I've been a long time customer here for about a year. Usually great service and great staff but today the budtender, a skinny blonde man, was rude about me making an online order because sometimes the items aren't in stock and kept complaining and having an attitude the entire time. He then ended up cancelling my order after I had told him specifically I needed to use bank pay. I understand that not having the online orders in stock is frustrating but a) not my fault, and b) not my problem. Pretty cool place. I think it was once a restaurant some years back. Anyhow, the entrance is facing the freeway, and I didn't see that. I was walking around in the back, then saw a sign on the exit door leading me to the entrance. Between the sign and another customer helping me find my way, I finally made it inside. The layout is cool and they have a ATM at the entrance before you go inside, and the fee is $3.50. My mistake for not having cash, and I won't use that machine again. I placed a order online, but for some reason, they didn't receive it, but an associate helped me find what I ordered. I paid and left....and I'll probably go back, more than likely. read more

I absolutely love the syndicate, I have been to nearly every location because I love the experience so much... but the service here is a JOKE. The deals are absolutely incredible so if you're going to go, go in July to take advantage. My boyfriend and I walked in 1.5 hours before closing and there was no one there except us. The security guard at the front wouldn't even acknowledge us, he stuck out his hand for our IDs and rolled his eyes at us even after we said hi to him. We went in to meet with our budtender and every question we asked was an inconvenience to the staff, I even asked a separate budtender about the Bob Marley preroll and they looked at me like I was speaking gibberish and ignored me. What the heck dude! I'd feel more understanding if they were getting ready to close but they weren't... Won't be coming here again, the deals aren't worth it after the grand opening deals for July. read more

The customer service will be the downfall of this place. The selection of edibles is ok. They're priced a little high then discounted so it feels like a deal. It was worth it when everything was half off, but to walk in and be ignored and then treated with disrespect and attitude when asking questions about a product is not worth the discounts they're giving now.
