I've visited this Firestone a few times, and every experience has been positive. The entire team has always been friendly, professional, and reassuring whenever I've had issues with my car. As a woman, it can be difficult to find mechanics you feel comfortable trusting, but this location has been amazing. They always take the time to explain the pricing and walk me through exactly what they'll be doing to my car. I recently came in with a flat tire, and Camryn was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She explained everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made a stressful situation feel manageable and stress free. This shop genuinely cares about their customers and make sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend this Firestone to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring services. read more

Great service and they took good care of my nieces car. Highly recommend this shop for all car needs

Very good customer service and this particular location I have come to trust them completely and therefore I recommend this location to people needing a shop they can trust. This location has recently gotten a new store manager as Carlos went to a Firestone out of state. I hope the new manager realizes the importance of customer relations and continues with what has been established. My 35 years as a Manager...I recommend to the new manager..."If ain't broke, don't fix it"!!!! read more

Our Subaru Outback died on a trip to go apple picking -- miles from where we live. And Firestone was open on a Sunday and helped us diagnose the problem.... and gave us options. They recommended a mechanic. Let us keep our undriveable car there while we figured out options. Checked out our sensor light on the other car and filled up the tires for free. Honestly, landing thee was the best part of the whole experience. Highly recommend. read more

Got my oil changed and tires rotated here. The technicians were friendly and did a thorough job checking everything over. It took a little longer than estimated, but the quality of the service was worth the wait read more

I had taken my car to get a simple oil change... next thing I know I needed 4 tires a radiator flush, tire rods, synthetic not regular oil 30$ to 120$ wow. after double checking with my mechanic yes the tires were expired, my car i bought had 51000 miles. my mechanic doesn't sell tires but said that should be a priority... so I took back to firestone... oh yeah the tire rods were marked with silver marker left by another mechanic before we bought car. so any ways I took to firestone had tires done, radiator flush, tire rods and oil change all upsold (which they get commission to upsell) 1600$ after that done i felt comfortable taking the car to chula vista from forest falls. after leaving a canceled concert we were in traffic and bam my car started smoking and my dial overheating we pulled over opened hood and yes was over heating... I waited a while and when I checked reservoir it was empty... wait it was just filled (which stupid me I didn't check, I trusted gary from yucapia calif. firestone.) no coolant.. I put a gallon of coolant, luckily I had, because of my wife, and drove to gas station. bought another gallon because must be a leak somewhere, nope still full. stayed at hotel till morning, and to put .25 of the new gallon to fill to max cold. checked under car, no leak no fluid on floor. drove back to forest falls, no leak no over heat, what the hell, Mike from furestone called about my bad review, said he would like to check it. I declined and took to my mechanic, he checked and checked, and drove it and checked everything nothing wrong... asked why my freon was empty because he checked it the day before we took it to firestone and it had freon... gary from yucapia must have emptied it to sell us a compressor, that was bad.. lieing scumm.... and wouldn't u guess it I checked and the old marks on my tire rods still there, apparently he didn't replace he adjusted and charges us for new.... no sorry no my bad., just a response we couldn't have done anything wrong must be your car.... I wanted a refund for the work that caused my car to overheat and the tire rods he didn't replace. my mechanic before all this happen showed me the marks, and since I am a senior on a limited income, he told me whe should replace tires more important do those first, and that's when all hell broke. I bet if u would respond with ur dealings with firestone in yucapia, I would get more bad reciews with your dealings with firestone in yucapia.. I want a campaign of bad reviews, be honest don't lie., honesty is best policy and firestone needs to learn that... pls blow up Facebook with your honest bad reviews help write a wrong. read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Tires Near Me - Yucaipa, California

Excellent service. Took two hours to diagnose and fully repair, but worth it. Jerking steering wheel and wobbly tire feel at all speeds while on vacation in CA. I set a same day appointment with the app. Gary got a $9 inspection done, I worried it was an axle or misaligned tires, but Gary found the separated tire bulge on one tire and got us a great deal on two new Firestone tires. read more

had two slashed tires on both tires (my drivers side), came to firestone they got me the tires i needed to get back to LA in such a scrunch of time! Gray and Sarita were AMZAING at getting e back on the road and just the overall understanding of the situation and cant forget about the boys in the back they put that tire on like it was butter on toast much love thanks to the team! i read more

As a 30's female I'm given absolutely absurd quotes every time I try to come here. They attempt to rip you off and tell you that things need repair when they do not, padding your invoice. I no longer trust these guys, and recommend using their services to diagnose problems and then finding an honest mechanic to confirm the accuracy of and perform said repairs. Usually they find I don't need half the repairs I'm quoted from this place... Today I politely declined a $2,000 A/C repair quote and they passive aggressively parked my car in direct sun, on a 95 degree day, when there were 6 nice shady spots open in the same area. Oh, and being that I've been a long time customer here I can't help but notice that this was the first time they've ever parked my car there, as well as one of the only times I haven't actually authorized a repair. Coincidence? Probably not. Considering the large amount of money I've spent here over the years, and with them knowing I have no working A/C, I find it absolutely rude, inconsiderate and intentional of them, when a little common sense/ common courtesy could have made my day a lot more comfortable. Guys, your subtle disrespect was noted. I will never come back. Judging by the complete lack of business happening there today, I think word is out that this place is no good. read more

Went here to get my mom's vehicle aligned because another shop claimed they did the best they could and it wasn't right. This shops employees are the best and went above and beyond to make sure my mom's car was done right and realigned it for her. I was so grateful and they had us in and out in no time...the manager, Gary and advisor who helped us Sarah was so awesome and their techs are on top of their game. Highly recommend coming here if you need your vehicle serviced! read more

I have brought 2 different cars here for service and repairs over about 16 years. I come for regular maintenance, flat tire repairs, and recommended car repairs. I have never been disappointed by their work. They have a large repair shop with a comfortable waiting area -- centrally located in Yucaipa near other businesses. Their estimates are significantly lower than a car dealer. The management and staff have always been friendly and very helpful in answering my questions about recommended repairs. I couldn't ask for more. read more

Listen up everyone. Don't b fooled by there lies. They're very convincing on making money off u. So I got 4 brand new tires and they said oh its a easy process to receive a 140 rebate. Don't believe it. It's impossible to get this rebate it's just a big run around. It's the point we're this company cant b trusted. Acourse They're mechanics so they're going to lie but I thought they stood by there value name Firestone yeah can't b trusted. I will never give them my money. read more

This team is amazing! They always take care of our vehicles in a timely manner. Carlos runs a clean and organized location. Gary is professional and courteous when explaining our vehicles' needs. The techs always go the extra mile to make sure we are safely back on the road. I would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation. Remember to download the Firestone application for coupons and access to your vehicle's repair history. read more

Great convenient auto care for all of us who live in Yucaipa! They are polite and always ready to assist with our car issues.

Had an appointment for 10:00am drop off vehicle at 10:00am, told them I would wait, grab a bite to eat came back at 11:10am vehicle hadn't been moved, I asked about it they said their mechanic hasn't been able to get to my vehicle I asked how long it would be before my vehicle would be completed they stated 30-45min. I said ok waited another 10min my vehicle still hadn't been put on the alignment rack I started getting impatient asked for my keys back and left. Their comment was well call us if you want to get the alignment done, I said I wanted it done at 10am when my appointment was scheduled. I said it would've been nice to get a call saying it was going to be longer than expected and then I would've been more patient and understanding. Customer service was poor and inconsiderate. 1hr 10min. my vehicle hadn't moved from where I parked it. No call no info just our mechanic hasn't got to it yet. read more

It took me some time to find a good local trustworthy shop for my car to get routine work done, after going there for years the owner finally sold it and has to start all over. Found FireStone and thought I'd give it a try, upon walking in the place was spotless, clean, and greeted immediately by the staff that made you feel beyond welcomed to be there. They were attentive to my needs and giving a detailed break down of their services that would be performed that I went in for. During the work if they locate other stuff they take detailed photos come in and show you and simply let you know it is work that is needed or will be needed in the near future. They do not pressure you into getting it done they simply show you the photos for support let you know and allow you to decide when you'd like to do it. Complete class from this business and not pressuring/upselling clients into work on the spot. I have been going here for close to a year now with both my cars and never have any issues. The waiting area and work area for the techs are always extremely clean and organized. The staff really enjoys being there, Gary and the two front line girls that work with him, remember all their customers when they walk through the door greeting them by name and asking how life has been. This type of service keeps people coming back time after time. Also the pure honesty of what work needs done and not pressuring customers is the cherry on top, as we all know most other shops out there sadly tend to upsell things that are not needed or try to pressure you into additional services, but you won't find that here. I will be going here for all my cars as long as the service and honesty remains what it is, Firestone you have a great staff and operation at this location, don't lose any of them! read more

My Air-conditioning Condenser needed to be replaced. Firestone Complete Auto Care, Yucaipa squeezed me in two days before XMas and performed the the service the same day. Even though I have an independent mechanic taking care of my 36 year old Jeep, I was relieved there was a Firestone nearby when I was overheating and did not want to drive all the way home. KUDOS to the crew at Yucaipa Firestone! Being open 7 days a week is a nice upgrade for me. Besides fixing a worn hose that was causing coolant leaks, you had the parts to repair another minor issue for a nominal price! I will remember you when it is time to shop for tires. read more

GRILS AVOID THIS PLACE. I always go to this Firestone because the members are always super nice. The past two times I went they screwed me over. Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and came out with my car malfunctioning. They broke the air filter and gave me the car back as nothing was wrong, did not even make past across the street without the car turning off on me. The last time I went they OVERCHARGED me for the work on an oil change, tire rotation, and change of spark plugs. Once the phone they had quoted me "$6.95" and when I asked $6.95 for each spark plug and they answered with a yes. Usually spark plugs range from $6-$12 each so I did not think any of it. When I get to the shop my total ended up being $720 for everything they had done on the car. This place is such a ripoff and will not be a returning customer ever again. I'll be right next door at Pep-boys for the same service at a full price of $397. read more

They broke my key. Said I needed my oil and coolant to be flushed as they were both contaminated. Got a second opinion and it was fine. Trying to charge me 1300$ to do the work. And said that they would get me a new key wanting me to meet them at ace hardware. My key has a chip in it so it was 100$ to get I had to do all the homework. Had to go to a dealer. They didn't even know that. Please get a second opinion before you have them do the work. Rip offs big time. And it took 5 days to get the key I had to go to the dealer myself they just gave me the cash. Just to shut me up I was way upset. read more

Steve and Carlos were life savers. They helped us trouble shoot an overheating issue, and were super informative and didn't talk down to us even though we knew nothing about cars. We came in about 40 minutes before they closed, totally stressed out, and Steve told us what he thought might be happening, watched our car for us so it could cool while we walked around. He was right! And was fixed quickly. Thank you thank you! read more

I hate to leave a bad review but this last time I took my car for an oil change they had to take off my heat shield on my car in order to start it well needless to say now my heat shield is hanging cause they didn't bolt on tight for the second time and now as a result it is damaged from scraping on the road. Then they said I hit something cause there's a chuck missing but how come they didn't notice it before when I had my oil change 2 weeks ago read more

I came from Seal Beach to put some new front tires on our Rialta RV. Pop Top Heaven in Yucaipa sent us there directly, and I was very pleased with the service Dan the service Manager and Jose their Technician performed on our RV. I was helped within 15 minutes, and Jose was very careful with driving our RV to the tire section of the garage. He also worked through his lunch break to help get me back on the road to Seal Beach before the rush hour starts. A very clean well run business with caring skilled people, which I am sorry to say not all garages are this way and could learn from the Yucaipa Firestone. Please look them up it is worth your drive. This is my go to place for anything that involves my car that they can do. Oil changes, for tires, etc. I have had a really bad experience with Carmax and with buying my car. Basically to make that sorry short they sold me their rental car... and didn't tell me. But anyway! Gary is one of the managers here at the Yucaipa Firestone. He is beyond the nicest man you'll ever meet. He has even gone so far as he knew I had to find a home for a puppy and he reached out to everyone he knew and actually found me someone who was interested. He doesn't push me to get a firestone credit card or tries to tell me it'll help in the long run, even though it would in some situations I find myself in with my car. He loves to socialize and for me I love that, but I know some people may not. I'm now 24 weeks pregnant & he knows my husband is a marine and isn't around to help me, so he tells me what to look out for in the car. They will always try to make room for you in the schedule even if you're a walk in. I've been to other Firestone's and they treat me and other people like bologna. But this one is worth the drive for anything that needs to get done! Highly Recommend! read more

Rough one here, fool me once shame on me...fool me twice...danget ive been ripped off again and now im just handing you money! We first called and made an appointment to find out that when we arrived at our appointment... that the guy who specializes in caddys called off. No big deal but you should have called. We make an appointment for a couple days later. Guess freakin wut.... The OTHER guy wasnt there so they needed to call them in or something? So we left our car with them. Anyways we had our caddy serviced as it was giving us a jumpy ride when going up hills... we were told it was our fuel pump ... got that fixed, same problem arised, now its the gas line.... fixed.... nope now its 5 other problems we didnt originally have. I literally felt like it was the absolute epidemy of mechanics trying to meet quota or something. They tried squeezing every penny they could to fix this. The numbers got up way higher than we wanted at around 1000 bucks ish So they never found the problem and we had it serviced with cadillac in riverside which came and picked it up and told us it was some coils and would cost us 150 bucks. They even test drove it to make sure it was correct BEFORE calling us back. I never wanna deal with this again. But hey on the bright side theyll change your tire quick... Not a place id recommend but a great place to watch movies in the lobby at the cost of your left foot read more
