They were direct and clear on options they had for me due to the flat tire. They didn't try to hackle me into making a purchase but did make recommendations. Their customer service and support is amazing and recommended to anyone who is looking for help and time is essential. Wish I can drop their names to give them my sincere thanks. I am so genuinely satisfied with this tire shop. They not only gave me the best price for quality tires, but the customer service is top notch. Usually walking into any auto shop with a Porsche I get charged 200% More for no a-parent reason. Unfortunately I had a problem with the rear tires wearing WAY too fast and not only did the attempt to fight for me to get a new pair but when the tire company denied the refund they honored their customer satisfaction by coming out of their own pocket to replace the tires and let me keep the old ones. This place does not stand by their work, and they don't care. I had them mount and balance 4 new tires. I then had a serious steering wheel shake afterwards at 63-66 MPH. I brought it back to them to correct it, and they tried to re-charge me the FULL price I paid in the first place (which originally included taking 4 old tires off the rims, mounting 4 new tires, and then balancing all 4 of them). I told them that's ridiculous because it's less than 1/2 the work just to re-balance the tires, because they aren't taking any tires on/off the rims this time, just checking the balance only... AND... not to mention they didn't balance them correctly in the first place! So they wanted to overcharge me to correct their bad work. Who does that?? These guys do that. Now I have a set of new tires that shake like crazy and I have to go and pay a different shop to re-balance them because I'm sure as hell not giving them any more money, and you shouldn't either! I was polite, and I wasn't asking for anything except for them to correct their error. After them not budging at all, I even suggested that I'll pay for any of the tires that don't need any more weights, but they do the one(s) that do need to be re-balanced at no charge. That's more than fair and I feel I would've been going way above what I should even have to pay, and they still wouldn't even do that. In what world is this ok? Screw this place. read more

I felt confident taking my car to this place when I needed a tire because of all the positive reviews, but I really wish I hadn't. The service was fast and the man was friendly, but after they replaced my tire, I realized they chipped off the powder coat on my rim in many places. Maybe I saved some money getting my tire from them, but now it's gonna cost me a lot more to have the rim fixed. Wish they would've been more careful or if this is something that can happen, at least let me know first. I have now used Redlands Tire Shop twice and both times were great! First time was for a blowout less than a block away. So I threw on a spare and basically coasted to the shop out of necessity. The second time I chose to come in since my driver's front tire was basically hanging by a thread. Both times were fast, friendly, and with a great price. These people are crooks. I purchased a used tire from them in the beginning of September, $30, to hold me over til I could buy a new set of tires. About 3 weeks went by and the sidewall split so I took the car back to them last Sunday, September 29th, while removing the tire they managed to break 2 of my wheel studs and refused to replace them. They had to dig a tire out "from the back" cause it was the only one they had left for my car. It looked much older than the precious one and they wanted to charge me $45 for it after breaking 2 wheel studs. I requested they replace it for free, they refused to do so and the owners husband told his wife to put the old tire with the split sidewall back on my car and wanted me to leave. They tried to refuse service to me and leave me stranding in their parking lot after selling me a faulty tire and breaking 2 wheel studs. So I ended up paying $30 after having to negotiate with them. They put the tire on and I went about my day and had the wheel studs replaced that they broke. Fast forward to Thursday October 3rd, I get a phone call from my wife who was stranded on the side of the 10 freeway with a blown out tire, the same one these crooks put on my car. 95% of the tread completely separated and caused major damage to the car. So 2 tires I purchased from them in less than a month both blew. Today I bought a whole new set of tires at a REAL tire shop, the manager informed me that the tire that REDLANDS TIRE SHOP had put on my car was over 20 years old! Not only did they sell me 20+ year old tires but they put my family in danger and everyone else on the freeway that day, for what? $30?! If you own and/or operate a tire shop you know exactly what you are doing, or I would at least hope so, they know for a fact that that tire should not have been sold to anyone let alone but on someones car!!! They are just doing what they have to to make a quick buck. You would think they would have some integrity and take pride in their business but they obviously don't. This place should be shut down! I will be contacting consumer affairs to see if they will be held responsible for the damage done to my car due to the tire blowing out. I really hope they see this and think long and hard about what they did. They also sell cars, I'd really hate to see what happens to the cars they sell to people after seeing what happens with the tire they sell. I highly recommend others to aviod these crooks and take your business elsewhere. Redlands tire shop has earned a zero star rating from me but yelp wont allow me to give them what they deserve. So I like most people called around to get quotes on used tires for the time being just until I change my suspension and get a whole new set of tires so I called around to get the best pricing and I was quoted $45 per used tire then when I get here they said they do happened to sell those tires and they had some other ones but it was gonna cost me more. That's when I started to get upset cuz then I was bamboozled and wasted time already going here for them to switch up the price so I said what Evers let's do it then so they start changing out my tires then after one is changed out then they work on another and I believe they purposely broke my valve stem cuz I had no leaks before now all of a sudden it's broken so for a 2 dollar part they tell me it's gonna be another $15 I asked how is it broken now when I never had a leak before and my question was ignored and I was told well you don't have to change it if you don't want to then. Like wtf of course imma change it but damn these guys are crooks they will tell you something different on the phone to get you here then I'll the price then break your valve stem to get some more out of you. I had a screw in my left rear tire. I pulled in and instantly one of the employees asked me what was the problem. Three employees got my car jacked up in seconds. One repaired the tire, patched it, the other two rotated and balanced my other three tires. They even checked my tire sensors,using a sensor tool, to let me know which tire needed a new sensor in the valve stem for free. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
