This used to be in my favorite "go to" shop. Emailed about a concern with their faulty ATM and was completely disregarded. Management Is definitely different from what they started with. catalyst, cookies or packs are right around the corner with very similar prices. Higher Ground is a standard. It's right off the freeway and tax included. I live in Las Vegas and it's been at least a year since I've been in, but my rewards were still alive for use when I checked out today. Classy move on their part. Back home, they all let your accumulated rewards expire after 6 months or so, which is kind of chincy IMO. read more

Terrible customer service from higher ground San Bernardino location. I bought a 710 labs disposable and barely any smoke comes. I hit my Jetty rosin also and a cloud came out. The rude girl said I don't want to argue and walked away. The 710 is giving me a headache trying to get smoke. The Jetty is cool barely hitting it and smoke comes out and I get faded. read more

Went on a Friday around 1:00. It was crowded but the wait to get in wasn't long and there were a good number of budtenders so the line moved quickly. I came in looking for drinks. They had a great selection many priced at $6 which is a few dollars less than what I usually pay. Aliyah was Super sweet and knowledgeable. I'm not too sure why I keep spending my money here when 62% of my encounters are with employees that do not like doing their job. Have been going here since they have opened and they secretly banded my husband because a bud tender wrongly advertised deals and upon correcting her she began to cry because she made a mistake and could acknowledge the situation. Unacceptable to ban an individual wrongfully without informing or following proper protocol for escalation. We called and attempted to remove and argue that he was wrongfully banned and today he went in and he is still currently banned a year later after being told he wasn't banned anymore. read more

She made a simple mistake on my order I hadn't even left the parking lot and I returned back into the store to grab my correct items I wanted. the "signs" being rude about it. I tell her like I just walked out I just wanted a pod not a battery you messed it up and she said no she can't help me. I asked for a manager she told me and I quote " they won't help you right now they are really busy with something it might take a while" I said okay and I waited there , she kept trying to tell me that the managers won't help me and I just need to go. Also told me the reason she can't do an exchange cause it's the "law" she started making excuses up now because she messed up and was in the wrong. Anyway a manger comes out and guess what immediately is able to fix the mistake and exchange my pod for what I wanted.
