I had one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had at this Perris location dispensary. When I arrived, I tried to ask the security guard at the entrance for help with the check-in process. Instead of answering my question or directing me or redirecting me, he ignored me completely, was rude, and made me feel unwelcome. When I left, he stared me down all the way back to my car, which felt threatening and unnecessary for an employee of the store. (Not even sure the reason to be quite honest?) This isn't just about one bad moment thought as it seems like this guard has a pattern of intimidating behavior with other guests that have visited here as well. Talking to other guests, it appears I'm not the only one who's felt this way in the past, I'm not sure if this security guard others have had issues with but I honestly think management needs to take a hard look at this employee's conduct. The lack of helpfulness inside didn't help either, but the security guard's behavior is the main reason I won't be returning. I'll gladly take my business to another dispensary where staff are welcoming and do their jobs properly. It was the huskier Black security guard that works up outside and in the front that I had an issue with, I'm not here to bring race or ethnicity into this but this experience was so unnecessary and unwelcoming I had to come on here to give a review on my horrible and distasteful experience here.
