This has to be the worst dispensary I have ever shopped with, the budtenders look miserable (probably because their forced to wear those ugly yellow shirts) the 'sipkoi' flower is so stale & dry. Close enough to Beaumont; 16 miles. Very nice location, clean, spacious and you can see the plants growing through the two large picture windows. There's a great selection of stains and applications of the sticky wicky! This was my second visit and it's now my place to cop. read more

Customer service from the budtender and security was 100% great, and that is what makes me want to go back. When you get there, you wait a couple of moments until a budtender becomes available to go inside. This really allows for you to take your time as there are many options and you feel like you are getting a consultation. At first sipkoi was a place where we'd be able to make a purchase of a great selection of sativa flower, & etc. For the last four months they've lost all their variety selection of sativa(landrace), We've tried countless times to contact the cannabis ordering Dept(Tito), and they won't reply. I called the cannabis company Claybourne, and their director says that "There's no Sativa shortage here" said the director(verbatim). All the sipkoi director seems to want to order is just for the Indica customers. As for all the customers who want Sativa, all they get in a per strain is.... sativa(70%), with the indica(30%)... that's not Sativa.... that's a Hybrid... pretty misleading, I think. If they fixed the problem, before 1/11/23.... Well now the date is 1/21/23, and 25 day's later, and the problem's escalated, from couch tater to bed locked bound Indica type cannabis. They have a nice veiw of the weed growing from their showroom. However you pay for it when you checkout and realize how expensive their products are. Stay away from the weed they grow themselves. I tried some because of the price but I immediately regretted it. The budtender who helped me was nice but I will not be going back to this shop. read more

There is some places that are a little cheaper but what stands out with this place is they have a lot of different types of items they grow their stuff there that's what I like and I don't mind paying extra because they do give it back on special days like Mondays for edibles and other specials their customer service is top notch I give it a 10 out of 10 they are so kind and awesome I am a person with MS and they treat me really really good and this is why I would recommend this place to anyone top-notch customer service. I really do have good products is going there for about a year and a half an hour in my partner and we love it read more

So I had a defected cart that I bought from this store, I came back to the store to see if I could at least get it fixed, so I would be able to smoke the rest of it, I know the 2 day return policy was pass due, obviously I can't smoke the whole cart in 2 days, but if they could at least fix it for me on the 7th day of having it ,i could use it. But no, they couldn't even do that, they didn't even test it out, to see if the cart worked like other professional dispensaries protocols, just kept telling me there was nothing they could do, how messed up is that.
