This has been my O'Reilly's for years and I finally decided to write a review. For the most part it's your typical O'Reilly's. The people are great. Great service. Now for what made me write this review. I had brought in a part that I had under warranty. When I went in to go exchange it, the person attending me couldn't find the part under 2 3 different phone numbers and an account I have with them. I found that odd and ending up buying a whole new part and using the part I brought in for my core charge. I go in the next day and talk to someone new to ask about the warranty and they were able to find my part with the account that I had with them. I had asked if they were able to somehow refund the part I bought the day prior and they had said that they wouldn't be able to give me a solid answer and to talk to the store manager or assistant store manager. That wasn't a problem for me. I go in the next day and talked to the assistant store manager and they confirmed that they were able to do what I had asked and that they would give me a call. They just told me that it would take about 7 days as they needed to request the part back from the depot to do the swap. This was done on a Monday. On Thursday afternoon I receive a call from the assistant store manager stating that the part had came back from the depot and that the exchange was successful. They went ahead and refunded the part that I bought a couple days prior without me needing to be present. Great service from O'Reillys! Shout out to Jesus and the assistant store manager! read more

Jasson and the Manager Anthony were extremely helpful when I came in recently. It turned out that I needed Coolant for my car because my car was close to overheating and came to find there was very little in there....of course the repair shop I got it from weeks prior didn't mention that. Jasson told me what type of coolant I could buy, the cheaper kind! Manager Anthony helped me out by putting it in my car for me. Anthony is one of the store managers. I bought a battery in 2020 with warranty good for 3 years. His Bitch ass says my warranty isn't good anymore. Keep in mind I have the receipt in hand and proceeds to say that warranty is no longer valid. Told him show me in writing why my warranty isn't valid anymore. Before I went in I researched to see if they had the part I was looking for in stock. Apparently they had it in the store. I went in and there was a pretty long in, I waited patiently for about 30 mins. It seemed like they didn't have enough people working maybe? Idk well either way some people go away with cutting the line and just waiting up front by the counter and they got attended before me. Whatever I didn't care I just wanted my part and be in my way. I get to the counter tell the associate April, what part I needed and told her it should be in stock according to their website. She goes to back comes back mins later to check if she wrote the part number, comes back another few mins later with nothing in her hand. She tells me she can't find the part and if I would like to pick it up at 4pm or go to the warehouse (which isn't far) and pick it up. She didn't offer to have to shipped to my house or at least a discount for for having me waste me time. Whatever I left pretty upset and I wrote to customer care about the issue I had. I got a notification telling me they would respond to me in 24 hours. Almost 24 hours pass and no response, so I wrote to them again. And finally I get a response by "Chris" asking me for part number and I have him the part number and I screen shot of when I had looked up the part that day before I went into the store. And it clearly said they had the part in stock. None the less I never got a response back from customer care, and got very minimal help from the store. By far the worst experience I've had with them. And an easy way to turn customers to Autozone. Safe to say I probably won't be doing. Business with them ever again. So if you go into this store be patient, be ready to get your time waded and be let down. read more

Maybe it was bad timing, maybe it's the location, but i jump in there to grab a brake light for my truck. There were so many people in there that there was no one to help! No guides, no computers, NOTHING! Thank goodness i had the bulb with me and was able to match it up. 40 minutes to get 1 bulb. The least they could have is a catalog so i wouldn't have to stand in line for 30 minutes to ask which bulb i needed. read more

If they don't have the part, they order it for you at the spot. If there's a line they let you know they will help you soon. I went here bought a locking gas cap for my truck. It set my check engine light and gas cap warning light off on my truck. I had to replace the gas cap elsewhere since I was not in town. When I went back into O' Reilys at first they didn't want to do anything , then all they were willing to do was store credit. I told them that was ridiculous since I had my receipt and had to buy another gas cap. They said that was all they could do since it was used. read more
