Today I visited your store to purchase a headlight bulb for my 2005 Scion. I was assisted by an employee named Luis, and unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. I asked for help finding the correct bulb for my car. While I did not have the exact model information at that moment, my vehicle was parked right outside the store and clearly visible, as the store is quite small. Luis told me that it was my responsibility to provide the exact model and that he could not assist me otherwise. I explained that the day before, another employee had helped me find the correct bulb and even assisted with installing it. Luis responded that this was not his job and that he would not help me with that. His tone was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. I felt unsupported as a customer and ultimately decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. When I told him this, he simply said that was fine. I believe customer service should include a willingness to assist, especially in situations where help is clearly possible. I hope you can address this situation to ensure a better experience for future customers. read more

My husband needed a part for my niece's car. The guys there are so friendly and helpful. It was rough at first go since the part was not readily available, but these guys found it and made it work with some hose in the back that we cut to fit. They didn't have the right type of battery on hand but told me if I went next door to Walmart, they'd help me change it out. Easy to find with Yelp directions. Plenty of parking available. I needed to check if my battery, starter and alternator were in good condition. A friendly employee helped me and checked. Sorry, I forgot her name. I purchased my batter a year ago and it was still under a 3-year warranty, but it was good. Then she checked my starter and alternator. From her device, it showed that the possible other culprit why my engine isn't starting after I push the start button was good as well. DONT TRUST THEIR BATTERY TESTER . I have came to this location TWICE on difference occasions for them to test my battery due to my car not starting. Both times they told me that my battery was at 100% and there is no issues. I would then take my battery to a different company that would tell me that the battery failed. i'd replace the battery and problem solved. I'm not sure if it's their employees being lazy or maybe an issue with the battery device they use. Regardless, it causes frustration by making you believe you have a more difficult problem with your car when in reality it's just your battery. read more

While I usually avoid AutoZone due to prices, there's a few items that can only be found here (they're high quality engine filters) so I can in and was immediately greeted by a nice Lady who helped me grab everything I needed very quickly. I had a brand new engine filter in minutes! read more

Came in a few weeks ago because my Jeep wouldn't start. After bringing up my battery we learned that my battery was just dead and needed a new one. Joseph explained exactly how to change it step by step and even explained how the battery works to two women! We were able to change the battery on our own without any other help just off of his step by step! He stayed after his shift too just to test my starter and alternator! Would def recommend and ask for Joseph especially if you know little about cars and/or are a woman! read more

My check engine light came on over Memorial Day weekend. All service enters were closed or the technicians weren't available. I called Autozone and the young woman I talked to was friendly and extremely patient while explaining how I could borrow the code reader at the store. Jason and another kind female manager both went above and beyond to help make sure that I had all the proper tools to do the job but I was doing and tested everything to make sure they were working after the fact. I went into this store and there was a promotion on oil. When we came to the front to pay I was asking the clerk about the promotion and why the price was higher. She mentioned it was reflecting correctly but on the kiosk it was not. I continued to ask clarifying questions and she said it was correct. I wanted to be sure the discount was calculated and she did show me her screen but continued to tell me the discount didn't apply and then it did. Then she mentioned you have to pay tax on it and I don't understand. I told her I didn't appreciate her telling me this because I know I have to pay tax and I'm not stupid that I understood and she said no you didn't and I told her yes I did but I'm making sure I'm paying what I need to. I highly don't recommend coming to this auto one. The employee was extremely rude when I asked questions and treated me like I was stupid and couldn't do math or didn't understand that I needed to pay taxes. read more

we needed tire chains for a quick trip snow day in Big Bear and apparently we had bought the wrong size chains a few weeks prior to this trip, my wife purchased them and misplaced her receipt, after rechecking the sizes on the bag I noticed these wouldnt fit my truck. At most times, they have better prices than Kragen and (often) Napa. Their online website also is easily navigable and up to date with their local stores' supply. The staff are 10x better than Kragen's, knowledgeable and are very helpful and gets out of their way to help you. They also have tools that you could use in the parking lot or you could "rent" out the tools for free. read more

when I see reviews of a place that has consistently outperformed all other parts stores for me I feel I should pass along my 5 stars. John has been the manager here for some time now and has always been able to help me with my 96' ford ranger. There have been times he has come out to the truck and actually installed things and checked problems for me. I am not sure why the neg reviews but if you look you will see John mentioned several times and if you need extra help - ask for him. He just answered a question for me on the phone that the Ford dealer could not or would not. Give them a try. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. I have been to this autozone several times including yesterday but everytime I was there I felt so unwelcomed and never seen anyone smiling for customers. I've seen several different employees and they were all like that. It seems like their focus is either finishing what they were doing at the back or having a chat with each other, but never fully focused on one customer. One of them didn't even have proper knowledge to work at a autopart shop. This is the closest store from my place but I would rather travel little more to get better service. I was never satisfied with their service. One star is more than enough. read more

The guy did help me find some ignition coils but when I asked about firing order vs cylinder placement he didn't know but made a guess. I wish he would've just told me he didn't know or maybe could've looked it up. Would've saved me 30 minutes of tinkering. read more
