I attempted to book a spot online. When I never received a confirmation I called the shop on Tuesdaty. I was told they were short staffed, but the guy on the phone confirmed me for 10am on Sunday. I asked him to make sure there would be a lift available since I was coming a distance. He said there was plenty of room. Fast forward to Sunday. I show up at 10:00 and no one is there. The place looks like it went out of business by the looks of the grounds. Weeds growing out of the pavement, random trash and debris all over the place. However, I decided to give him a chance and wait to see if maybe he's a few minutes late. When he doesn't appear by 10:30 I call, no answer. I call again at 10:45, once again no answer. At 11:15 I give up and head home. At 12:15 he finally calls back because he just got to the garage and tells me I can come back. I let him know I'm already on my way home and to far to come back. This is a classic example of a great idea run by someone who is to lazy to actually run a business.

Mailed them a set of Weber IDF carburetors for one of my client's engine builds. The carbs had a…read morelot of corrosion build-up in the float bowls and in the barrels. When I drove from LA to pick them up, I was thrilled to see that they did such a good job on the pair. I'll be sending all my carburetors to them in the future. The price was fair too. I paid $100 for both of them. There's another company who cleans carburetors with an ultrasonic machine and wants $135. The thing is, they can't remove the hard corrosion build-up. Ultrasonic only cleans dirt. Soda blasting is the best solution as it pulverizes everything but leaves the aluminum intact. Thanks Cal-Blast!

I called Mobile Jay expecting no response. Immediately, he picked up the phone call and is coming over to help me out. The fact that he's available during such an important time is incredible and deserving of 5 stars. Not to mention what an incredible person he is, definitely keeping him on my contacts for any future mechnical problems. Anyways, he came and looked at my vehicle. Inspected my liquids and found the coolant needed more coolant in it, which may have caused the problem. Then he inspected my battery and perhaps the modules are malfunctioning. In the end, the car was not fixed per se, and his OBDII didn't pick up on any codes. But... He gave me peace of mind. Which is invaluable. And my car is working now (due to disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, but whatever problem happened will probably happen again soon) Anyways, he came and did the job I wanted him to do. I had retrofitted my headlight from a local shop that has now gone out of business. During a long…read moreperiod of heavy rain last year the headlights had built up some condensation which degraded the light output. I searched around and found Madd Retros which is also in the local area. I had called and spoke to Brandon and explain that I was looking to have the lens replace off of another headlight since I had already secured the projectors onto the original housing. It took a while but I found a donor headlight and setup with Brandon to get the work done. He was straight forward and let me know what would be done and how long it would take. This has been my O'Reilly's for years and I finally decided to write a review…read more For the most part it's your typical O'Reilly's. The people are great. Great service. Now for what made me write this review. I had brought in a part that I had under warranty. When I went in to go exchange it, the person attending me couldn't find the part under 2 3 different phone numbers and an account I have with them. I found that odd and ending up buying a whole new part and using the part I brought in for my core charge. I go in the next day and talk to someone new to ask about the warranty and they were able to find my part with the account that I had with them. I had asked if they were able to somehow refund the part I bought the day prior and they had said that they wouldn't be able to give me a solid answer and to talk to the store manager or assistant store manager. That wasn't a problem for me. I go in the next day and talked to the assistant store manager and they confirmed that they were able to do what I had asked and that they would give me a call. They just told me that it would take about 7 days as they needed to request the part back from the depot to do the swap. This was done on a Monday. On Thursday afternoon I receive a call from the assistant store manager stating that the part had came back from the depot and that the exchange was successful. They went ahead and refunded the part that I bought a couple days prior without me needing to be present. Great service from O'Reillys! Shout out to Jesus and the assistant store manager!
