Moe helped me as I went to the front desk and asked what I needed. I told him what I needed to get done and he said they were able to do all of it and told me to take a seat. After a few minutes, he came back in with a price and told me $550 for all of it! Honestly, I was expecting it to be more expensive so I was relieved when I heard the price. After waiting for about 1 hour, my car was finished! He went over everything they had completed, let me know the next time I need to come back for an oil change and all the other maintenance stuff, and told me they had cleaned my engine bay! Now that was the cherry on top. Would defiantly come back here for any of my car needs when I am in the area!

Took a picture of it while it was there, they let it sit in the wind for days with the hood up rubbing the roof so it chipped and scraped the paint on the hood. I talked to the mechanic at the time and he wanted to work on it but was told by the owner multiple times to not work on it as the other jobs were faster and brought in the money. Overall pretty disappointing. This was almost four years ago now and I'm still not over it. The work they did messed other things up as well for instance the electrical but I went to another shop to fix that versus waiting on these guys. Go elsewhere, you won't regret it.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. This year (2026) had an opportunity to use Dinosaur for a couple of issues with my vehicle besides oil change and tire. The first issue happened to be with my driver side window sticking and not rolling up properly and some wiring issues. Dinosaur diagnosed my car with some of the hoses and wiring chewed by rats or mice (Subaru uses a soy based wire installation that rats love. This issue I believe was repaired. They had to order a part from Subaru for the window, so I was told, and I paid for that repair at a total of $600. However, no more than 3 weeks later, my driver side window was doing exactly what it was before where it would stick but eventually roll up. I should have taken it back then, and had them redo the work. I got busy and time went buy. A couple months later, I then needed my regular oil change and my AC was not getting as cool as it use to. No noises, no other issues just not getting as cool as it use to. So I took it in to Dinosaur for the oil change and to diagnose the AC problem. They asked me to leave the car for two days. When the called me on the second day, they told me the oil change was done but to fix the AC, the car needed a new Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner at a cost of service and parts of $600. I asked them how these parts were causing the problem and how it would remedy the AC problem? However the mechanic who worked on my car was not there on Saturday, so they could not give me the reasons until Monday when the mechanic was there. I was not able to afford the $600 repair that month anyway, so I mentioned I would have to have the AC fixed later next month. So I picked up my car, they changed the oil and also replaced the cabin filter. Once I got in my car to drive home, the AC was working perfectly. I am not sure what they did, but I almost paid an additional $600 to Dinosaur for something they said I needed but did not. I further verified this with my nephew who is a certified auto mechanic for Porsche. He told me that the Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner would have nothing to do with the coldness of the AC. He stated if I was having problems with those parts, I certainly would have heard something in my car and my car was making no noise. As kind and courtesy as everyone is at Dinosaur tires, I will not be taking my car back to them knowing they almost charged me $600 for a repair I did not need. And now I wonder if they actually even ordered a part from Subaru for my window since it still isn't working properly after that $600 repair. So the moral of this story is I will be finding a new car mechanic. As far as tires and oil changes? Dinosaur may be fine (though they charged me $200 for my oil change) But if you need more advanced work on your vehicle, I would not recommend them. Sorry Dinosaur.

I took a family member's 135,000 mi. 2007 Hyundai Sonata to Big Brand Tire & Service, Yucaipa for…read moreneeded basic servicing. But prior to any work being done I requested the vehicle have free diagnostic checks performed to determine continued road worthiness. Results deemed car still road worthy but some services were needed. Had the brakes checked, oil changed, new tires & alignment done, and I was happy with the the quality of the work done & the pricing. The diagnostics indicated the serpentine belt should be replaced & A. p/t mgr., suggested I come back in 2 days for Rudy, expert lead mechanic, to do this task when returning from day off. Rudy confirmed serpentine belt had some wear due to mileage but wasn't needing replacement yet. What was more pressing in that power pump area was a very worn idler pulley with noisy bearings. Before replacing, Rudy physically showed & explained re: the worn idler pulley. On the shop floor, he also pointed out the wearing of control arms but assured me that it also wasn't immediate to replace yet. Meanwhile Jon, main mgr. ran a detailed comprehensive service history of the Sonata which showed some upkeep services that were greatly overdue. I was informed but didn't feel pressured to have all the various things done on this day. Jon worked with me to prioritize the most immediate services (fluid flushes& spark plug replacement) & provided clear breakdown of pricing. I appreciated the professionalism & expertise of Jon & Rudy, the clear communication when explaining work to be done and when answering all my questions. I also appreciate the transparency in pricing, the willingness to work with me prioritizing the needed repairs/services. and given peace of mind that the vehicle is now up to date in maintenance and is roadworthy.

approximately , 6th month of 2017 my granddaughter was living in like long beach and she made a call to me about her car looked like it had been leaking a little antifreeze, not much but just a little residue on the radiator, and she wanted to get it look at, I told her to take it to toy tech here in high grove, but her grandmother on the other side of her family talked her into going to Koritas tires to get the car fixed in Yucaipa at, so she did, me and her dad talk to someone there at that shop by the name of angle, he said the mechanic had went through the car check everything and the radiator had a crack and needed to be replaced, he said he was going to replace the thermostat as well, but assured us everything else was fine, and they used the best quality parts for the repair, The cost was some were around $300 + dollars, so they got the ok to fix it, my granddaughter picked up the car but never even made it home, she was on the freeway and she said she herd a big bang and she pulled over and antifreeze was all over the ground, she had the car towed back to Koritas tires, apparently the next morning they had looked at the car before I had the chance to go see what was going on, angle told my granddaughter the car over heated and she would need a new motor, , angle said he would help find a motor for her , but she would have to pay, I went there 2 day latter and talked to this guy angle, he's telling me he does not know what happened, but they did the work two days ago and that she had the car for two days, and I told him what are you talking about she never made it home, the cars been here for two days, he said they pressured tested the radiator while it was cold and did not see any problems, so I told him why did you not pressure test this while it was hot,(while it had pressure built up in it with heat) he just looked at me puzzled, he did not even know what i was taking about, I told him stop don't touch this car we are taking this to another shop to have them find out what went wrong, so I took it to toy tech in high grove (riverside) he is a Toyota repair shop, the motor was blown do to overheating, jimmy at toy tech first pulled out the thermostat and found a cheap china made thermostat, straight junk, he pulled the heads and the motor was just to far gone, so I had him put in another motor $1,700 dollars, he started the car and looked for leaks, when they put the radiator in,( because it was also a junk china made part) it broke the seams at the radiator core and the radiator was no good, jimmy at toy tech called angle at Koritas tire and told him what had happened, that he had put in a Chinese junk radiator and it was broke and this caused the overheating problem, angle just acted stupid on the phone, like he did not know the deferments between a good part reliable part, and china made parts, folks I'm sure this has happened to more than us out there, when something like this happens to you at this shop or any other you need to call the BUREAU OF AUTO REPAIR 855 837 7985 OR LOCAL RIVERSIDE 951 782 4250 these folks oversee repair shops, and they will go to the shop and investigate the repairs, THIS SHOP TAKES ADVANTAGE OF FOLKS THAT DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER, I myself am getting ready to see these jack offs in court read more

This place is awful, a few years back they broke my moms sensor to her car. On a seperate trip she got a nail in her tire from the back. The yard is dirty and unorganized. Today I called for an alignment and was promised they would do it for me and change my tire because it had a bubble. I was contacted about an hour after leaving my vehicle there was told they over booked and no longer could do the services promised. When I got there I was greeted and asked what was wrong with my car and mid sentence the guy cut me off and asked for my keys and told me he would take care of it and walked away from me !!!! I had to chase him around twice, once to finish explaining my issues and twice to get my keys back for my car seat. This place is awful. I don't recommend coming here. They have bad customer service and are very unorganized. I wish I couldn't even give them one star. read more

Great experience. Called got a quote on 4 tire( brand name specific) after getting a quote from that brand's own store. Koritas Tires were over $200 cheaper (out the door). Made an appointment time, got them installed in about 30 minutes, and got the price I was quoted. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed! read more

I must mention we were local and he said I will come to you. Didn't take more than an hour. I also needed tires for a 2500 and their recommendation was flawless. 30% below brand tires for what we needed. I can say, just talk to them and they will get you handled. Very respectable folks.

I bought a Groupon and arrived only 25 minutes later, to be told they were fully booked and in 100 degree temps it'd be a 3 hour wait. They were also going to up-charge me about 40%, which Groupon frowns on. My dogs had oral surgery that morning and I was promised they'd move a car to provide shade, but they never did. The service was so cold and indifferent I drove away and got the work satisfactorily done promptly in Redlands. AVOID!

I have been taking my car to Dinosaur Tires for years. Mostly for oil changes and tires. I have…read morealways had a positive experience. Never had issues with my oil changes or tire replacements. The staff is always friendly and courteous. This year (2026) had an opportunity to use Dinosaur for a couple of issues with my vehicle besides oil change and tire. The first issue happened to be with my driver side window sticking and not rolling up properly and some wiring issues. Dinosaur diagnosed my car with some of the hoses and wiring chewed by rats or mice (Subaru uses a soy based wire installation that rats love. This issue I believe was repaired. They had to order a part from Subaru for the window, so I was told, and I paid for that repair at a total of $600. However, no more than 3 weeks later, my driver side window was doing exactly what it was before where it would stick but eventually roll up. I should have taken it back then, and had them redo the work. I got busy and time went buy. A couple months later, I then needed my regular oil change and my AC was not getting as cool as it use to. No noises, no other issues just not getting as cool as it use to. So I took it in to Dinosaur for the oil change and to diagnose the AC problem. They asked me to leave the car for two days. When the called me on the second day, they told me the oil change was done but to fix the AC, the car needed a new Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner at a cost of service and parts of $600. I asked them how these parts were causing the problem and how it would remedy the AC problem? However the mechanic who worked on my car was not there on Saturday, so they could not give me the reasons until Monday when the mechanic was there. I was not able to afford the $600 repair that month anyway, so I mentioned I would have to have the AC fixed later next month. So I picked up my car, they changed the oil and also replaced the cabin filter. Once I got in my car to drive home, the AC was working perfectly. I am not sure what they did, but I almost paid an additional $600 to Dinosaur for something they said I needed but did not. I further verified this with my nephew who is a certified auto mechanic for Porsche. He told me that the Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner would have nothing to do with the coldness of the AC. He stated if I was having problems with those parts, I certainly would have heard something in my car and my car was making no noise. As kind and courtesy as everyone is at Dinosaur tires, I will not be taking my car back to them knowing they almost charged me $600 for a repair I did not need. And now I wonder if they actually even ordered a part from Subaru for my window since it still isn't working properly after that $600 repair. So the moral of this story is I will be finding a new car mechanic. As far as tires and oil changes? Dinosaur may be fine (though they charged me $200 for my oil change) But if you need more advanced work on your vehicle, I would not recommend them. Sorry Dinosaur.

Frank saw me pull up and immediately asked how he could help. He had me pull my rig up to the air and started filling and checking all my tires. He ended up finding the culprit which was actually on the inner tire. He fixed it all up for me in minutes! I then had him quickly check my oil just to be safe and lo and behold it was super low -- listen to your intuition! He and the office were very kind to help me fill it up as well. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road SAFELY! Very grateful to Frank and this shop got their courteousness and professionalism. Extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Them!

I had to call at the end of the day to follow-up on the progress. I was told that they didn't have enough time to do the brakes, could I reschedule for next week. I got there to pick up my car, and I was charged a service fee of $70. This caught me off guard, back when Emmett was there I would've been rescheduled then charged for the brake replacement.
