I've had 2 experiences at this location, 1 was absolutely great, the experience was great, everything went great, the male worker was absolutely amazing and helpful! Now today, I went in and my experience was definitely off. I went in to purchase a cart, after purchasing I proceeded to leave, now being a day one customer here i never complained. I've never returned anything, if my product was damaged I would normally just take it but today was different. Today I made my first complaint, after I left i opened my cart and i realized my cart was super sticky. I immediately know something was off about this cart because it had been leaking. So, instead of going home like i usually do I came back to show them. The manager came out and seemed to be irritated that I had interrupted her breast feeding time. She proceeded to tell me that I can not return or exchange my product, because she felt that the cart was not sticky enough to be returned. I felt like i was just being rushed to leave just because I had interrupted her breast feeding times. So, choose wisely on which times you go and what items you purchase because you could walk out disappointed in the customer service, and product. Which when a person who struggles with OCD a sticky feeling can bother them a lot and instead of being helpful I was just told no, I was told that I have to come back within seven days and may or may not give me an exchange because it's depends on their discretion. read more

i've started coming here only because i live down the street, and i liked it, i like the stuff so far but i vaped in the shop, zeroed it even didnt even let the smoke out and the security told me something with a dirty look, and of course i understand. i say sorry i didn't know and don't do it again. Then another worker a woman had to come up to me before i left to "tell me herself" that i can't vape and there's signs all over (keep in mind these signs are not obvious lmfao there's like only one i seen that's really straightforward in the lobby) and she also stated i could get banned even tho this was my first time even doing that there. Lol im sorry i didn't read the tiny little letters that read i couldn't vape. So yeah dont come here if you're human and make mistakes!! read more

The staff is really friendly and understanding very courteous people. I do have an issue though I bout some cannabis and a disposable there banana punch hybrid disposable by catalyst. After a while of hitting it and recharged it and hitting it more I'm stuck with hitting it once and no smoke comes out when I exhale I don't know if it's something with the battery or what but it takes me three long hits to get some smoke to come out so I don't know if I recommend this product I feel robbed because they told me it was the strongest disposable they had which was live rosin as well. It's been more than 3 days and I don't know if I should go back and tell them see what I can get out of it since I already hit it and lost the receipt. Other than that the store is amazing has all kinds of cannabis products to try from like edibles and thc infused drinks totally recommend this place 10/10 read more
