Came in around 11pm and waited for the guy to finish up with the customers in front of me. He then helped me choose a vape. But asked the ladies he was assisting to help me out and choose a flavor. Which was odd. They didn't have good recommendations so I got my usual and his attitude went from nice to being done with me. A whole 360 in two seconds. Seemed very odd and he was rude. This isn't the first time I've bought vapes from here before, the last two times I bought elf bar vapes They ended up being faulty and the batteries would give out after a couple of hits. I noticed that the dates on a lot of their vapes are from last year so it could've been that. I decided to go to the store to see if I could possibly get an exchange and one of the guys immediately told me they couldn't do anything about it, it wasn't until I asked to speak to the store owner that they were very reluctant, and finally after back-and-forth, they decided to angrily give me an exchange. Moe helped us find a piece we really liked. I liked that he guided us to a variety of different pieces (that were a bit out of our price range), but also didn't push us to buy anything. He was really informative and just an overall pretty chill guy. We decided to go with something a bit smaller, but honestly if anything breaks because I decided to cheap out, I'd probably just go back and get a replacement. I was told to contact Sammy A. about the issue I had with a very expensive piece of glass I had purchased from the gallery that didn't last longer than 3 mins because it was a used/abused piece that had a very worn joint exactly where the joint broke which both the owner @ the time the male Sam who ensured he would take care of me and ended up leaving me with broken piece to figure out myself. Sammy A. Responded with a comment about how they could make it right, and I finally figured it out. You guys need real employees that know the product as well as prices if the prices are not on the product. I went in today Sept. 11, 2022 and was told a puffco proxy was $350 when puffco and everyone else sells them for $299-$300+tax which is $330 at the most. Mind you, the rodeo riverside InstaGram page just posted that they had the cheapest puffco proxy's in town! read more

This place is terrible, just like a previous reviewer said the bang bars are total fakes. I went in and bought 3 bang XXL for $40 (red flag right there) and not one of them lasted more than 50 puffs. When I went in to to tell them I was treated like a lair and was refereed to their sign "try before you leave" I tried to explain that they all worked initially but died after 50 or so puffs. They didn't care... I will not be returning. read more

Typical smoke shop. They sell hookah, glass pipes, tobacco, some clothing, drinks and stuff. When I went, it was a girl working and she was really nice and helped us out a lot. The price we decent and if not, better than most tobacco shops. I went there and bought hookah shisha (tobacco) and charcoal and a swisher. The tobacco was fresh when we smoked it after and the swisher was nice too. Highly recommended, esp since its so close to Staters Bros and UCR. read more

Amazing glass. Haven't purchasing a piece in awhile that actually felt worth the money when I took a hit.

Great local shop to find those sometimes much needed bongs and pipes. Very large selection and customer service is great. My only complaint about this shop and most glass shops is the fact that most bongs do not have a price tag on them. I feel that depending on who you are the price can go either up or down. I went in one day and looked at several pcs. of glass ware and the one I had my eye on was priced much too high. The next time I came in I was told they would knock off "x" amount off the cost if I purchased and after the "x" amount was subtracted the item was the same high price from before, (that is no deal) When the buyer doesn't know the starting price on an item, then haggling is almost impossible. Having to rely on the attendant to tell you the price for each item (and possibly basing that price off my appearance) is something I never liked. Other than that though the shop is great, selection is great, customer service is great and prices are ok on some items, costly on others. read more

I'm honor to say this place lives up to its great reviews. Bongs here are actually made by owners. I'm shocked but amazed all at the same time. I've been smoking for a few months now due to medical issues and never thought I'd start investing in a bong. But dude the bong's here really are amazing and work well! On top of that, the owner gives really good deal and works with you on what you're looking for and price range on what you're looking to spend. I asked a lot of questions and they always answer. Worst experience with this place. My partner was getting vape pens and cartridges from here for about a year. The cartridges were always breaking - spewing out liquid while she vaped or just wouldn't work altogether. The packages had expiration dates which we realized later on. A lot of them were old af and we would take it back to exchange it. Then they would go through the bin and we would find that all of them were expired. At times we would come back 4 times in a week getting new ones of different flavors. Sometimes I would come by myself to get her stuff and I had a weird feeling for a long time that they weren't ever restocking like they said. She liked a certain flavor but they would talk her into getting a different one until they "restocked." So I blatantly asked the guy we would see every time: "You're just going to sell her these old ones until you run out, huh?" And he said, "yes." I forced her never to come back. read more
