I am always here my husband is a mechanic ‍ Everyone that works here is very helpful Especially the older gentleman on Sunday I should've asked his name but he was very nice and very very helpful

I stop going to Autozone since the wait time is to long. ( the one in Perris ). Since the first time I came to O'reillys it was a great experience. If they don't have the part, they order it for you at the spot. If there's a line they let you know they will help you soon. If your looking for something in their store they ask you if you need help. The minute you walk into the store they knowledge you. That's what I call customer service! A friendly place!

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews...like ever ....but this one was worth it. Just…read morewant to give recognition to an awesome employee at this store. Nayetzi (hopefully I spelled that right) gave me and my sister exceptional customer service! When I first walked into the store the employee that was helping us first couldn't find the receipt for some previous items that we had wanted to return so he asked Nayetzi for some help. She went above and beyond to make it her mission to find those items and she did! The first time they were purchased there was no phone number provided so that made it that much more difficult to find them. Anyone else would have given up after the first or second try but she kept going and I am so grateful for that. In the end we got our money returned with no problems! Great job Nayetzi! I thought she was a manager at first but she was just a really great employee!

Date of Visit: September 7, 2025 First and definitely last…read moretime coming here. We came in around 1:00 PM to get rotors resurfaced and were told it would take about an hour. Totally reasonable we waited, then called after the hour was up. They said it would be another 45 minutes. Okay, still giving them the benefit of the doubt. We show up around 5:15 PM (giving them way more time than needed), and guess what? Only one rotor was done correctly and the other one wasn't even done properly. Then we're told it would take another 15-20 minutes to complete the unfinished rotar. At that point, it was just frustrating. We asked someone walking by for a manager, and a young guy named Edwin came over. Not sure if he really is the manager, but if he is... yikes. He was singing while assisting us, didn't say a single word of thanks or apology, and seemed completely unbothered by the situation. My fiancé even said thank you when the completed rotar was given to us , and Edwin didn't acknowledge it at all. Totally unprofessional. He did refund us the $90 we paid saying we can't get time back which we appreciated but it doesn't make up for the time and poor experience. The whole place felt like it was being run by kids. Save yourself the hassle and just go to AutoZone or anywhere else that takes customers seriously.
