Went here the other day after getting a text about the deals they had..and as usual, they didn't have what I wanted that was listed, so I show the guy working there the menu item I wanted and he tells me that was only the prices for ordering online ..as if this mf thought I just fell off a turnip truck. Then he tried to sell me two 1 gram carts for $75. Complete bullshit so I'm pretty sure he was trying to screw me over, hoping I'd pay $55 for a 1 gram cart instead of the listed $26 on their menu, just so he could pocket the difference. The people that work here are hit or miss, I only have a good encounter with the security who checks id's. I usually buy only carts from here, because the flower they have is horrible. i have been a loyal customer for Mr nice guy since they opened in moreno Valley. Always excellent service and amazing bud. I went in today to get an ounce of Tahoe OG. It was advertised on the dutchie website for 20 percent off bringing the total to $48 and some change. When I was rang up the price came to $80. I mentioned the discount advertised on the website and the bud tender stated they didn't have any deals At that time. I showed the bud tender the evidence of the discount on the website. he then brought it to the managers attention. The manager sent the bud tender back out to tell me there was nothing they could do. Another bud tender brought out a whole list of deals that were on weedmaps that had to be honored because it was brought in by a customer. I then asked for the manager to come out and speak to me. When she came out her explanation was that she had spoken to her higher ups and there was nothing she could do but to offer pre rolls or edibles. I was not trying to get over I just wanted the product at the advertised price. the manager refused to honor the advertised price. I left with a pre roll and they lost a very loyal customer. i will not return to Mr nice guys in any city or state!!!!!! read more
