They Were Quick, Helpful, And Nice!!! Came In To Get A New Tire Helped To Put It On With Same Rim Had Me In And Out In Less Than 15Min!!!!

DID NOT PUT HUBCAP BACK AFTER REPLACING MY TIRE!!! I usually am not one to leave a review like this on a site but this was ridiculous and uncalled for. Quick summary: I had my two front tires replaced and left to pick up my daughter. I was happy with the service at that time. When I picked her up, she noticed the tire on her side was missing the hubcap. I called them, was eventually told to come back to the shop. When I got to the shop, they looked around for a bit (even in my trunk) and THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE HUBCAP. It must have "fallen off somewhere" before I came to them. Absolute 100% lie/bs. They refused to do anything about it. Full details for those who want them: I came to this shop to replace my two front tires. One of the tires had blown out and I had put the spare on. I put that tire in my trunk. I looked for a shop in Beaumont and reading about them they seemed to be the best combo of price/value for a used tire. When speaking with them - English seemed to not always be well understood but I thought "no big deal as long as both parties understand the main things." I got a quote for the two tires and drove to them on my spare The service was quick. The price was perfectly in my range. As I left (had to pick up my daughter) I even said I'd be using them from now on whenever I had a need. After getting my daughter home I noticed one of the hubcaps was missing. I assumed this was an oversight from the speedy service (I had appreciated the speed) and gave them a call. There seemed to be some difficulty understanding what I was saying at first. They said "Yes we have hubcaps. What do you want?" Or something similar. After a bit it seemed they understood my hubcap was missing after the replacement and they said come back to the shop. I stopped back by and they looked around their shop very briefly. Then I was told they didn't have the hubcap. They asked to look in the trunk again. I obliged hoping maybe somehow they had left it in there. Nothing. They then said they didn't have it, maybe it fell off somewhere else before I brought the tire in to them. What?!? Even IF you want me to believe that then why even bother telling me to come back to the shop? Or looking again in my trunk (where THEY were the ones to take out the tire from to replace it). Why did they never once mention "There's no hubcap on this tire, you see that right?" Or something when they replaced it earlier??? Easy - because the hubcap was there when they took out the tire and when they replaced the tire. Yet now they are telling me they don't have it. They offered nothing in regards to compensation. No "We'll replace the hubcap." Nothing. All they kept saying was "We don't have it. Maybe it came off before you brought it." while shrugging.....no matter what I said. Other than the hubcap issue I thought they were great and would have recommended them to anyone. Now - I highly advise everyone to NOT use their services and risk getting ripped off. read more

Ran over something on the 10 freeway today that put a golf ball size hole in my right back tire. We pulled over and put the spare on, and then looked for a used tire place. These guys are awesome! The tire has a lot of tread, and he only charged me $51 for the tire, mounting it on my rim, and disposing the blown tire! Highly recommend! Took us right in, and had us out in less than 15 minutes! read more

If your like me and like to buy your tires new from tire shops and install them at local shops to avoid the ridiculous installation fees... then don't come here. My main shop had closed early the day I visited here and I wanted to give them a chance. Upon arriving I was informed that they charge 15 per tire, a reasonable price. So I agreed and drive my car into the garage. They begin by jacking the car up from the center pinch welds, with a SINGLE JACK! I was anticipating that they would use jacks to safely take the wheels off but they didn't. Huge hazard for both your car and for the workers! This is bad enough to avoid this shop completely, but it got worse. Eventually they got the wheels off and proceeded to throw the wheel onto the tire machine! ALUMINUM WHEELS!!! The man even leaned the face of the wheel on the machine as I heard metal on metal contact! When they moved onto the other side of the car the guy was in such a hurry that he got another jack and began to jack the car up from the other side! Before they took off the other jack! They are actually insane! Then they took my rear wheel off and one of my lug nuts got stuck to the gun so the worker leaned my. Old dirty tire on THE CARS PAINT!!!!!! He also threw my lug nut on the floor in an attempt to get my lug nut out of the socket! I really wish It ended here! But it didn't, when they put my car down and I paid them the 60 dollars I drove off and I heard noise coming from my front wheels! it sounded like something was sticking to the floor or like a paint roller going over a wet spot of paint. At first I thought that it was the adhesive residue from the tire sticker that I had taken off. But after about 20 miles of driving the sound didn't go away! So that same night I jacked the car up (SAFELY!!) and took my wheel off to see what was making the noise. And it turned out that the guys who balanced the wheel stuck on wheel weights on top of the old wheel weights!!! I thought that's standard practice was to remove all wheel weights! But they added more on top of the old ones! Those new weights were rubbing on my brake caliper! Every time the wheel came around making the noise! So out of frustration I pounded them out with a screwdriver! I will not be coming here again. read more

Desert Eagle! Desert Eagle! The owner was working on another customers tires when I came in with a blow out on dec 24 5pm. By 6pm I was on my way and he had another customer pulling in! This is not your "OC" fancy tire center this is a man running his business as he said "I don't close when I have customers"! Nice affable guy helped me put the spare back on and made sure the tire he had matched up to my current treads. Great service, great work ethic... I only wish more people were like this guy! read more

Got brand new tires here, the tires came with a 30,000 mile warranty, and there prices were cheaper by almost $175 than a couple other places I tried. I guess ownership has changed, (the last owner was alright), but I like these new guys better. They sell rims too, looking to get some new rims here as well, since they got the hookups. read more

Had a blowout on the freeway earlier in the day, and put on one of those emergency donut-type spare tires on my car. When I had a chance late that afternoon to call around for used tires, I finally landed at Desert Eagle who had several of my tire size in stock. Fernando said they weren't that busy, so I headed right down. I pulled in at 3:58 p.m., and within 45 seconds they were taking lug nuts off and wrenching on the car. Fernando checked out all four of my tires and come to find out one of my other tires was probably at the point where it shouldn't be driven on. I had him put two used tires on, and both appear to be in really good shape. By 4:14 p.m. I was out the door and the bill was $80, which I thought was more than fair for what I got. That also included mounting and balancing as well. I am happy to give Desert Eagle 5 stars! read more

Went in here a bit ago for my tires to be changed and in the process they took 4 hours for 4 tires. Almost tried fighting my brother and I in front of the shop because they put the wrong tires on and wanted ME To pay for the mistake. They threatened me and tried to have there buddies intimidate me. Didn't work very well. Never going to this shop. I strongly Recommend Corona tire. read more

I had a flat tire and looked at reviews for tire shops in Beaumont. Selected Desert Eagle Tires and Wheels. Took my car to them and was informed that I needed two front tires and gave me a price including balancing that seems good. They also informed me that I needed to have a 4 wheel alignment. I took my car to another shop that had done work in the past and was informed that I had a 4 wheel alignment just 7 months prior and it wasn't needed. They recommended that I have my tires balanced. I didn't tell them that I had just purchased two new tires from another shop in Beaumont. They balanced my tires and informed me that my two front tires were never balanced and that most likely was my problem. I was also informed that the two new tires were really an off brand and will most likely have to be replace in less than the 40,000 mile guarantee. Very disturbing to find out that I paid for balancing and purchased off brand tires. read more

On my drive out from LA, I got a flat tire. I didn't want to drive back on the donut so I did some yelping and found Menos Tires which is down the street. They couldn't fix my tire so they sent me here. Frank, the owner, helped me. He was very nice, honest and sold me a used tire for a good price.
