    Very disappointed with they group of guys doing oil changes there. A complete disregard for other peoples property. They left oil stains on the brand new seat to my van. Now mind you all it should be only one side but no both front seats were oil stained! My center console was also handprinted! I was and am pissed! I want to find their cars and put my oiled hand on there seat and see how they react to it. The assistant manager was no help not even apologetic. Not even an offer to clean up what they did! Walmart has not apologized at all. So if you read this Walmart is not to be trusted with and deserve no stars from me. Thou shall not be trusted!

    Early bird is suppose to get the worm. Not here at Walmart in Beaumont!! They are supposed to be open at 6am but it never fails. Still not open. I called the number and let it ring for over 3 minutes and they still never answered...When will I learn to take my business somewhere else...

    Steven, our salesman, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I was at work and didn't want to…read morewaste anyone's time if the deal wasn't going to work out. He and his sales manager were able to go over everything with me through phone and text, which I truly appreciated. I've purchased many cars over the years, and being able to handle most of the process from home was exceptional. Steven went above and beyond--he walked me through the vehicle's features and made sure I was fully set up with GMC. Many salespeople don't take that extra step anymore, so thank you, Steven, for your time and dedication. I also want to recognize the finance department. Megan made our experience just as enjoyable. We originally had a different finance company, and I mentioned I was hoping to go through GMC instead. She called the next morning to let us know she was able to switch us to GMC financing and secure a lower interest rate. That meant so much--thank you, Megan! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend Diamond GMC to friends and family. Thank you for making our purchase easy, smooth, and enjoyable!

    I have been contacted multiple times by this dealership with repeated attempts to lure me in to…read morepurchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, every single time I show up, there is always some excuse as to why they "cannot" sell the vehicle without mandatory add-ons such as a $995 ceramic coating, Apex security system, extended warranty, and other unnecessary extras I specifically stated I did not want. This has been a constant issue with this dealership -- high-pressure sales tactics and forcing add-ons onto customers. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. In California, it is illegal for a dealership to deceptively claim that non-factory add-ons are "mandatory" or required in order to purchase a vehicle. Consumers should be aware of these practices before wasting their time. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting nearly 5 years later for them to install the "security system" they charged me approximately $1,500 for on a previous purchase. Every time I follow up, I get the same runaround about bringing paperwork back in, despite the same salesman continuing to contact me and pretend we're friends whenever they want another sale. At this point, I will no longer do business with this dealership and highly recommend others proceed with caution. Very shady business practices and zero accountability. Don't go to this dealership. Save your time and money by visiting Orel Hersheiser Chevrolet in Chino. They will make you an out of the park deal without the headache. And to add to all of this of course somebody responds like an automated bot with a phone number that is not in service. This cracks me up. It's pathetic how this dealer ship operates.

The last 3 vehicles…read moreI've owned have been enhanced with the expertise and attention to detail that Chris brings to the table. Now, keep in mind that old saying, "Patience is a virtue." I made the mistake of finding someone else on Craigslist (SMH!) to do a retrofit on one of my cars because I "just wanted it done, ASAP" and it turned out to be a disaster! I ended up selling that car and vowed to never go to someone without a good reputation again. I'm truly happy with the work Chris does on my cars. I have a Honda S2000 (check out his website to see the video) that he recently worked on. It gets SO much attention and people compliment my lights ALL THE TIME! I even had a few kids in a BMW 5 series follow me into the gas station just to say, "Bro! Your lights are sick! Who did them and can they do mine?" (Keep that in mind before you have a job done. If you get sick LEDs from bumper-to-bumper, you're not going to be able to roll "incognito", LOL!) My driving experience feels more advanced with each job that Chris does. The latest job on my S2K truly takes the cake! One day while my car was parked on the street, I left the new LED DRLs on so I could see how the intensity stacked up to OEM units, and I was very pleased with the results! My inner boy (that grew up on shows like Knight Rider and The Dukes of Hazzard) gets excited with every drive. What can I say? I love cars and technology! I could go on and on, but I'll wrap it up with these final words: Not only is Chris seriously talented, he's a really nice guy... a family man; fun to hang with. I'm a customer for life! Remember: patience. :-)

    DO. NOT. TRUST. Chris Darafeev will keep your deposit and never ship a product. I gave a $3000…read moredeposit a few years ago for a pair of GTR headlights. No deposit was requested but I offered it since the owner, Chris Darafeev, was struggling around Christmas time to get gifts for his small children. Chris promised to build my lights and ship them out for several months and never did. Finally I requested a refund and he promised he would send it. Over the next several months he refused to answer phone calls and texts. Occasionally I would get an apologetic email response promising to refund the deposit and giving me the life sob story. Fast forward a few years, I still have not received a penny back or the headlights that were ordered. Also, be aware that Chris Darafeev is using new customer deposits to pay back refunds. Every time I have been promised a refund, Chris Darafeev has mentioned that he is just waiting for new customers to send deposits so he can refund me. Fraud?
