I came in tn 5/9 15mins to closing. Idk who this new budtender was but her customer service was great with everyone then as soon as it was my turn she jus had a stank attitude. No smiling, no greeting. It was not it. If you're gonna have good customer service it should be consistent with everybody not who you pick & choose. I've been going there for over 2 years. I got 2 vape cartridges that I asked for, resin. The cashier told be they were on sale and charged me $3 more for each because when I got to my car I found they were'n't resin but regular and when I saw that walking out to my car, I went back in to exchange it telling her she gave me the wrong ones and they refused to exchange it. When in Perris....I jumped ship to a new dispensary. My usual go to wasn't answering the phone so wanted to try something new. With all dispensaries they check your id before entering. Short line and was inside the counter area I under five minutes. A lot of selections to choose from. My go to is Kushy Punch 10 gram indica. They had it in stock so I got my months supply. So glad I stopped by! Great stop on the way to Palm Springs, I'd make it a point to come back when I'm in the area. Super nice and helpful staff, free joint on your first visit, and lots of great selection. They had pretty much everything I needed, and while not really the brands I'm used to, everything was really good so no complaints, and always nice to try different stuff. The only thing to note is there's no real restroom, but a little port-a-potty action never killed anyone. One of my favorite dispensary's out in the IE. They have a great selection for every cannabis need. Their in-house flower is great and they have a variety of strains at a good price. They also host specials like their Friday taco nights where they offer a free plate w every purchase which is cool and different. Not every dispensary has specials like this. Employees are very friendly and patient. How are they handling covid-19? I thought you would never ask. They are allowing a certain amount of people in at a time as well as taking your temperature at the door. The lines might look scary long at first but I promise they do go fast. You won't be waiting for long to enter the building. The process is very smooth and in no time you will be in and out and at home enjoying your medicine. Moved here from Washington last year and it's almost coming up on a year of going to this shop and I don't have a single complaint. I've had friends try and tempt to check other shops in the area or go the delivery route, NOPE! I mean for real why would I mess up something good. I go in about every other week to grab a cartridge gram of raw garden and 8th of their in house flower. But for real tho, you can never go wrong with any flower strains grow, it's always potent, fluffy, and smells delightful. The staff and budtenders are always so welcoming, super nice, helpful, respectful, and extremely patient. They do also provide online shopping, but I enjoy my 20 min drive it's my alone time lol also unfortunately can't get my military discount online which is understandable.
