Frank saw me pull up and immediately asked how he could help. He had me pull my rig up to the air and started filling and checking all my tires. He ended up finding the culprit which was actually on the inner tire. He fixed it all up for me in minutes! I then had him quickly check my oil just to be safe and lo and behold it was super low -- listen to your intuition! He and the office were very kind to help me fill it up as well. Do not go to this place. It sucks. Made an appointment on Wednesday to get my car. Serviced car waited an hour before they even moved it which they never did. Made a new appointment for Friday again car sat for an hour. I was told by the girl at the counter that the employees were in a meeting. I just needed a service and the girl asked me what I needed at the counter with the service. I told her the usual oil change tire rotation, and she seemed confused. I decided to leave again. As I was leaving, another customer was walking by me and said don't go to this place. His car has been for here For eight days and it still has not been worked on. Even though he said he paid. I have mixed results here. I wanted to support and find a trusted local tire shop. The first visit for a patch went great. The second visit is where I had trouble. I got a quote on 2 trailer tires, decided the price was good only to get charge $60 more. I mentioned that it was 60 extra, the guy told me it looks right, but then went to check his notes and realized he did give me the other price, but he said accidentally gave me the quote for cheaper tires. They said to stop by and they would look at the tires. The great employee instantly took the car and Saud he would check all of the tires. My car died in the middle of a busy Champaign street last night. I was able to get it started again and slowly drove it to Beaumont Tire & Automotive. I left the keys and my number. Evan called as soon as they opened and asked what was going on, as I wasn't scheduled. I explained what happened and he said they were booking out a week and a half but they could run a diagnostic on it. Evan called back an hour later and told me what the problem was and said they could get the part in the next day and could squeeze me in. Is there a 6 Star option? I had a nail in my tire. Dreading going to my regular tire shop where it could take them 1+hours right when they opened (like last time), I decided I try this place out. I gave them a call around 3:45 and they told me I could bring it in and they could do it before they closed at 5. I got there around 3:55 and gave them the tire. By 4:10 it was patched and I was on my way. Now how is it possible that walking in an hour before the shop closes is faster than being the first customer of the day at my old shop? I live in Orange County but traveled to Palm Springs today for girls weekend. My tire light came on right before Beaumont so I pulled over and checked the tires. I couldn't see a flat, so I looked up tire stores nearby. I stopped at Beaumont Tires and Emmitt checked my tires in about 5 minutes. He filled them and made sure the light was off. I asked if I could pay, but they were so nice and said no. I was so worried pulling into a small town that I would be told I needed a new tire. This place is legit! I recently had a flat and took my care to another tire shop in Beaumont. I was told I needed to replace both front tires and purchased two off brand tires and had them balanced. I was also informed that I needed a 4 wheel alignment. I took my car to Beaumont Tire for the wheel alignment and they checked my prior service records and informed me that I had a 4 wheel alignment in August 2019 and asked what made me think I needed to have an alignment. I told them another tire shop told me it was needed. They said that my problem might be wheel balancing. They took off the two new tires that I had purchased just days before from another untrustworthy shop and informed me that they had not been balanced and that was really my problem. They also told me the two tires I purchased days before were not high quality but they will "do the job for now" I highly recommend Beaumont Tire for their honesty and quality of service. They could have completed a wheel alignment and charged me again. I will be returning to them for any other service needs. read more

Was told that there was no point in doing a front end alignment because the front tires did not match (??) and were worn out (from needing an alignment...). The folks at Beaumont Tire took great care of us. Our tire was an unusual size so they had to drive to Redlands (18 miles north) to get a replacement. They told us it would be an hour and the guy hustled as not to make us wait. They gave us a referral to the Country Junction...a good restaurant closeby to get something to eat! My mom went in and said that her car was just shutting off and stalling on her . She asked for them to tune her car up. They did a diagnostic on her car . " they said ". They told her she needed a new oil pan , and driver module fuel pump. I think that's what it's called . Which is like $500. My mom pleaded with them that she didn't have that kind of money and asked if they could just change her fuel filter. He would not do it . My mom ended up hearing from someone she recently met, that this lady's husband was a previous mechanic. She told the lady her issue with her car and what Beaumont tire told her she needed . They said to bring her car to there house and her husband would do a diagnostic on it. He told my mom she did NOT need a new driver module that she just needed a new fuel filter . That's why her car kept stalling. And that her oil pan plug had been stripped by Beaumont tire and he would replace that also . Now my mom only has to buy a new fuel filter and the guy will replace free of charge . Beaumont tire lied to my mom . NEVER will I recommend Beaumont tire for doing this to my mom. You're supposed to have Customer services!!!!!!! Not push customers away!!!!!! read more
