My Toyota Celica always gives a hard time, and when one thing is fixed, another breaks. As soon as I handed over my keys they got straight to work. Javier was my parts manager and sales, he was very informative and knowledgeable in his field, explaining everything to me, with reassurance that I'll be on my way in no time. First all I needed was Mounts for Motor and Transmission, but removing the mud guard revealed a busted CV boot. Which fell apart when removed, if they didn't catch that I would've been stranded by now with a bigger problem. I decided to go the full way and get my drums replaced. Out of 4 mounts, 2 drums, 4 shoes, a CV axle, alignment and a steering fluid flush. After Mike handled my work order and bill, I left confidently with barely a dent in my pocket. Everything was done Clean and Professionally. Im definitely coming back for the things I can't do myself. They make it look Easy! 5 stars all the way.

Worst experience ever at a Pep Boys! The front associate Mike was extremely rude and…read moreunprofessional... he was answering business customer phone calls in-front of me and got very annoyed with every single one of them. At a certain point he slammed and hung up the phone following up with a "stupid people" comment. Awkward silence after that... lol. The employees are so rude no one says Goodmorning or greets you, many customers in the waiting room were complaining about how rude and how long the wait was. Took me 5 hours to get out the door with an oil change. NOT KIDDING!! an oil change took 5 hours. I wish I was making this up. Business owner please look into Mike, the type of behavior I witnessed was very far from ok and take action because I am done with Pep Boys and if you want to prevent current customers from leaving like myself. I also thought I'd mention that the inside is extremely dirty and smells bad. I think they probably sweep the floor maybe once a month. They prioritize Amazon vehicles before anyone else. I wish I can say I'll be back again but I won't. Please don't ever email me or try to send me offers again. I am completely done with Pep Boys after this experience. I thought I'd share my horrible experience here, if you wish to come even after reading this review then thats on you. Good

This place is an absolute joke! My son chose this shop for a front end replacement on his car…read morethrough his insurance company (State Farm) his vehicle went into Auto Haus on May 2. After 3 months his car was still in the shop so my son started pressing the issue because he needed his car back. Once he finally got his car back he noticed it was overheating and I had a leak. He took the car immediately back to Auto Haus and advised the shop owner Vic. Once he looked under the car he noticed that there was a crack in his oil pan, bumper clips were all broken, right passenger fender mount was being held on by a screw, and his cross member and control arm were both damaged still from the accident and fan was not working. He fixed the oil pan and the fan; however, the rest of the issues have yet to be resolved. My son has car in his possession because he's not comfortable taking his car back to this shop because he never properly fixed it in the first place. Auto Haus repaired everything cosmetic but fixed nothing under the hood and under the car even tho all those repairs were included in the invoice. He advised State Farm of the issue and State Farm contacted Vic from Auto Haus and told him to cur him a check to get the car fixed somewhere else or they would flag him with the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say Vic decided to cut My Son a check. When Vic was pressed about the crappy job he did he got defensive and had a list of reasons on why he did a crappy job. Beware of this this shop,
