Let's be real there's lot of choices in smoke shops in Hemet, thankfully this is not only The closest to my house but turns out it's the best one around for one Jordan and I believe his name is Jimmy are super knowledgeable and they're easy to talk to. They're not pushy and trying to upsell you stuff that you don't need and they always know what I'm talking about whenever I'm explaining something that I don't know the name of, and on top of all that the prices are honestly extremely competitive considering the type of Smoke Shop it is I expected higher prices, but I would say they have some of the better prices in the area but what really gets me is the boys I believe his name is Jimmy he works often in the morning and he is super nice super friendly super welcoming makes you feel really comfortable to shop and in the later part of the afternoon Jordan comes in and he's like my Weedipedia .... Or my smoke needs search engin. It's pretty impressive that couple of guys as young as them know as much as them which is why I really only go there. It's not worth me wasting my time at other places where I walk in and explain something to somebody that doesn't smoke and it takes me 20 minutes of charades until they figure out what I'm talking about or you can come in here and all you have to do is explain Three words and then always know what you're talking about so that's why I love these guys so 5 stars . I recently visited Paradise Smoke Shop and was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean and well- organized, making it easy to browse through their wide selection of products I was particularly impressed with their selection of high- quality glassware. They had a wide variety of unique and beautiful pieces to choose from, and the staff were able to give me detailed information about each one. I ended up purchasing a piece that I absolutely love and have received many compliments on. In addition to their glassware, they also had a great selection of vaporizers, e-liquids, and smoking accessories. I was also pleased to see that they had a variety of CBD products available. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Paradise Smoke Shop and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for smoking accessories and products The customer service is top notch and the prices are very reasonable. DON'T GO HERE, they will bait and switch you...First I bought a EGO Twist took it home and it did not work. Drove all the way back and the staff was so rude but gave my money back and then tried to sell me a solid vaporizer, almost made me chock to death as did the sales girl who was rude and didn't have a clue. Went to the store on Columbia street and the guy bait and switched me, the vamo clone did not take 510 tanks besides the cheap junk he put on it and when I took it back the next day they gave me the run around for a week. Finally caught the owner and he gave me the run around sending me to another location were they gave me the floor model vamo and batteries that went bad after a week of use. Very unhappy, $158 for a demo vamo not counting the cheap vivi blow tank. BAD BAD BAD read more

Great people great customer service spent over 500 here would definitely spend more. The owner of the establishment has better customer service than the younger guys there they tried to rip my nephew off because his brand new puffco peak wasn't charging right out of the box and he didn't want to exchange or refund the 400 dollars for a broken piece of equipment but the older gentleman which I'm assuming is the owner told the younger guy to exchange it no problem and that they would deal with puffco for the replacement read more

Really solid smoke shop. The place is clean, organized, and easy to find what you need without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The staff was chill and helpful--answered my questions and didn't try to push anything extra on me, which I appreciated. They've got a good selection of products at fair prices, and everything looked legit and well stocked. Definitely one of the better smoke shops I've been to in the area. I drive from Florida and Stamford just to go to the to this Pacific smoke shop. It has the biggest selection of smoking accessories for us smokers. All the employees are gentlemen and are very professional, good customer service I was short a few dollars they told me I can pay next time. All i needed was a quartz banger and well if you know ANYTHING about smoking wax thats also called A NAIL. this guy there acted like i was speaking a different language and was trying to get me to buy an entirely new terrible rig i would never even waste money on. Best spot in town for vape juice. Their staff is very knowledgeable and led me in exactly the right direction after telling him a basic flavor profile.
