop is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is quick and fast and sometimes it takes forever!!!!! I had onetime where the previous person who did my oil change stripped the screws that held my oil pan up and the next technician told me who ever did it last broke it. I guess thats what I get for going to Walmart. Then you have to make sure you actively ask for the things they are supposed to do with your oilchange like check the air in the tires and make sure the oil filer is good and if they put air in your tires you have to make sure you get your air screw caps back because they shaped out my red ones for black ones. Very disappointed with they group of guys doing oil changes there. A complete disregard for other peoples property. They left oil stains on the brand new seat to my van. Now mind you all it should be only one side but no both front seats were oil stained! My center console was also handprinted! I was and am pissed! I want to find their cars and put my oiled hand on there seat and see how they react to it. The assistant manager was no help not even apologetic. Not even an offer to clean up what they did! Came here some weeks ago to replace a tire that had a nail. I'm about fairness so I did not think that it was fair that I pulled up BEFORE this one car did, and yet that car was approached first instead of me. To top it all off, I had to literally flag someone down to help me, and that was after making very direct and obvious eye contact with workers who just looked me right in my face and kept on working. Like... HELLO. I'm not here to stare into your soul and have an intimate moment, I'm here to get helped can yall ATLEAST ACKNOWLEDGE ME!? ANYWAY... When I was finally helped, this sweet girl who just started helped me, and she was super kind, and this other girl "Red" who worked on my car was really kind as well. (She was also one of the people who looked me dead in the face when I was looking lost, but her being kind later made me forgive BUT STILL!) Anyway 3 stars because ultimately they did what needed to be done, and were nice and attentive in the end, but yall need to be attentive from beginning to end. Went in today requesting an oil change and tire rotation. First thing out of the lazy ass employee was we are all booked on tire services today and it may take several hours to complete the service. I told the lazy ass employee that the store closes at 6pm and that I had no problem picking up my vehicle later. I left my car and received a text message about an hour and half later advising me my car was ready for pick up. While paying for my service, another incompetent employee that looks like a she-man told me my car was done and ready. I asked specifically if the car rotation had been done and the employee said yes. After receiving my receipt I noticed a technician comment box indicating my tires were not rotated due to the tires being old and cracked. I went back to she-man and asked about the comment. She-man said sorry I missed that and said their technicians are required to examine customer tires before performing tire rotations and it looks like they were unable to rotate your tires because of the condition. When I asked why I wasn't called about them, she- man said they were to busy too. To me I find this very interesting, my tires are in great shape and have no cracks. The lazy ass employee was disgruntled when I told him I didn't mind waiting all day for the service to be completed. To me, the tech comments appear to have been made up so they didn't have to accommodate my tire rotation because of there inability to work hard and satisfy the customer. Another thing I noticed was a disclaimer on my receipt (see photo). So which one is it, are they examining customers tires for safety or are they performing the service orders the customer is purchasing? Beware as the service continues to deteriorate at your local Beaumont Walmart. read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon.. BUSY. They were insanely busy. I was not expecting there to be such a long line. I think it was like a 3 hour wait? And I had my puppy with me and it was super cold and windy that day, no bueno. I went inside to figure out what tires I needed and to schedule an appointment. Luckily they had an early morning appointment for Sunday. The girl that helped me was super friendly and was totally understanding on why I didn't want to wait. Fast forward, it's Sunday morning. My appointment was for I think 8am? Whatever time they opened was my appointment time. I got there maybe like 10 minutes early, there was a small line! They were a little late at getting open, no biggie, I get it. It was honestly so cold that weekend, it's like hell froze over or something. Dude in the car next to me was like upset that they went to my car first - uh, I had an appointment, don't get ya panties in a twist! Anyways, since I had an appointment and figured out my tires ahead of time, they took my car right away. Wandered around Walmart for like 45 minutes, got some groceries and then I was able to pick-up my car! Definitely make an appointment! You'll still have a wait because changing tires takes time, but it's much better than just sitting and waiting for hours. read more

Horrible Horrible service!!!!! Do not ever stop there. We had a nail in our tire coming back from palm springs stopped by to get it fixed and we were the only costumer they had. It took them 30 min to find the hole another 30 min to tell us they cant fix it and 15 to take our car out of the shop garage. And all they had to do is patch the tire thats all and they couldn't do it. After all that they put the oily dirty socket on my seat. read more

Super slow work. First time here and I'm not impressed. We bought 2 new tires and I've been waiting for 2-3 hours for them to change 3 tires when my own father could change it in 20 mins. Many cars that came after mine have already been worked on and they still park my car to the side and not work on it. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

We got a flat on our vacation and the staff here got us back on the road. Alex, Evelyn, and Veronica helped us, and we are very grateful for their friendly and professional service. My partner trapped our spare on our rear brakes, but Alex went above and beyond to help us get the stuck wheel off. We were very impressed with their great attitude and work ethic. We ended up replacing several tires, and though it took a bit of time, we are pleased with the work. If we lived locally, I would not hesitate to return. read more

My husband went in at 3 pm and was told an hour and a half. They didn't finish until 6:30 pm. It wasn't a super long line and all he had done was new tires. To make it worse, he could see the technicians out there chatting for long periods of time. The manager explained that they were understaffed, which we understand but next time, give your customer accurate time frames. We would have had a different plan for a 3 1/2 hr wait. And also, please, please, talk to your employees about standing around chatting while you have irate customers waiting. read more

They get one star because the workers are polite but they run on slooow. Be warned use to come here for oil changes for many years finally after 3 times waiting 2 1/2 hours tried a new place down the street twice I've gone and average time even when busy is 25 minutes. Yesterday I was running errands and got a flat tire first went to Ramona's in same parking lot I was told 2 hours before someone could talk to me so I went next door to Walmart couldn't go far with a flat. Was told 2 1/2 hours no choice I ended up waiting with a lot of other people for 4 hours place closes down at 7pm my car was the last out at 7:45 I got there originally at 3:30. The good news is their tire prices are very competitive I got exactly what I had which is the best for $65.00 a tire bad news not enough employees and no fire under them going back and forth from tires to oil change to chit chatting inside with other employees which was noticed by a couple waiting over 3 hours for 2 tires. Our cars stayed lifted in air with no attention and I heard on phone an employee said no appointments taken first come first serve. Often forget Walmart has a tire shop, but went into have a set of tires Un-mounted this morning and was well taken care of. Though I told the tech Branden I could come back to pick them up later so there was no rush he said it was really easy and to just hang out he'd have it done in a few minutes. By the time I walked in grabbed a gallon a milk and walked back he was already finished and I was on my way. Inexpensive always a plus, but most of all quick efficient service. read more

No need to arrive at Walmart Auto Care Center on time at 7 am, Walmart staff do not even oven the bay doors until 7:15. I was the second in line and only wanted two new tires. I left the truck and came back at 9:45 and they were "still working on the truck". I asked for a manager (Stefinie) and received nothing except a " sorry we are working on it now". Wow, it took just over 3 hours to install two new tires. Also the Walmart staff decided it was best to install wheel weights on the outside of chrome rims. All the other tire stores I go to install them on the inside in the hopes of not scratching my chrome rims. The trouble did not end there, on my way home the low tire pressure light came on for one of the new tires installed. When I was adding air I noticed Walmart only installed one new valve stem. Absolute SHIT service. The manager was rude and was no help at all. The person who changed my oil (Red) was super sweet and helpful but as far as her "support manager", she knows absolutely nothing about cars. It wasn't even the persons fault that did my oil change, she was just waiting on the manager to come approve (which took forever and I watched the manager sit and talk for a good 15 mins to a random guy) I waited 2 and a half hours for an oil change and there was no one in line. I will never bring my car back here again. Should've listened to the reviews. And if you're reading this Maryanne, you lack customer service skills, you are rude, and you should not be in the position you are in. The employees who worked on my car are far better than you are. Terrible service. Shop was not busy at all. I got there at 530 and was the second to the last leaving at 900. I only went in for tire rotation and oil change. 3-1/2 hrs is ridiculous. The techs lack of enthusiasm makes for a very slow worker. It appears that they would rather stand around and talk instead of getting the work done. read more
