My Toyota Celica always gives a hard time, and when one thing is fixed, another breaks. As soon as I handed over my keys they got straight to work. Javier was my parts manager and sales, he was very informative and knowledgeable in his field, explaining everything to me, with reassurance that I'll be on my way in no time. First all I needed was Mounts for Motor and Transmission, but removing the mud guard revealed a busted CV boot. Which fell apart when removed, if they didn't catch that I would've been stranded by now with a bigger problem. I decided to go the full way and get my drums replaced. Out of 4 mounts, 2 drums, 4 shoes, a CV axle, alignment and a steering fluid flush. After Mike handled my work order and bill, I left confidently with barely a dent in my pocket. Everything was done Clean and Professionally. Im definitely coming back for the things I can't do myself. They make it look Easy! 5 stars all the way.

At a certain point he slammed and hung up the phone following up with a "stupid people" comment. Awkward silence after that... lol. The employees are so rude no one says Goodmorning or greets you, many customers in the waiting room were complaining about how rude and how long the wait was. Took me 5 hours to get out the door with an oil change. NOT KIDDING!! an oil change took 5 hours. I wish I was making this up. Business owner please look into Mike, the type of behavior I witnessed was very far from ok and take action because I am done with Pep Boys and if you want to prevent current customers from leaving like myself. I also thought I'd mention that the inside is extremely dirty and smells bad. I think they probably sweep the floor maybe once a month. They prioritize Amazon vehicles before anyone else. I wish I can say I'll be back again but I won't. Please don't ever email me or try to send me offers again. I am completely done with Pep Boys after this experience. I thought I'd share my horrible experience here, if you wish to come even after reading this review then thats on you. Good

    Today I visited your store to purchase a headlight bulb for my 2005 Scion. I was assisted by an…read moreemployee named Luis, and unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. I asked for help finding the correct bulb for my car. While I did not have the exact model information at that moment, my vehicle was parked right outside the store and clearly visible, as the store is quite small. Luis told me that it was my responsibility to provide the exact model and that he could not assist me otherwise. I explained that the day before, another employee had helped me find the correct bulb and even assisted with installing it. Luis responded that this was not his job and that he would not help me with that. His tone was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. I felt unsupported as a customer and ultimately decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. When I told him this, he simply said that was fine. I believe customer service should include a willingness to assist, especially in situations where help is clearly possible. I hope you can address this situation to ensure a better experience for future customers.
