Came here to replace a battery for 1972 dodge truck. The customer service is amazing. So helpful! Jose was very informative and even tried helping us find a mechanic to fix our truck. He didn't have to. He suggested J&M Auto. We will definitely be checking them out. Refurbished battery $65.00 read more

When the battery in my 2020 Nissan Altima died. We took it Barry's. The service was amazing and lightening fast. We were in and out in 10 minutes or less. The service guys Michael and Jose were professional and caring with my car. The price fair for a new battery. I think it was about $125. Overall I highly recommend this establishment. great and fast service. I was in and out in less than a minute. Called in the morning and they had my battery in stock. Came by in the late afternoon near closing time and the gentleman on the phone remembered membered me from the phone call. Will definitely be going back for my other vehicles and telling all my friends about this place. read more

If you are in Riverside County go to Barry's for all your battery needs. If you are in the 626 go to his brothers place, Lee's Battery in Baldwin Park. Best prices, fast service. You will be in and out in 10 minutes or less. read more

Once again these guys helped a girl out, not only with the best pricing on their batteries but for going above and beyond your standard customer service with cleaning the corrosion left from my previous battery prior to placing my new one and on top of that they even replaced a couple extra parts for me. All still within 15 minutes or less. You guys are awesome! read more

These guys are awesome. Couldn't find a new battery for our Altima for less than 150 bucks. Called Battery Outlet and Jonathan quoted me $95. He even installed the battery in less than 10 minutes. My car wouldn't start and I needed a new battery, Walmart where my dad would go had a 2 hrs wait. I called them up and they had a battery for my car at a very reasonable price. Only weird thing is having to change it out myself but really how difficult is that. Got my battery and was able to complete all my errands that day on time. Thank you guys. read more

This place was a recommendation from a friend. My first visit was six months ago where I bought six 6V batteries that were reconditioned. I met kevin who is the manager he was very nice and took care of me. The price was right and with the warranty I wasn't worried about the batteries performance. Fast forward to today where unfortunately two of the batteries have lost their power. I went back to battery outlet where they fully honor the warranty and gave me credit towards the purchase of new batteries. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the price. I bought brand-new Trojans and the price was very very competitive amongst other places I called. This time I had many many questions and was probably there at least 30 minutes asking question after question and the staff there gave me all the time in the world to answer all my questions. This place is very far for me as I drive from orange county but it's worth it! read more

Fast service. Best battery price in town. I called every single place for a battery and they were the cheapest. Even tagged the battery just in case we lost the receipt so they could honor the warranty on the battery. I will be coming back to this place next time my car battery goes dead. Also they give estimates over the phone which is a plus. read more

After purchasing a battery here for a great price of $45.00, it ended up I did not need the battery after all. So when I called to check on returning it, I was told "no, & the guy argued with me. Then said we don't rent batteries. (It was a cash purchase!) We will give you $35.00 with the other $10.00 being a re-stocking fee. Really??? It was never even put into any car from the time I purchased it!!! Re-stocking fee? Wow I will never return nor should anyone else that has a change in expectations of said purchase at the last minute. The idea of charging a re-stocking fee is ludicrous & is just another way of making sure they all get a piece of my money. Whatever happened to the customer is always right, looking for positive feedback, to guarantee a return customer plus referrals to others? Not gonna happen here!!! read more

5 star all the way and most def recommend barry's battery outlet on any given day you need a battery. I went in about 2 weeks ago and Jonathan is very dedicated to his customers not only did he sell me a battery at a very discounted price. He also replaced it in my 2013 ford fusion se hybrid but the battery did not fit. Jonathan did some modification to the install he did some cutting and did a great job the new battery fit perfectly. I called around about 5 different businesses before I made my decision to stop by BARRY'S BATTERY OUTLET due to the fact that they we're the best with pricing and even have the option to swap out your battery and replace it with a refurbished one for half the price, they also have stickers on all their batteries and explained that I can return if I have any problems which is always a comforting feeling being that I know nothing about cars lol. I have been coming to Barry's Battery Outlet for a couple years now. All their batteries are guaranteed and great quality. I've purchased my golf cart batteries here, which were 3 deep cell 12v batteries instead of 6 6 volts. I purchased my jeep deep cell battery here also which has been remarkable. I have also purchased my off grid batteries from them and I haven't had to recharge them for almost a month now. Awesome. I love these guys. I will definitely give them a 10. read more

I love how proffestion these guy do business. They have several different choices for the battery I needed. I bought an acdelco professional agm battery for hundreds less than any other local battery sellers quoted. And they also installed my battery for free. Who does that, nobody does that. They were quick and friendly I loved their service. I recommend them to anyone who needs a battery. read more

This place is a little gold nugget in Hemet they have every battery imaginable and we're getting up there some of us where we need those scooter batteries it's not about just golf carts And theres lots of room inside it's very comfortable and you can keep your 6 feet distance. Barry's battery is the best battery and price. My truck has almost 7 years on a battery from Barry's. Wife's car 4 years no issues. Price was under $80.00 each. AutoZone and ORyill wanted $200 .
