I've spent a lot of money at this location, but the minute there is an actual issue, they refuse to take care of you. I just bought a brand-new set of 4 tires here less than a month ago, and one of them already developed an abnormal bump on the sidewall. I called it in to report the issue, and Ethan completely dismissed it over the phone without even offering to look at the tire. He just claimed it must have been from a pothole or a curb. The tire is completely clean with absolutely no impact damage, scuffs, or scrapes--it is clearly a manufacturer defect. To deny service over the phone without even inspecting a brand-new tire sold to a loyal customer is terrible business. I will never bring my vehicles back to this Koritas location again.

That being said, I never had a good experience with any tire shops prior. Either they don't care or they hate their jobs. The manager Randy, certainly loves his job. Super knowledgeable, and honest. 2 tire balances, a road force balance, a test drive, over the course of 4 appointments and I was finding myself a little annoyed at the situation. The tires were found to be defective, and there was no hesitation to rectify the situation. Tires were ordered, claims on warranty were presumably made, and new tires installed right away. Although a shop like this charges slightly more than others, it's because they incorporate road hazard insurance, balancing and rotations into the cost. I'm glad I purchased my tires from them, and I recommend for anyone looking for a no hassle no headache experience, and included support on tire maintenance. Special thanks to Randy. Today is a case in point: we went there today fully intending to buy a new full set of tires because they have over 30k miles on them and one had sprung a leak last night on a long trip home. Randy (I assume the manager) told us the tires still had plenty of wear left, and replaced the leaky tire free of charge! We could have easily spent up to $2000, but instead the good people at Les Schwab stood behind their product and kept us on the road at no cost to us! There is no better place for tires!

I have been taking my car to Dinosaur Tires for years. Mostly for oil changes and tires. I have…read morealways had a positive experience. Never had issues with my oil changes or tire replacements. The staff is always friendly and courteous. This year (2026) had an opportunity to use Dinosaur for a couple of issues with my vehicle besides oil change and tire. The first issue happened to be with my driver side window sticking and not rolling up properly and some wiring issues. Dinosaur diagnosed my car with some of the hoses and wiring chewed by rats or mice (Subaru uses a soy based wire installation that rats love. This issue I believe was repaired. They had to order a part from Subaru for the window, so I was told, and I paid for that repair at a total of $600. However, no more than 3 weeks later, my driver side window was doing exactly what it was before where it would stick but eventually roll up. I should have taken it back then, and had them redo the work. I got busy and time went buy. A couple months later, I then needed my regular oil change and my AC was not getting as cool as it use to. No noises, no other issues just not getting as cool as it use to. So I took it in to Dinosaur for the oil change and to diagnose the AC problem. They asked me to leave the car for two days. When the called me on the second day, they told me the oil change was done but to fix the AC, the car needed a new Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner at a cost of service and parts of $600. I asked them how these parts were causing the problem and how it would remedy the AC problem? However the mechanic who worked on my car was not there on Saturday, so they could not give me the reasons until Monday when the mechanic was there. I was not able to afford the $600 repair that month anyway, so I mentioned I would have to have the AC fixed later next month. So I picked up my car, they changed the oil and also replaced the cabin filter. Once I got in my car to drive home, the AC was working perfectly. I am not sure what they did, but I almost paid an additional $600 to Dinosaur for something they said I needed but did not. I further verified this with my nephew who is a certified auto mechanic for Porsche. He told me that the Serpentine Belt and Serpentine Tensioner would have nothing to do with the coldness of the AC. He stated if I was having problems with those parts, I certainly would have heard something in my car and my car was making no noise. As kind and courtesy as everyone is at Dinosaur tires, I will not be taking my car back to them knowing they almost charged me $600 for a repair I did not need. And now I wonder if they actually even ordered a part from Subaru for my window since it still isn't working properly after that $600 repair. So the moral of this story is I will be finding a new car mechanic. As far as tires and oil changes? Dinosaur may be fine (though they charged me $200 for my oil change) But if you need more advanced work on your vehicle, I would not recommend them. Sorry Dinosaur.

I took a family member's 135,000 mi. 2007 Hyundai Sonata to Big Brand Tire & Service, Yucaipa for…read moreneeded basic servicing. But prior to any work being done I requested the vehicle have free diagnostic checks performed to determine continued road worthiness. Results deemed car still road worthy but some services were needed. Had the brakes checked, oil changed, new tires & alignment done, and I was happy with the the quality of the work done & the pricing. The diagnostics indicated the serpentine belt should be replaced & A. p/t mgr., suggested I come back in 2 days for Rudy, expert lead mechanic, to do this task when returning from day off. Rudy confirmed serpentine belt had some wear due to mileage but wasn't needing replacement yet. What was more pressing in that power pump area was a very worn idler pulley with noisy bearings. Before replacing, Rudy physically showed & explained re: the worn idler pulley. On the shop floor, he also pointed out the wearing of control arms but assured me that it also wasn't immediate to replace yet. Meanwhile Jon, main mgr. ran a detailed comprehensive service history of the Sonata which showed some upkeep services that were greatly overdue. I was informed but didn't feel pressured to have all the various things done on this day. Jon worked with me to prioritize the most immediate services (fluid flushes& spark plug replacement) & provided clear breakdown of pricing. I appreciated the professionalism & expertise of Jon & Rudy, the clear communication when explaining work to be done and when answering all my questions. I also appreciate the transparency in pricing, the willingness to work with me prioritizing the needed repairs/services. and given peace of mind that the vehicle is now up to date in maintenance and is roadworthy.

I must say that this crew with above and beyond. I found a set of wheels and tires for my bass boat trailer that I really liked. Called Jaime and he said he would need to call me the following week as it was after hours at the wheel manufacturers location and he wanted to doublecheck inventory. He called me first thing Monday morning. We got the order set up and we were off to the races. He called me to let me know that my wheels were in transit and also let me know that he would be moving stores and passing the baton to Hector. Shortly after I received a call from Hector with an additional status update followed by another call that they were all in stock and ready to go. Upon arrival, they had me set my truck and trailer up in the parking lot and these guys ran out there like a NASCAR crew with Jacks and set up their workspace, test fit a wheel for me to make sure there was clearance and proceeded to knock five tires and five wheels out, installed in the parking lot, in and out of their facility and under an hour! Everybody was so professional, all smiles, and really just seemed to be glad to be there. This by far was one of the best related experiences I've had that I can remember.
