My boy Nathan help me out with a good product and overall everything came out good appreciate you man recommend the place.Nice service.

I really hope that the owner of this place Road smoke shop read this comment. Today I visit this business with my friend who's been a customer of this place for 12 years. She buys her cigarettes here every other day. She knows everybody at this shop. Especially the manager, who is stocky bald guy in his early forties. I assume his eastern European. Anyway he was really rude and treated my friend really bad today although she's been a customer for more than 12 years! He told her that there was no business for her and ask her to leave or he was gonna call the cops on her!! She was literally shocked by this guy attitude since she's been a customer of this establishment for so long. If the owner of this place reads this complaint, please do something about it. This employee of yours is really mean and route to customers I have witness a couple of times how he yells and cursed at customers. My friend did nothing to deserve this. What in the world is wrong with this guy??!! I am pretty sure that you have lost many customers already because of this guy! read more

They carry the Black Diamond Incense that I burn. They always seem to have them in stock.

I can't believe how much crazy cool glass they have in here! They have a piece worth 80k! Holy smokes... literally lol. They aren't all expensive like that. That's a specialty piece but still super amazing. Huge selection for every price point. Lots of incense as well which I love. read more

Great selection, Great customer service, very knowledgeable about the products nice prices as well, I got incense that smell great

got a glass bong a couple months ago and had a hole on the side of it on the neck sucks not a good shop and everything is high priced and overpriced read more

Came in around 11pm and waited for the guy to finish up with the customers in front of me. He then helped me choose a vape. But asked the ladies he was assisting to help me out and choose a flavor. Which was odd. They didn't have good recommendations so I got my usual and his attitude went from nice to being done with me. A whole 360 in two seconds. Seemed very odd and he was rude. I kept my coolness and purchased my items and left. Not a great experience for the first time coming here. Great selections just not great customer service. read more

They are friendly here. I only go to buy incense, and it's a nice selection to choose from.

Counterfeit VAPES ( disposable ) Especially BANG vapes . ODD ALL* the other places are 2-3 x the price -- no way you can sell below wholesale . Service : shady read more

They don't open on time! Right now it's 8:30 and they were supposed to open at 8:00. Myself and 4 other people are waiting outside and one of them told me that this isn't uncommon. Terrible business practice. read more

This is a good shop I go and buy wraps fun now idk about the vapes cuz I don't do nicotine but the wraps and disposable wax pens are top ten I will continue to come here and they have very respectful and cool staff I hope to come in and see the same guys serving us for times to come read more

This isn't the first time I've bought vapes from here before, the last two times I bought elf bar vapes They ended up being faulty and the batteries would give out after a couple of hits. I noticed that the dates on a lot of their vapes are from last year so it could've been that. I decided to go to the store to see if I could possibly get an exchange and one of the guys immediately told me they couldn't do anything about it, it wasn't until I asked to speak to the store owner that they were very reluctant, and finally after back-and-forth, they decided to angrily give me an exchange. Needless to say, I probably won't be shopping here again.. read more

Moe helped us find a piece we really liked. I liked that he guided us to a variety of different pieces (that were a bit out of our price range), but also didn't push us to buy anything. He was really informative and just an overall pretty chill guy. We decided to go with something a bit smaller, but honestly if anything breaks because I decided to cheap out, I'd probably just go back and get a replacement. Everything is reasonably priced and I think it's definitely somewhere you won't regret buying from. read more

I was told to contact Sammy A. about the issue I had with a very expensive piece of glass I had purchased from the gallery that didn't last longer than 3 mins because it was a used/abused piece that had a very worn joint exactly where the joint broke which both the owner @ the time the male Sam who ensured he would take care of me and ended up leaving me with broken piece to figure out myself. Sammy A. Responded with a comment about how they could make it right, and I finally figured it out. You guys need real employees that know the product as well as prices if the prices are not on the product. I went in today Sept. 11, 2022 and was told a puffco proxy was $350 when puffco and everyone else sells them for $299-$300+tax which is $330 at the most. Mind you, the rodeo riverside InstaGram page just posted that they had the cheapest puffco proxy's in town! read more

This has been my favorite store since 21. Jennie is the best and they always have great selection. The deals are 10/10 and my fav'!!

The manager sucks, does not replace disposable vapes when there are problems with them. No exchanges. Lost 2 customers.

Every time we come in here they are so sweet and upbeat! everytime i come in they have everything i need! and they have the best treys too

This place is terrible, just like a previous reviewer said the bang bars are total fakes. I went in and bought 3 bang XXL for $40 (red flag right there) and not one of them lasted more than 50 puffs. When I went in to to tell them I was treated like a lair and was refereed to their sign "try before you leave" I tried to explain that they all worked initially but died after 50 or so puffs. They didn't care... I will not be returning. read more

Typical smoke shop. They sell hookah, glass pipes, tobacco, some clothing, drinks and stuff. When I went, it was a girl working and she was really nice and helped us out a lot. The price we decent and if not, better than most tobacco shops. I went there and bought hookah shisha (tobacco) and charcoal and a swisher. The tobacco was fresh when we smoked it after and the swisher was nice too. Highly recommended, esp since its so close to Staters Bros and UCR. read more

Prices were too expensive for the quality of item, damaged item. Had to replace but still not satisfied, probably won't return

Amazing glass. Haven't purchasing a piece in awhile that actually felt worth the money when I took a hit.

Great local shop to find those sometimes much needed bongs and pipes. Very large selection and customer service is great. My only complaint about this shop and most glass shops is the fact that most bongs do not have a price tag on them. I feel that depending on who you are the price can go either up or down. I went in one day and looked at several pcs. of glass ware and the one I had my eye on was priced much too high. The next time I came in I was told they would knock off "x" amount off the cost if I purchased and after the "x" amount was subtracted the item was the same high price from before, (that is no deal) When the buyer doesn't know the starting price on an item, then haggling is almost impossible. Having to rely on the attendant to tell you the price for each item (and possibly basing that price off my appearance) is something I never liked. Other than that though the shop is great, selection is great, customer service is great and prices are ok on some items, costly on others. read more

I'm honor to say this place lives up to its great reviews. Bongs here are actually made by owners. I'm shocked but amazed all at the same time. I've been smoking for a few months now due to medical issues and never thought I'd start investing in a bong. But dude the bong's here really are amazing and work well! On top of that, the owner gives really good deal and works with you on what you're looking for and price range on what you're looking to spend. I asked a lot of questions and they always answer. I've already recommended this business to friends and will continue to recommend people! Great service and great products overall read more

This place by far has the best customer service for all of your smoking needs! I've been going back to this place for the past 3 years since I moved out to Riverside. FYI I do come here for my vaping needs which is something new that they have been doing and by far have not gone back to e-cig city since than. These guys no what you need and as well sell pre-made coils awesome for your drip atomizer! A+++++ score read more

Love this place great customer service! My go to everytime! Staff is friendly and i love their glass pieces!

As returning customers to this shop we knew we would have a great experience again, but it was beyond phenomenal. Mando made sure we were in great hands from the get go, patient and sooo knowledgeable on all glass pieces we asked about. We were able to exchange with no problem when our pieces did not properly fit once home and got amazing deals every step of the way. Kudos to you Mando, thanks for the great customer service. read more

Plenty of awesome glass here! Friendly service as well. We ended up picking up a peter muller glass. The voodoo doll is awesome. They hooked us up with a lot of things too which was a plus. read more

Best prices in town. Lots of options. overall great energy. I drive out of my way just to come here.

I definitely recommend this place great customer service, the best deals in town and they have everything you need. It's a must go!!!!

Great selection, art glass for days. Friendly staff greeted me when I came in. Paid 20 bucks for a 10mm banger. Double the price of everywhere else around here. Not too happy bout' that. Fifteen would have been even better than twenty. Looks like a great place to get a good piece of glass. Just can't get over the taking advantage on little things. read more

This smoke shop is one of the best smoke shops in riverside. The workers there are super friendly. There's always a girl there and she's really helpful! The prices there aren't that bad either! They'll hook you up if you go there a lot. I've already gone there a couple times with my friends and we buy a lot of hookah tobacco and charcoal and the lady hooked it up. Place is super close to all those college students out there who smoke and don't wanna go somewhere far or somewhere that overcharges for their tobacco, etc. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Worst experience with this place. My partner was getting vape pens and cartridges from here for about a year. The cartridges were always breaking - spewing out liquid while she vaped or just wouldn't work altogether. The packages had expiration dates which we realized later on. A lot of them were old af and we would take it back to exchange it. Then they would go through the bin and we would find that all of them were expired. At times we would come back 4 times in a week getting new ones of different flavors. Sometimes I would come by myself to get her stuff and I had a weird feeling for a long time that they weren't ever restocking like they said. She liked a certain flavor but they would talk her into getting a different one until they "restocked." So I blatantly asked the guy we would see every time: "You're just going to sell her these old ones until you run out, huh?" And he said, "yes." I forced her never to come back. read more
