Do not recommend going to this location. The employees here…read moreare not honest. I originally sent my mother here because I've been here before and had great customer service in the past. Unfortunately, today was the exception they sold her all these extra services to which she fell for ($500 later), one of them being her headlight. Once she got home, she realized that the headlight was never replaced but charged $130. She had to drive back to the store to ask for her money back when they never had the part available to begin with but still charged her for it. Be aware of stores that sell you services they don't provide.

Great service from Dom!…read more I stopped by to get my tire pressure checked, and they were pretty busy. Dom let me know there would be a little wait and that he'd be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. When he came back, he was super attentive and didn't rush through anything. I had a concern about one of my tires, and he made sure to double-check it for me. He also told me about a tire protection plan that I didn't even know was available to me. I really appreciated him looking out for me and also thinking about ways to earn more business for the company. Definitely give Dom some kudos--he's doing a great job and provides really good customer service!

After going over it with the manager - they offered me a discount for a future purchase and service which i obliged to. I called ahead today to see if they could fit me into their schedule. The woman on the phone was…read morevery nice, gave me a quote, confirmed they had the tires I needed in stock, and scheduled me for an appointment one hour before closing. When I arrived, there was no greeting, which I was fine with. The man at the desk appeared busy, so I waited briefly and then explained that I was there for my scheduled appointment to purchase and install two tires. His immediate response was, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, I don't know what you're talking about." I explained again, and he appeared visibly annoyed before asking whether I had even been told if the tires were in stock. I explained that I had called ahead, received a quote, and was specifically scheduled for that time. He then pointed out, "Well, we close in an hour." I understand that businesses have closing times, but I didn't choose the appointment timethey scheduled it.** If an appointment one hour before closing is inconvenient, the customer shouldn't be made to feel like they're a problem for showing up at the time the business gave them. The woman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpful, so unfortunately the poor experience at the counter was even more disappointing. I don't expect special treatment--just basic professionalism and courtesy. I can confirm this will be the last time I spend money here.

It was seven minutes after closing time my husband and I were driving around trying to look for a tire shop to fix our flat. We were at 11% on our back tire everyone else was already closed or we're charging ridiculous prices. Last resort we pulled up to Pacheco seven minutes after their closing time couple of people were still there almost ready to close their doors when we pulled up and we told them about our tire no questions asked they reopened their garage door told us to pack it up and they'll fix it for us now that's customer service. Secondly, we thought we had our money in cash but we didn't we had to go across the street and pull it out of the ATM and they still were OK with it. They trusted on us as we trusted on them. Customer service like this. It's hard to find and their price was reasonable and we even gave them extra just for their hard work and for helping us out thank you again Pacheco tires.
