Tony took time to explain options for radios and cameras. He detailed the pros and cons of various set ups. He was not high pressure for a sale, and even showed me how to make bass adjustments on my existing system. While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. It's obvi not factory but it looks quite natural. The camera is behind the rear view mirror. I can see it and yet it is not at all obtrusive. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. After dealing with a serious rodent problem that caused multiple dashboard warning lights and no working lights at all, they were able to track everything down and fix it fast--same day, actually. Pricing was very good and the service was great, Tony even followed up with me to makes sure everything was to my liking. They sold me an amp and 2 15" sub. After they installed it I had an intermittent problem since day one. I took it in multiple times explain what was happening they couldn't figure it out Now it's 100% dead and it's past the warrantee mind you I had an issue since day one and they don't want to honor it. These guys are phenomenal and really know what they're doing. I took my 2016 SUV to them with an alarm issue and they knew exactly what to do and their pricing is fair and reasonable. They serviced my SUV on the spot, no waiting or appointment was needed, which was greatly appreciated. Patrick only took a few minutes to get it fixed. Amanda the receptionist/cashier was very friendly as well. Tony helped out as well. All of them are very nice and know how to treat their customers with respect and honesty. Ford dealer wanted to charge me $412 to disable the aftermarket alarm (that was sold & installed by them when SUV was new). Now you're thinking why would I get a secondary alarm when one is already factory installed? I didn't, I'm the 2nd owner of SUV and wasn't aware there was another alarm until yesterday; as the Ford key fob worked with secondary alarm. My issue was the alarm was randomly going off for no reason. And since the SUV was still under warranty I took it to Ford dealer in town and damn near choked when they said $412 and a few hours to disable alarm. I asked if Ford couldn't just "cut the wire" and wasn't given a straight answer. They weren't aware (or wouldn't tell me) that Ford installed them as an "up-sell" on new vehicles. (I didn't buy SUV at dealer in town). read more

100% I recommend Pro Inet! I called on Monday the week of Thanksgiving and spoke with Tony who told me to come in on Wednesday. I came in on Wednesday and he was so helpful, informative and honest. I took my kids with me and he put on cartoons for them while he showed me what options I could go with. Just a really nice dude and a pleasure to do business with. I decided what stereo I wanted and came back Friday to have it installed. He made me feel like I was an important customer and a priority as other reviewers have said too. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! I had a really terrible experience with them & they were not professional nor helping me out at all. I called in to have the aux cord fixed & set up an appointment with them in the morning, I went & they said they have to order a new part for me & to come in the following Monday. Before I went in on Monday, I made a phone call before to confirm if they have the part - they didn't. The receptionist told me they would give me a call back TWICE but never did their job & I had to call in & check. They then told me the part will come in on Thursday but the day before they call in saying they ordered the wrong part??? WHAT??? How are you THIS unorganized, smh. As you can see I gave them a few chances to get their shit together, but unfortunately they didn't. I had the worst experience with these people. read more

Do not go to this establishment ever, they do the bare minimum to your vehicle to get your money and get you out the door. They destroyed my jeep and almost caused me a huge electrical fire do to shotty unprofessional instalation, they fried my light bar, they stole a gold cross out of my jeep another with other various items, they put in a pioneer sound system, it stopped working a month later and they charged 1000.00$ to put in s new one, then that one stopped working. His workers look like they are on drugs and install stereos like they are on drugs and don't know more care about doing a good honest job, I ended up having to get my entire jeep rewired by the amazing staff at all for show on state street. The front office girls were friendly and helped me with what I was looking for. Selection of radios isn't too bad. I was leaning towards a particular radio for my truck until CJ suggested a different radio, which I indeed up purchasing. Installation was very super quick and went out of his way to ask me where I wanted the usb and AUX input to be. Really nice guy. Everything works as I wanted to and I am very pleased with everything. Oh boy, I have so many good things to say about this place. I don't know where to start, had to gut my car and start over due to negligence at prior shop, came to Tony disturbed and pretty much annoyed with stereo shops, I was skeptical at first but then as soon as I heard him explain everything in a way I could understand, I relaxed a lot. I was really eager to let him get his hands on my car at that point. I went into the shop which was organized and full of product; I was like a kid in a candy store! I had so many options, my brain was hurting lol, now I will say this shop is all about quality not quantity, I had to wait sometime for an appointment, but it was definitely worth it. At first I was going to go with 2 15 in kicker s series but he showed me a different type of box for subs that is called a down fire box when I heard the sound of it, I changed my mind,the bass hitting sounds so clear and it rumbled! So I decided to go with his suggestion, 3 13 inch w5s, in a downfire box made Just!for my Ghost(aka my car lol) the box was made in a design I was happy with and still allows me to have some space in my trunk, which I didn't have due to my regular box style, he also adjusted my door speakers to make them sound muIch better but I have my eyes on some Focals that he showed me in his store that sound amazing! He fixed my led lights(that run under my car) and also added this very cute switch (that he was able to match to the interior colors) that allows me to turn them off and on when I want(the prior shop only had them set to turn on when I opened my driverside door). He had it done a day early. I was super excited about that! I went to get my car. he came outside to let me hear it, and I was so excited by the way it sounds!! And he showed me how it was set up to alleviate the amps being on the back of seat(which I liked) just clean secured wiring; the price was average pricing for what I got, but I'm not complaining, I will be back to see Tony and the guys again! read more

These guys did a great job installing a new stereo in my truck with all of the hands free phone applications. They even set up a Bluetooth option for Pandora off of my phone. I love the system. Everything worked great. About a year later somehow my phone got disconnected from the stereo. I went in to see if they would help me expecting to pay a service fee. They had two guys come out to my truck and they spent about a half hour reprogramming my stereo adding some options that I did not have before. This place is awesome.
