She buys her cigarettes here every other day. She knows everybody at this shop. Especially the manager, who is stocky bald guy in his early forties. I assume his eastern European. Anyway he was really rude and treated my friend really bad today although she's been a customer for more than 12 years! He told her that there was no business for her and ask her to leave or he was gonna call the cops on her!! She was literally shocked by this guy attitude since she's been a customer of this establishment for so long. If the owner of this place reads this complaint, please do something about it. This employee of yours is really mean and route to customers I have witness a couple of times how he yells and cursed at customers. My friend did nothing to deserve this. What in the world is wrong with this guy??!! I am pretty sure that you have lost many customers already because of this guy!

Blacks and Mexicans - AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE!…read more On Wednesday June 24, 2020 at 1PM, I came in to buy a single cigar. Simple! A young man at the counter helped me. After some small talk, I paid for the cigar and He asked if I wanted him to cut the cigar for me. I have a cutter at home, but said sure why not? Please cut it for me. After searching for a couple seconds, he found his cutter - but things turned strange quickly. He defensively asked "Do you want me to smoke it for you too?". Huh?? Sir, you offered to cut it for me! I laughed it off and said no. But he strangely turned aggressive/defensive and stared me down eye-to-eye for a couple seconds. And then handed me the cigar back and asked me to open it. Again, HUH? I'm unsure what angle he was taking, or if he was on drugs. But for whatever reason, the situation quickly turned awkward. I asked for the cigar back - which he handed me - and told him I'd just cut it at home. As I left he said "My hands are full bro"....again, huh???? I'm not sure what was wrong with him. I've been to this shop multiple times before but this will be my last time. TOBACCO BUZZ is only a couple streets down (past Kaiser) and I've never been treated like this. Will continue going there!

Came in on 9/15/26 at 5:15pm. Ron the only man working the shop was very rude. My girlfriend and I…read morejust recently moved to the Riverside area and for some reason it was very hard to find a smoke shop that sold UT. Ron of course carded my girlfriend, understandable and also protocol, but that's not what made his service very poor or why I'm writing this review. Turns out my girlfriend forgot her wallet at the house, no worries I'm also of age and just sent her inside because I did not feel like getting out of the car (I'm not wearing a bra and the original plan was to just pick up boba and a new vape where I did not need to leave to the car). So I told her it was okay, and I walked in with MY REAL ID out and handed it to Ron and told him I was purchasing the vape. He then proceeded to ask why my girlfriend came in underaged, and I told him she's not underage and that she's actually 22 just forgot to bring her wallet, but that I MYSELF was purchasing this vape. He then proceeded to make a comment why she'd come in wanting to purchase a vape AGAIN when I told him she's not buying I AM. He then double checked my id TWICE like it was a fake or something, when I have a verified CA REAL ID! this type of service was completely disrespectful and not needed, I would not recommend coming here ever and would much rather just take my hour commute back to my regular smoke shop in OC than commute the 20 minutes it took us to get here. almost walked out without buying anything from how poor his customer service was, but I had been needing a new one for 2 days. Again, we're not upset that he was doing his job in carding either of us because we understand it's the law, but what made us very upset and uncomfortable was the commentary he added and accusing my girlfriend of trying to buy a vape under age when she's not (he doesn't know that obviously because he had no id to prove her age) and then looking at me weirdly and second guessing my real id when I was the one that provided an id with my dob and paid for the vape with my own credit card. It's annoying having to get out of the car when I wasn't planning on it, but I did anyways so I can get what I needed but could've used without his rude commentary. Never coming back again!
