This place is an absolute joke! My son chose this shop for a front end replacement on his car through his insurance company (State Farm) his vehicle went into Auto Haus on May 2. After 3 months his car was still in the shop so my son started pressing the issue because he needed his car back. Once he finally got his car back he noticed it was overheating and I had a leak. He took the car immediately back to Auto Haus and advised the shop owner Vic. Once he looked under the car he noticed that there was a crack in his oil pan, bumper clips were all broken, right passenger fender mount was being held on by a screw, and his cross member and control arm were both damaged still from the accident and fan was not working. He fixed the oil pan and the fan; however, the rest of the issues have yet to be resolved. My son has car in his possession because he's not comfortable taking his car back to this shop because he never properly fixed it in the first place. Auto Haus repaired everything cosmetic but fixed nothing under the hood and under the car even tho all those repairs were included in the invoice. He advised State Farm of the issue and State Farm contacted Vic from Auto Haus and told him to cur him a check to get the car fixed somewhere else or they would flag him with the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say Vic decided to cut My Son a check. When Vic was pressed about the crappy job he did he got defensive and had a list of reasons on why he did a crappy job. I took my car here several years ago to have work done after an accident because they were behind my work and my boss said they did a good job. They really helped me get everything I needed to fix my car that the insurance company tried not to do. When every was said and done I was extremely pleased. But a few months later my bumper they replaced and painted started peeling. So they told me to bring it back I told them that I needed the car back within a week because I was going out of town and they said no problem well that week came and went and they never fixed my car told me they couldn't get the paint to match it. After I picked up my car Vic told me to call them when I came back and we could try again I tried contacting him via text and social media and never got a response back then idk if I was blocked or what but then I couldn't get ahold of them at all or find the ig page it's been 3 years and my bumper looks like shit the paint is chipping all over it and because they where not a preferred provider with my insurance I can't do anything about it. read more

My car was put into a shop BESPOKE to be exact in December. When I contacted them for an update the number was no longer in service. When I went to the shop it was abandoned. I had no idea where my car was or how to get a hold of them. Months went by and I reached out to Facebook. Within hours Daniel from Auto Haus replied, and my car was recovered. I brought my Toyota in for window tint and some lighting. Because of covid everything was set up and scheduled in. They have a waiting room so I waited and watched Netflix. They have very friendly and knowledgeable people there and showed me all different options in their tiny shades. I also liked that they use name brand tiny and a machine that precisely cuts the tiny to my exact car. After it was all done it looked great I was very satisfied would recommend anyone to them.
