Checked for parts with 2 other auto zones, going on a goose chase trying but neither helped me nearly to the extent the employees at this location did. Service was grade fucking a, these other reviews are full of shit read more

Yesenia needs to be investigated she's been giving parts for dirt cheap and she let a person walk out with a battery and gave him a fake receipt acting like he bought it when he really didn't. read more

Horrible service and when I was there, there was a lady with a kid running around in the back. The lady was too busy telling him to say hi to all the employees that worked there. This was on a Friday around peak hour at 3 PM. I bought a battery and nobody could install it because according to them there was no unavailable, but I counted five employees with red shirts. read more

Two people working the counter while the rest of the employees just walk around with blinders like they don't see anyone really bad service

Waited over 20 minutes in line to pay for 2 items. About 6 employees in store and only 2 working the counter even though there was like 7 people in line. Zero sense of urgency from the two working the counter. Try Napa or O'reilly's. They are within 3 miles from this Autozone. read more

Great customer service! Josue was the best!! He knew exactly what he was talking about when it comes to hondas and was able to help me out unlike other autozone locations. read more

Terrible customer service they can't simply answer the phone. I live 30 minutes away and they are the only autozone that potentially has the parts I need. I want to make sure they have them before driving an hour. I need them tonight so can't order them in. I've called 10 times only got answered twice each time I immediately got put on hold and was on hold for over 10 minutes. Haven't been able to even ask a question I have been trying to get ahold of them for 35 minutes absolutely ridiculous. read more

Excellent service, excellent advice and I see a smile on an employee's face every time I shop there!

Bad customer service seems like your bothering them by asking questions. Completely rude ! Will never step foot in this establishment read more

Oscar should not work in customer service. Came to return a faulty Freon hose and Freon can which the hose busted and he refused to do the return because the Freon can was used even though none of the Freon made it into the car because of the faultly Freon hose. When asked if that was policy to not accept the Freon return he said he was the right to refuse a return for any reason and said he just doesn't want to do it. The manager on duty gave us a brand new can of Freon so atleast we aren't at a loss for the Freon hose malfunction that we bought from them but Oscar is horrible and should really learn how to work in customer service. Never going to make it out of Perris with that attitude. read more

I went in today to look for a specific tools and Yesenia the commercial manager was very un helpful I told her the tool I need was not in stock she said to try another store instead of helping me locate what I needed she just said if it's not there we dont have it she could have at least checked her surrounding stores.after I asked if thats how un helpful there managers are she lied to me and told me she wasn't a manager.the store manager was great but bad customer service on her part read more

Art (employee) you are the GOAT. I went to an autozone in riverside to get windshield wipers, they gave me the wrong size and didn't know how to put them on (very unfortunate). But I went to autozone in Perris where Art quickly and carefully picked out the right size, charged me the difference, and did it all with a smile. Thank you Art read more

I came into this store needing a back light for my 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport. They had my light in stock, which was great! I would like to compliment Brian who is very professional and his customer service skills are remarkable! He offered to help replace the bulb, which I had no idea they could assist. I had a fast & great experience and I will highly recommend my friends and family to visit this store and highly recommend Brian! You have an awesome employee who goes out of his way!!! Thank you!!! read more

If can be given no stars I would! Very upset with the service went in there for breaks On a Saturday they didn't have them placed an order for them. Told they would arrive (next day)Sunday walk in there both the cashiers don't know where to even look for my order was told they where short staff people called off and that my order didn't arrive yet told to come back at a later time. Came back Monday to pick up my order was told the same thing order hasn't arrived ! At this point I'm very upset ask to speak to the manager ( Art) he looks up the Order and laughs and says no it's not gonna arrive till tomorrow Tuesday this is honestly very unprofessional im upset cause he's laughing like its a joke to me they are very unorganized. people need appropriate training here to find where there orders are and when they will actually arrive ! The manager should not be talking to his clients this way at all! Never going back here again read more

Horrible customer service, they can't seem to answer the phone, had me waiting around 30 minutes until I hung up, and before I did all he said is are you still there and put me on hold again read more

They saved the day today! They opened early to sell me a battery for a van that was needed for business today. Because of Auto Zone our hot air balloon flight went off without a hitch. AutoZone Auto Parts - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Perris, California

I would never recommend this location to anyone. A clerk lost my boyfriend's car battery and acted casual about the whole thing. My boyfriend went back the next day, another clerk found his battery immediately. If you don't like or want your job to the point where you don't want to do even the smallest task. Maybe it's time to find another job. That type of customer service or lack there of can cause a lot of unnecessary problems for your business. The manager should start hiring new people and cutting the trouble makers shifts. Either the trouble makers will get it together or they will look for another job. Hard, sad truth. read more

Waited 20 min in line. I got to the employee she let me know they didn't have the battery i was looking for and to go to the next autozone. I asked her if she could CALL to make sure they had it and she simply said "they should have it". read more

Went in to headlights, there's no book or anything next to them to check which fit my car, luckily I already know which I need... stood in line for 10 min or so, I saw 8(?) employees but only 2 were helping check people out... finally get to check there was no confirmation of if I got the right thing & I was not asked if I had an autozone card(which I do) but I was just so over being in there just like the people behind me so I didn't want to hold anything up. read more

Only four stars because I called and called and called this store and I never got an answer. And when I went in it wasn't busy at all, but anyway! Went in and I knew exactly what I needed. I needed some roters for my car and I asked Jesse to make sure it's what my car needed. Oh my gosh what a relief, Jesse was so helpful and so informative. Super sweet. For me coming in a few minutes before closing, him and Maria who I assume was the manager, were patient and kind. Second visit I make there and am pleased with the customer service. Jesse definitely knows what he's talking about. read more

Manager was really rude for no apparent reason. I'll never go back to this store. Bought some led lamps, they didn't work, so i returned them. The so called manager acted like someone sh*t in his corn flakes. O'Reilly is way better read more

So i go into autozone tonight to go pick up my battery, everything was good. The employees were seeing customers, its late so i understand that the manager might being trying to move things along to get out on time. the place closes at 11pm. it was like 8:40 when i walked in. The manager tells the only employee that was at the service counter to stop what he was doing. leave the customers, regardless of the fact that he was already in the middle of helping a customer, drop everything and go take out the trash. The tone this manager took was so offensive that i was extremly bothered by it. The employee that was attending the customer, politely says "ok. just let me finish up with this customer that i am with". The manager immediatly started talking down to him and just flat out treating him like shit. Pretty much making jokes like he would fire him for not immediatly jumping to his command when he was in the middle of attending a customer. I would never in my life let someone belittle me like that. This manager clearly has a power trip. Thinking he is more important than he is. I will never go here again. I can't put up with people like this. Then when the manager goes off to take a personal call with his friends about what they were going to do for the holiday weekend, when there was a super long line and no one was helping at the register or the service counter. Then the super nice employee, comes back to get bitched! at by the rude manager who sent him off in the first place. Terrible manager, the other employees there seemed to be nice. He was straight out rude and had no regard for anyone else especially his employees. read more

bad service he went to buy a piece that they ordered from me online and when he went to pick it up it had already arrived but they never found it and at the same time I returned a new piece in unopened package and stuck the receipt and they did not return the money that for that it did not appear in the system read more

So my friend and I had horrible service while at this location. Rude staff, store manager was not helpful, very unprofessional Joaquin! He did not want to help us and when he did he could not answer any questions we had. The car had broken down and needed a jump. We decided to then buy the materials needed and try to do it ourselves and then he came out. Completely rude, I will not be returning to this location. Please reevaluate your staffing. read more

I called this store and the phone rang at least 15 times then someone answered and put me on hold for about 5 min. then when they did answer i gave them year, make, and model and engine size, then I asked the guy if he had a radiator bypass hose that went from the water outlet to the thermostat outlet and the other side of the water outlet went to the top of radiator and he said a heater hose and i said no a radiator bypass hose and he said they are all heater hoses and I said OK, then he said what did I want again and I said i just told you and he hung up on me, I couldn't believe it, that kinda pissed me off so I decided to take a trip down to the store and check it out, I stood in line waited for my turn and listened when the guys were talking and I noticed the voice and it was the store manager, wow I couldn't believe it "THE STORE MANAGER" so I said I was the one you hung up about the hose and his reply was we can start over again or I could leave the store, wow " LEAVE THE STORE ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!! I said OK and I left and went to Orileys across the street with much better service, more pleasant atmosphere and friendly people behind the counter. "I will never go to that store again" The guy gave me this I know everything image and you cant tell me anything attitude, how funny, I have worked at Dealerships, ( TEAM LEADER) GAS STATIONS, AUTOMOTIVE MACHINE SHOPS, AUTO PARTS STORES, TIRE SHOPS, USED CAR LOTS, MUFFLER SHOPS AND IVE BEEN A MASTER TECHNICIAN FOR 20 YRS.
