Excellent mechanic shop! The service was professional, honest, and very efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and got the job done right. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Hands down such a GEM. A real one. I called from banning area and got a great customer service rep on the phone (rare these days) and I had to show up for the $40 smog check regardless of the small drive.... Local smogs in banning were too pricey Fast and the owner dori was in and we had small talk which he shared life stories. Great human and business!! Good ambiance and nice area. read more

Huge thanks to Dana and Angel for fixing my car and providing great customer service. I came in for an alternator issue and found out the battery I had just replaced a month ago at another shop was already failing and low quality, despite what I was charged. I searched and called a few auto shops in Redlands and Yucaipa and some did not service Tesla brakes. After calling Auto Care Clinic, they did offer brake services for Tesla. I have a Model 3 and the brakes have been squeaking for the longest time and the mobile service tech at Tesla did not help much. After talking to Dori and his staff, they gave me option estimate to replace rotors and pads or do an inspection. I asked to do the inspection. It ended up being dust stuck in the brakes and they washed it out for me. They could've easily upsold me on new brake pads, but their honestly and customer service will keep me as a future customer. Thanks again Dori and staff for being honest! read more

Do not take your car to these people they are professional liars!!! I asked the character that answered the phone how much for a diagnostic Check?? He say $175 I asked what do you do on tge dignostic? He says we use a scanner and have the tech check it out ? I said what if there is no trouble code?? He said we will conduct a vacuum line check and I asked what about an electrical Check for electrical wires! Then he comes out with another diagnostic price of $330 plus dollars just to check the freakin wires??? Then what's the point of the first diagnostic price??? Crooks!!! I would not take them a bicycle to have them fix?? I don't trust them, read more

Auto Care Clinic has been treating people right for four decades. I am a "Gearhead", so in addition to building my own vehicles, I generally tend to service and repair them myself. That being said, if time constraints prevent me from doing something myself, I always use Auto Care Clinic, and refer my friends to them with no reservations. John and his entire staff never fail to deliver. Mike writing service, techs. Kevin and Mike, all are extremely knowledgeable and congenial. No disappointments here. Awesome humans, quality work, fair prices. What more can you ask for? read more

My wife and I have been using Auto Care Clinic for more than 30 years and have always had consistent, high quality service and repairs. After John retired, and Dori the new owner took over, I'm pleased to report that the same high quality, integrity, honesty and value has been continued by Dori. He kept the same technicians, and the service is still stellar. I would recommend Auto Care Clinic (and have) to anyone wanting honest, fair service and repairs without un-necessary add-ons. read more

Above and beyond customer service that is rare nowadays! Just moved to this area two years ago and found this gem from a recommendation, thank you God. Dory stopped me from crying because my air conditioner broke from some weird piece of metal flying up into my engine. Thank goodness it wasn't worse since I am disabled and in a wheelchair. He calmed me down and repaired my vehicle within one day! The office was nice and cool with an ADA bathroom even! The girl in the office was sooooo sweet! Feels more like we found our family! No more dealership for me! :) read more

I have tried to give this place my business for about 3 years, since I have had good experiences In the past for smog checks. I consistently get turned away because they say they are too busy, yet nobody ever seems to be working on anything when I'm there. I figured I'd try one last time for a top end repair and was cutoff and told no we don't do that. Not a "this is why" or "this is what it entails" just flat out nope, have a good day. This is my 3rd visit, first time Oil Can Henry's recommended I see them for something they weren't equipped to repair. Then another time I came here and they couldn't help me but recommended a place down the blvd. Totally awesome! Today, I had to get a smog check on my hybrid and I came here. WOW! Explained to me exactly what they would be doing as far as the DMV was concerned. I sat down to wait, didn't even get a chance to crack open my book before they were telling me 'all done'. They told me I could go straight to the DMV or the auto club or online, DMV had all my info that was needed to renew my registration. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They are definitely my 'go-to' auto repair place now and forever! read more
