Den of shysters. I have known Dana for many years. Was ripping people off as a tech. Now I see nothing has changed. Tryed to tell me PCV and cranck case hoses were cracked and broken. there was nothing wrong with the emission hose. The check engine lamp has never came on nor has the truck ever set any emission codes. I am a retiered ASE Master Tech and smog tech. Having a Lic smog shop does not give you a lic to rip people off. I did not know Dana had bought this shop or I would never went there. (Visual Inspection Versus Sabotage) Visual inspection means just that. Visual Inspection. It does not mean reach in and grab and pull on hoses to see if they will crack or break. I watched you do it I just wasn't sure exactly what you were doing Until Dana took me out and showed me your handy work. I just had the cover off before I brought the truck in for smog, making sure the were no rodents trying to make a home under the engine cover, there was no issues till you started yanking and tugging on the emission hoses That is not a visual inspection that is sabotage! read more

I searched and called a few auto shops in Redlands and Yucaipa and some did not service Tesla brakes. After calling Auto Care Clinic, they did offer brake services for Tesla. I have a Model 3 and the brakes have been squeaking for the longest time and the mobile service tech at Tesla did not help much. After talking to Dori and his staff, they gave me option estimate to replace rotors and pads or do an inspection. I asked to do the inspection. It ended up being dust stuck in the brakes and they washed it out for me. They could've easily upsold me on new brake pads, but their honestly and customer service will keep me as a future customer. He say $175 I asked what do you do on tge dignostic? He says we use a scanner and have the tech check it out ? I said what if there is no trouble code?? I have tried to give this place my business for about 3 years, since I have had good experiences In the past for smog checks. I consistently get turned away because they say they are too busy, yet nobody ever seems to be working on anything when I'm there. I figured I'd try one last time for a top end repair and was cutoff and told no we don't do that. Not a "this is why" or "this is what it entails" just flat out nope, have a good day.
