0 star company! These guys are terrible! I called at 9 AM after the store opened and spoke with Bo, I asked if I can tow my Chrysler 200 in for battery installation, he told me yes I can tow it in. He told me that installation is free with purchase. As the tow driver off loaded my car he ran out the door and told us to leave it in the street, which we did. He then went on to tell me that the would not install my battery because of the location behind the tire. When I suggested that it shouldn't be difficult all you have to do is remove the tire and install, he told me "If it's so fucking easy why don't you do it" and he walked away. The place was empty in terms of customers at the time so I didn't understand what the attitude was all about, but beware they will tell you one thing over the phone and do another in person! I would rather use Autozone because at least they have a business model that respects the customer. read more

When the battery in my 2020 Nissan Altima died. We took it Barry's. The service was amazing and lightening fast. We were in and out in 10 minutes or less. The service guys Michael and Jose were professional and caring with my car. The price fair for a new battery. I think it was about $125. Overall I highly recommend this establishment. This place was a recommendation from a friend. My first visit was six months ago where I bought six 6V batteries that were reconditioned. I met kevin who is the manager he was very nice and took care of me. The price was right and with the warranty I wasn't worried about the batteries performance. Fast forward to today where unfortunately two of the batteries have lost their power. I went back to battery outlet where they fully honor the warranty and gave me credit towards the purchase of new batteries. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the price. I bought brand-new Trojans and the price was very very competitive amongst other places I called. This time I had many many questions and was probably there at least 30 minutes asking question after question and the staff there gave me all the time in the world to answer all my questions. This place is very far for me as I drive from orange county but it's worth it! read more

After purchasing a battery here for a great price of $45.00, it ended up I did not need the battery after all. So when I called to check on returning it, I was told "no, & the guy argued with me. Then said we don't rent batteries. (It was a cash purchase!) We will give you $35.00 with the other $10.00 being a re-stocking fee. Really??? It was never even put into any car from the time I purchased it!!! Re-stocking fee? Wow I will never return nor should anyone else that has a change in expectations of said purchase at the last minute. The idea of charging a re-stocking fee is ludicrous & is just another way of making sure they all get a piece of my money. Whatever happened to the customer is always right, looking for positive feedback, to guarantee a return customer plus referrals to others? Not gonna happen here!!! read more

He was not high pressure for a sale, and even showed me how to make bass adjustments on my existing system. While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. I'm excited that I have finally found a smoke shop Who employees people who absolutely care that you get the exact product that you want. I've only just started visiting dispensaries and smoke shops in the last six months and I have left every other shop feeling like I either bought something that I felt pressured into buying and wasn't at all what I went in there for or was told that something worked one way and it turned out to not be that at all, or I Ended up paying twice what I should've paid because the shop knew they were the only one that had the item. But then I walked into Paradise smoke shop on Esplanade in Hemet. And I left there so happy and so satisfied with my experience that I really can't imagine ever going anywhere else again. Jordan was so nice and so patient and really listened to what I wanted and help me find the exact product that was perfect for me. I brought the empty pack in the store and they made a phone call, (spoke in a different language) sounded Chaldean. Anyways they couldn't exchange it and said I can get it half off. My problem is I'm a regular customer that never complained. Even when they would sale stale wraps, wraps with little holes in them. I Never once tried to return a tobacco product and understand that they have a policy. But if you're a loyal customer I feel you should be well taken care of if the product they sold you is faulty, no good , or just wasn't in the packaging. Plus the inside of the packaging was clean. No tobacco residue, nothing, all paper. Grrrrrrr. Had me upset, I just knew they was going to take care of me. Especially after all the transactional conversations. It's cool though. I hope it's worth the bad review. Horrible business, inadequate customer service. I can't believe they offered me half off my next purchase. After all the money I spent with them. I'd rather pay a bum every week, to defecate on the door handle and have little buddy that opens the store to clean it off. It already smells like urine and trash by the door. Parking lot is always filthy. If you have to go to this store, make sure you don't touch the door handle or door for that matter. Use your foot or some gloves.
