Wow! That was the worst service I've ever had at a dispensary. My boyfriend and I decided to stop by and check out their deals and had the pleasure of being greeted by the apathetic guard, who barely spoke. After being let in, we were assisted by Chris. Chris refused to look up from his iPad at any point during our interaction, while mumbling curt responses to our questions. He was rude and seemed to be in a hurry, despite us being the only people there. If you enjoy having your buzz killed, I highly recommend this place! Otherwise, don't waste your money. read more

Used to having the taxes included. Didn't have what I needed, didn't offer to call any other stores, no idea when they'll have more product in. They're always dry and hard at Shango. they ran out of the daily special. Twice! They wanted to compensate by giving me a pen battery. I just went there and asked for a product and the guy was telling me everything that he had which didn't Include what I was asking for. This guy was too stoned to comprehend what I wanted. I keep getting fooled by their deals and unfortunately I've been here a couple times. Pricing online is not what you will get in store, deals are misleading and they rarely have what they promise in stock. Taxes and fees are very high. Customer service has also been terrible every time I've been here, orders always get mixed up, employees do not care and are impatient and rude. Spend your money at a dispensary that will give you what you pay for, this place is a bait and switch that will leave you feeling robbed. read more

I came from New mexico,a couple months ago and it was a great experience I have got to say the young man that helped me last time was great outgoing and very helpfull,however this time he wasn't there I was treated poorly not helped for a while pretty much ignored then when i was approached it was as if I wasn't good enough for there establishment. Went in on 2/10/2023 around 8pm to purchase an 1/8 of the GMO from sense grown manufacturer along with a gram of cannabis concentrate bubble hash which that weigh out accordingly. The GMO weigh out to 1.4g it was packaged unfortunately the store didn't want to honor nor accommodate the mistake from their manufacture, and from their own error from not prioritizing the customer, all they did was referred me back to the manufacture Sensegrown even though it was Shango. basically they told me that it was none of their concern nor there business and to contact the manufacture directly. I've been emailing the manufacture Sensegrown since the incident occur. They just keep giving me the runaround every time. Please be careful with your future purchases as all the merchandise is package in a box and the consumer unfortunately is not able to see that product that's in that box and once we step out the store that's it thats the final purchase. Thats why security is there so they can be the ones to actually rob you. I will no longer be going Shango not be making any purchases from Sensegrown in the future. read more

People inside are nice-- checked it out because stater brothers next door provides coupons on their receipts. Front desk lady has an attitude though. She made me wait outside for no reason when there were a couple other people doing nothing and not maintaining social distance. I was 6 feet apart from everyone and had a mask.
